I was so happy the way my car came out from removing a rock chip on the hood and being repainted. Excellent job. Everyone that I dealt with was helpful and friendly. I was kept up to date on the process.They provided me with a rental too. Thank-you

Above and beyond is the best way to describe the service I received at Deery Brothers Collision Center!! Joey, Kayla, Nicole (actually all the staff!) did an excellent job from start to finish. The whole process was seamless. I received regular updates on the progress and my car was done when they said it would be done. Had my Jeep repaired by DBCC and everything went smooth. Was kept up to date on the progress of the repair. Repairs were completed quickly. The staff was excellent. Highly recommended for any repairs.

The fact that Deery Brothers Collision Center asks for customer feedback tells me they care about the level of service they provide, and it definitely was shown to me. They communicated with me every step of the way to keep me informed about the progress of the work they were performing on my car. They provided a loaner vehicle, which really impressed me. I felt like they really cared about satisfying me. Linsey, who was my main contact, was great and she communicated very well and was responsive to my questions. Additionally, I was told this job would take 3 weeks, when in reality they were able to complete the work in less than 2 weeks!! I'm impressed! Overall, I'd give them 5 stars out of 5. Deery s Collision Center stood behind their previous work as promised and repainted two sections of my Ford Edge that was originally completed several years ago.Paint job looks very professional and matches the rest of the vehicle perfectly. Kevin was the estimator on my car after I was rear ended a month ago. I let him know that I'd never been in an accident this severe and asked what I should expect. He was honest with me about what the procedure is. Let me know I'd be able to get into my car as often as needed during the process. The car ended up being a total loss, but Kevin's kindness and honesty will bring me back again should I ever need it.

Kept me informed thru the process found more damage they got ahold of my insurance to get the approval going and the cherry on top I was able to pick my Tacoma a day early all around great service

Sam Rogers, Linsey were outstanding helping me with car repairs after an accident. They dealt with the insurance company and issues with them. They kept me up to date on what was going on. Excellent customer service! Very friendly people. Workmanship on body repair couldn t have been better. The car looks great and everything was cleaned. They even took care of calling rental car service to have rental returned. Brad Vaughn and team at Deery Brothers Collision did an amazing job with the repair on my truck! The repair was completed in less than 1/2 the time of the estimated repair time and the truck looks brand new! The team was great about keeping me informed on the status of how the repairs were going! I will definitely be taking all the future work i need done over to them! DBCC did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. They settled for nothing less than perfect fitting parts and a perfect finish. They even cleaned the interior of my car. Great service and wonderful job on repairing my van! Staff was very friendly and the gentleman in charge of getting the van repaired did an amazing job! Deery Brothers Collision Center provides an excellent service. They replaced the rear bumper of my Toyota Camry, which was broken in a parking lot accident (this was rather unfortunate, since the car was basically brand new, with just around two thousand miles on it at the time of the accident). Anyway, Deery Brothers did a fantastic job with replacing and painting the bumper. You look at the car, you can t tell that it s not the original part. I also liked how they provide text updates on the progress of the work. Overall, I highly recommend this place for all your car body repairs.

My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner & when I picked it up, my vehicle clean & was spotless; the repaired were perfect & the people helping at the front desk & DJ who oversaw the work & talked with the insurance company all did an awesome job.
