They installed 20 rock lights mirror and cab lights installed my 3 inch Cognito lift kit with powder coated orange and they did my tint 10/10 customer service well recommended

Got new wheels and tires along with a level/ lift kit for my F-150. I ve also gotten the roof rack cross bars and light pods from them in the past. Always great customer service and great turn around time. Highly recommend CVSi!

I've been a repeat customer at CVSi for the past 3 years. Never really had a reason not to go back as I was always pleased with their work. That was far from the results in my recent visit. I am putting a little over 1,000 miles in 2 days on my truck, so I asked if we can get it aligned before I leave to make sure everything looks good. The alignment was done, however it did take from 9 am to 3:30 pm to get it done. Not a huge deal really. I religiously take care of everything I own, clean it regularly, and inspect things over. I looked at my wheels after this alignment was done and it has a chip in the lip of the wheel from the metal arm on the alignment clamp they put on. Not only that, but the drum that sits against the wheel scratched the spokes on my wheels. Were the wheels perfect before I brought them in? No. Should the business own up to the mistakes made while it was there? Yes, and it wasn't done. Very disappointed. Careful bringing your vehicles you work hard for here, they don't seem to care too much if something was damaged while they had it.

First time customer and satisfied. They installed a Compustar 4 button remote start on our 2020 Hyundai and it was ready same day. Install is very clean and works exactly as it should. I looked the vehicle over and see no damages, can t even tell they were in there. Pricing was fair and similar to other shops. Scheduling was quick, about a week to get in. They took the time to show how to use it. Great communication. No complaints as long as it continues to work properly.

CVSi put a 6 inch lift and 22x12 on 37s on my truck and I absolutely love it, rides awesome. Great service and turn around time is really fast.

CVSI always does a great job taking care of my truck and the other cars in my family, they always greet you with a smile and make sure you know exactly what is going on with your vehicle when they have it, fantastic customer service and care. These guys are great at what they do! Always been happy with their work!

Young guy at the desk gets sparky with me everytime I go in there. Acts like I'm an inconvience for him. His attitude actually makes me feel like I'm "less than him".

Ensure you have something in writing with the exact amount of what it is your planning on purchasing. Apparently a handshake doesn't do justice anymore. End state was met, felt like I inconvenienced them in their lack of communication with "quote" at close of business, and very "yeah whatever the sales done ok thanks." You get what you pay for I personally would recommend other avenues prior to this one. But should you explore this one, refer to my top sentence.

Great tint work, I ve had 3 cars done here in the last year or so and all came out perfect, haven t had an issue with it! Always bring my cars here first for tint before I consider any other place

If I could give this company less stars I would. Went in this morning to get my flat tire fixed. The guy said he would call in a bit when he found the tire I needed. I hadn t heard from him and I called CVSi at 1pm. He was at lunch and I was told he would call when he got back from lunch...here it is after 3pm and still no call. Don t bother wasting your time like I did.

The actual work was fine but it was an easy job. The customer service was ridiculous. I had one question and the guy got snarky with me. Acted like I was an inconvince for bringing them my business. Will never go back.

Bought a sub box they made box better.....did what they were suppose to. A bit expensive but they answer my questions and hooked up a good product.

Don't bother going anywhere else. These guys know their stuff. Jason was awesome! He was patient throughout, always listened to my ideas and preferences, he was thorough with my options, flexible to my situation, never pushy, and he has great attention to detail. He treated my truck like it was his own. Overall, excellent work, fair price, good customer service.

BEWARE!! If it were possible to leave less stars I would have! Avoid this place for your marine repair! I took my 2013 150 ETEC (which was sold by them) for overheating issues. Long story short, they replaced two parts. After each replacement they "test drove" on the lake. Apparently they don't have the means to test in the shop. SO....after a new water pump and heat sensor ($200 in parts), I paid a bill that included $875 for labor! DON'T BE BLINDSIDED by this shop, no reputable repair shop would handle a repair this way.

Brought a car in to get an Intoxilock installed for my ex-husband. Staff was not friendly and do not give you any instruction on using the Intoxilock system. I do not recommend going to this business for any of their services.

I can't speak on their quality of work their customer service definitely needs work I could tell from the moment I walked in they didnt want me there also the the first time I went in to inquire about vertical doors they guy in the office was adamant they did them all the time I remember this because he suggest I put them on a vehicle I didnt use everyday because he had customers get tired of them and then went on to suggest a brand of vertical door kit that was american made with high quality steel but I went in to get them installed and they are adamant they dont do them and never have.

Screamed at me at the gas station in her business vehicle. Very tacky. Don't even know them or have had anything to do with them. Really if that's advertising no thanks.
