Got a '17 Subaru Outback on 4/8/24. Worked with Danette and she was spectacular. Danette is a genuine human truly looking to get you the best fit for a vehicle that she can. Definitely a breath of fresh air in comparison to other dealers that I have worked with that are simply looking for just the highest commission. Thank you Danette for being who you are! I'm satisfied with my purchase and hope to adventure around in this Subaru for years to come.

Starting with Emma, our experience was great. Then Drake and Tammy made our car buying experience awesome! Both my husband and I do not like car shopping and Drake and Emma were aware of that before arriving and make it a pleasant experience. Then to the business office with Tammy, our experience even got better. Tammy was so informative and down to earth that we knew that we had went to the right dealership. We would and will recommend Dan Deery to our family and friends. We hope our new, used car to us is as wonderful as the people who work for Dan Deery.

Preston and Marshall were outstanding to work with. They both made my car buying experience enjoyable. Marshall had all my finance paperwork completed prior to arriving at Dan Deery Toyota. Preston was extremely helpful in setting up my new vehicle at delivery and was very knowledgeable in answering questions I had regarding my new Tacoma. I will most definitely be a repeat customer due to these outstanding employees at Dan Deery Toyota!!

Danette is amazing she helped me walk through my options and was 100% honest with me and made me feel comfortable I came back to her after her helping me find my sister a car. This woman is beyond amazing and just the sweetest! Tammy is always great also she makes signing your life away a little more enjoyable and she always makes sure you are taken care of! If you need a car go to Danette if you end up purchasing I d definitely recommend asking for Tammy!

Dan Deery is a great choice to purchase your next vehicle! We met with Sal who was very helpful and understanding of our situation. He even stayed after closing hours to help us finish the entire process. He made the stressful process into an easy one! The other employees we spoke with while there were very kind as well. I would definitely recommend Dan Deery and ask for Sal while you re there!

I have now purchased 4 vehicles from Whitney and every time has been an awesome and easy experience. This time in particular, my daughter was looking for her first adult purchase. We came in to look at a Camry, but it was a little beat up and Whitney already knew it wasn't a good fit for us. I had looked around the lot and noticed a couple Hondas and the 2022 Insight ended up being a perfect fit. Whitney knew my daughter was having anxiety about being able to afford it and just having the normal anxiety of a first large purchase. She was absolutely NO PRESSURE, but just talked through things with my daughter to make sure she understood everything. When we went to do the financing paperwork with Tammy she was equally as helpful and calming as Whitney! Tammy explained additional warranty information and maintenance package information in a manner that my daughter understood. We arrived last night to just look at the possibility of purchasing a car and seeing what we would get for her trade and ended up leaving a few hours later with a very happy young adult! Thank you Whitney and Tammy!

My experience at Dan Deery Toyota was great!! In all honesty i had been to the lot a couple times in the last month. I had my eyes set on a particular vehicle, i wanted it bad! I hadn't bought a vehicle in many many years, and was a tad bit nervous! To make a long story short, Drake Logan turned my nervousness into confidence! He was informative and knowledgeable, he explained my options in great detail, and made my overall experience one i will tell my friends about! Thanks Drake!

Another AMAZING experience with Dan Deery Toyota in Cedar Falls!! Carlos Woods and his team were phenomenal, and from start to finish, the customer service and sales transaction were seamless. We purchased a used car from their dealership for our daughter years ago, and the experience was so positive, we came back again for another daughter s car. This time, it was our turn! Despite the 1.5-hour drive, we WILL return when it s time for our next car. Amazing dealership, and be sure to ask for Carlos he WILL go the extra mile for you!

Sal is in the top two and he ain t two. The experience my wife and I had at Dan Deery with Sal made a stressful situation into a fun one. Sal was informative with our options and wasn t like a typical used car salesman. The office manager we had (I believe his name was Tanner) was great as well and made the process much smoother and was honest with financing options that were available to us. Get these two guys their own desks!

I want to thank Whitney Grove for making my car buying "experience" a great one. She met me at the door the first time I entered Dan Derry Motor. She was very welcoming and I was very fortunate to eventually have the opportunity to sit down and work with her to find just the right car at just the right price for me. I have worked in the auto industry for almost a decade doing a bit of everything and buying a vehicle from Dan Deery was a quick and painless process for something that can be very stressful. My salesman Brandon Simkins was very knowledgeable, Personable, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted for what I was comfortable with. Brandon also took into consideration my opinion and made the process as easy as it could have been by asking great questions to insure I was satisfied as a customer. If you are in the market for a car, I don t think you could find a better, more professional dealer or buying experience than Dan Deery. Well deserved 5 stars.

We recently purchased a Toyota certified Sienna from Dan Deery. Our experience from start to finish was excellent. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt comfortable. Andy answered all of our questions, was knowledgeable about every detail of the vehicle, and made the process seamless. We even had a few questions after we purchased the van and he took the time to answer them and ensure we were taken care of. A great experience from start to finish!

Our experience with Dan Deery Toyota was a great one. Miles and Jenny on the Sales team were fantastic in their communication via email, text, and phone prior to our visit. Our in-store experience was great as well. From having the car warmed up upon our arrival to making a competitive offer on our trade-in, the Deery team did a great job from start to finish.

Danette was very patient with us as we brought all four of our kiddos with us. Danette helped the kiddos figure out the dvd players while my husband and I were checking to make sure the air conditioning, heat etc worked properly. You often get people in sales that will try to hide the vehicle flaws, or say what you want to hear just to make a sale That definitely was not Danette, she watched us look over the entire vehicle as well as helped us problem solve a few flaws that were resolved quickly. If I could give more than 5 stars, we d give her TWENTY!!

Steven Meier - who is a finance manager is a complete LIAR, UN-ETHICAL person that you d probably be better off working with anyone but him. Mind you I started off saying I DO NOT WANT of the extra insurance, even asked the salesman for him to skip that as I went in knowing I did NOT want it.He stated I HAD to have GAP which was $941, as my lender REQUIRED, I questioned it, he stated it again, REQUIRED When your 80% loan to value you can remove it. I called my lender the next morning. Guess what they were confused why I was asking this question as I was only at 73% loan to value and stated it was NOT REQUIRED.I go to the dealer to figure out why he said it was REQUIRED, he s response is he suggested it. It was the lender protection you could have declined it. 100% LIAR and he knows it. I insisted he called the bank and do the paperwork correctly and magically they re-did everything correctly. Crazy how I wasn't required to have GAP! Will be filling a complaint with BBB and Iowa attorney general.Did not even get an apology, if you re going to lie and get caught at least own up to it. Salesman Dave Maxwell gets the sale and leaves you high and dry. He exact response to the horrible experience Unfortunately I don t have any part in that. Not even a sorry or let me see what I can do.Thats not what you want to in a car buying experience is it, being lied to and left high and dry? Think twice before buying from them or at least who you work with!

I had an amazing experience! I saw a truck online and considering I live 10 hours away, I had a local friend look at the truck. Justin Kasemeier was extremely accommodating and also allowing my friend to take pictures and videos including under the truck so he could send them to me. When I called to reserve the truck until I got there, Justin made everything easy. After test driving the truck and being concerned about an unusual sound, Justin quickly offered to have a service tech to look at and fix to my satisfaction. This purchase was beyond pleasant. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next vehicle and I will recommend them to my friends.

They honored the online price, the vehicle is exactly what they advertised, the salesman was awesome and didn't pressure us at all. They were honest and upfront about everything that we asked about. They even provided some of the best coffee I have ever had. I would definitely buy from them again. Well worth the 2.5 hr drive there with a serious storm approaching. Purchased a Deery Certified used vehicle last month and have not had the greatest of experiences. The buying process was streamlined, but it was after that it became frustrating beyond measure. The vehicle we purchased needed to be detailed. It was sent out somewhere, came back still wet in places on the exterior, parts of the interior looked rushed through and there was a minor rock chip in the windshield. Took almost 2 weeks before I was able to take it to a different company to be fixed as the in house glass repair was not working out.Now had an oil leak that needed repaired, thankfully under warranty, and was told the small tire leak the vehicle had was not patchable and would need a new tire. I took it elsewhere and it was patched with no problem.We will be taking our business elsewhere for purchasing and any other car repairs. Can t say how disappointed I am in Dan Deery when my hopes were so high at the start. Almost gave 2 stars, but the actual test driving and purchase was nice without any pressure to buy and we got a decent price for our trade-in.
