I have serviced my vehicle(s) at Community for over 15 years and their service department is always friendly, fair and helpful. I can always trust that the job is done correct, they are fast, and they never try to up-sell you on un-needed service. If I ever have an issue, they make it right. I avoided this dealership after HATEING the way a salesman treated me about three years ago (shortly after moving to the area). However last year I purchased a vehicle here, was delighted with the salesmen (Jeff) and since then I have used the service department multiple times and they have not disappointed me yet.Great place yo buy a car, even better place to have service done on it!

will never purchase A vehicle from them again. Had nothing but issues with my initial purchase ended up trading that car in for an SUV because of all the issues within one month of the car. Then within one year my entire rear differential is needing replaced asked to go to a Nissan dealer in order to be replaced community will not issue me a loaner because they are not the ones fixing it.

This review is a little (haha a lot!) Overdue.I purchased a vehicle from this dealership February 2018. As a unique purchase ( in my opinion), I never visited the dealership, everything was handled electronically.My salesperson John Paul was knowledgeable, easy to contact, and professional the entire time it took to complete my purchase. Because of the unique way I purchased it, I had made 2 payments on it before I drove it for the first time. I was not disappointed!I LOVE MY JEEP WRANGLER!! I have had issues. John Paul stays in contact with greatly appreciated informational emails a few times a year. Thank you Mr Paul, if I am ever in need of a new vehicle you will definitely be the first person I contact!

They fixed my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I was very satisfied at the job they did. They did everything I asked them to do. They even came and pick me up and took me back to the dealership and when I dropped off the car they brought me back off at my home in Waterloo on Summerland Drive. This is a very professional outfit and I would trust them with my car anytime and I will continue to take it back to them when I need repairs!

Over the years I have called at least 10 times to try to get a hold of the service department or the parts department the receptionist is always nice but nobody ever picks up in these departments I'm going to have to say if you are actually that busy maybe you should hire more people. Take a hard pass on doing business with this company.

Great experience! Ray was helpful and wasted no time pointing out the highlights of the Chevy Bolt & the $12,000 rebate expiring in a few days.Handed me the keys, try it yourself you ll like it or you won t, and I think you will. Bought it the next day. Thanks Ray.

I stopped in the Service Department to inquire about a problem. Mark did not ask for information on the problem and just stated they needed to perform diagnostic tests. It would be appreciated if people would try to understand your issue before wanting your money.

Both price and time go up every visit for regular maintenance. Scheduling an appointment doesnt seem to matter.I was very happy with buying process for this car with Al and the team at community motors. Getting the oil changed is not worth the high price point.

They do good work and Mark and folks are good people......buuutt they never have loaners and the labor cost is really high. So that's why the 3 stars.

I took my car there to get freon put in or see what the problem why my air was plowing warm air out wasn't cold at all they called and said it was done got it home park it got back I'm it was still the same way blowing warm air out I paid 370 to this place only to get my car back after it went back there they had it for 7 das and still couldn't figure out why it wasn't staying cold toward end now they saying its something else that they think I never any problem out of them before until now I feel if they couldnt figure out this problem they should had refund my money and I couldn't of went some somewhere else instead of getting my car back the same way and out of 370 never again Dorothy ReddService: Air conditioning

Don't ever make the mistake of dealing with this dealership. Bought a used 2013 malibu ltz with the 2.0t with only 30,000 miles in October of 2016. By December of 2016 with us only putting on 2,000 miles the engine had blown up. Took them over a month to get a new engine put in. To this day I constantly f have problems with the car and keep finding things that are not right. They are crooks! Bought a 2012 silverado before this malibu from them and had nothing but problems as well! I go to mcgrath and buy a truck and have nothing wrong now! Save yourself a headache and stay away!
