This business does not take responsibility for their actions. My car went in running and left on a tow truck. The owner refused any responsibility for what happened to the car while it was there for service and spoke to me condescendingly during all interactions. Never said they were sorry, never offered any form of sympathy or interest in earning my business. Sadly, they are in the business of taking advantage of people and taking the most money they can. This is not a trustworthy place - not recommended!

This whole thing is just a money ploy preying on people who are already in hard positions they charge you for ANY and EVERY possible thing the device is MORE dangerous to have randomly shutting downn your vehicle or taking your attention off the road horrible idea and just like everything in IOWA it's for money not to help you HORRIBLE company
