Amazing customer service! Requested a quote online and was fit in as soon as possible. Once I stopped in they immediately knew what I was there for, offered me coffee, and finished before my quoted time. Every single staff member was very accommodating (especially the doggo) and the cost was lowest I found in the area. Would recommend their service to anyone needing auto glass repair!

Fantastic experience. Safelite cancelled my appointment 5 TIMES so I went to Glass Tech. Should have just gone to them to begin with, very fast and efficient and half the price of Safelite. They are kind and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend.

Ron and his team are the absolute best. They were hired by my insurance company to repair the damage done by Iowa Glass In Cedar Rapids Iowa. They took the time to come to Cedar Rapids and look at my motorhome to determine what they would need and how best to repair it. We agreed on a date to have it at their shop to do the work. When I dropped it off they helped me get my tow vehicle unhooked and guided me into the shop. They were very busy and it took a day longer to complete which made no difference as the weather was so bad I would not have driven it home that day. I was so pleased with them that while there to pick up the motorhome I had them replace the cracked windshield on my F150 tow vehicle. These guys are great and they have a topshelf shop and staff and operation. If/ when I break another windshield no doubt I will drive the 60 miles to have them do it.

Amazing people with great customer service skills! The moment they received my back windshield they called me and got me in within a couple days! Almost half the price safelite quoted me! The quote to replace my windshield was done over the phone and they let me drop my vehicle off early so they could work on it that day while I ran other errands without the need for me to sit and wait. Pleasant people in the office and just an overall good experience. Highly recommend!

Over the past decade Glass Tech has replaced two windshields for me. This week my rear view mirror came off (not on a windshield they installed). Despite being busy, they managed to get me in and out quickly. Friendly people, nice dog, I love supporting a local family-owned business.

I called asking to help repairing my review mirror to which they scheduled me promptly. The office/waiting room is clean and they followed social distancing guidelines. They fixed/replaced my mirror in a jiffy, listened to my concern of constantly having to repair it, and sent me on my way with a new mirror and assurance they would fix it if it fell off. The staff was kind, listened, their dog was sweet and didn t jump. I ll defiantly be going back for any glass need!

I am writing this review for someone else that is not very computer literate. He took his motorhome in to have the passenger side window replaced. Glass Tech did a great job! The job was done earlier then what was expected and looks great! Ron showed us pictures of what was wrong and what was done to fix the problem. Very happy with the work that was done!

Glass Tech replaced my windshield after it was smashed by a pheasant at 65 mph. They were pleasant and professional to deal with on the phone, the work was done promptly at my home, and the results were great. They did a very nice job vacuuming out all the broken glass particles, which were scattered all over the car's interior. Thanks Ron and Jodie! Highly recommended.

I'm so glad Safelite declined to replace my windshield. The people at Glass Tech were the most courteous and professional windshield installers I've ever dealt with, not only was the service quick. it was less expensive than their competitor. If I ever have any chip or break on the glass in any vehicle I'll gladly drive to Waterloo.Service: Auto windshield replacement

We use Glass Tech for all of our glass needs here in the service department at Community Motors Chevy/Cadillac in Cedar Falls. We couldn't be happier with the friendly & knowledgeable staff and all the great service they provide. I recommend all of my friends/family/customers to them, and for anyone reading this now, look no further - Glass Tech is the way to go!

From the receptionist who answered the phone to the technicians who came to do the work, first class all the way! Very friendly and professional! The technician even did a few minor fixes that he noticed while replacing the windshield! I would highly recommend them!

I brought in my motorhome with a bad windshield leak. They fixed it right up for me. They know what they are doing and they do great work. He took time to explain what they did. I "highly" recommend them for motorhome glass work.
