These folks are the epitome of quality and customer service. They went above and beyond for me and my company, this type of service is unheard of, especially in 2023. not to mention the lovely Miss in the office, she itemized and separated all my invoiced and even put vehicle numbers on the invoices. That being said, going forward they will be the 1st company I contact no matter what customer i am dealing with!!! Thanks again for your excellence folks! I appreciate how their office staff shopped around to find the best price for a new windshield. Cedar Valley Auto Glass had the best price out of the several companies I called. I'm glad I chose them! They did a great job with the installation and finished the job within an hour and a half. They can also glue small chips to extend the life of your windshield. I would definitely come back.UPDATE January, 2023 - I did come back after a truck threw a rock at my side door window and completely shattered it. I was able to get an appointment that day to get some plexiglass installed. They even vacuumed up the broken glass in my car at no extra cost. Gina took the time to find me the most cost effective replacement and gave me a bunch of helpful advice. Cedar Valley Auto Glass turned a major problem into a minor inconvenience.Services: Auto side window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

So we were driving through the area when we got a rock chip on our motorhome windshield. I initially contacted Safelite as they had taken care of our windshields in the past, but I couldn't believe the quote of a $163.00 for a simple rock chip repair!Thankfully, I looked and found Cedar Valley Auto Glass!! What a phenomenal group of people, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. They got me an appointment the next day and the entire process took less than 30 minutes, total out the door cost of $32.00. Do yourself a favor and go to Cedar Valley Auto Glass for any and all of your glass needs. What a great group of folks over there, couldn't be happier!!Service: Auto windshield repair

After a rock cracked my windshield, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and professional atmosphere at Cedar Valley Autoglass. They verify the part is in-house before you make an appointment. The job was done on time and my car was neat as a pin when the job was done. Follow- up instructions are clear and written on your receipt.

Excellent service and prices! I called several businesses in the area and they had the best prices and were the most friendly. Early in the pandemic I had to cancel our windshield replacement, and they were very understanding. We had the work done later. This firm does a great job. Called them about a blip on my windshield...'bring it right over'. Was there for less than 30 minutes..was not a serious deep chip..had me out and thanked me for the business. Refreshing to find a business that GETS IT DONE! Recommend highly! AAA+.

Very friendly service and worked with me to find the right glad for my vehicle. They come recommended by the auto place that I take my car to. They beat out other auto glass places as well as my insurance company in the quote to replace my windshield. I would recommend this business to anyone in the area that is looking great prices and value.

Went in for a chip [with some cracking less than the size of a quarter] quoted $32 before coming in. They quickly explained the process before taking the keys and that the chip will still be visable after the fix. Showed up 15 min early still got right in took about 30 min, and charged the $32 they quoted. Super friendly, and fast service! Will be going back if I ever need this service again.

The desk staff was amazing very friendly delivered on all her promises . There was some type of black gummy material left on my hood. I was able to remove with multiple buffing's. Mistakes happen! I had my windshield get damaged badly by derecho and unfortunately did not have insurance that would cover getting my windshield replaced. I then moved back up to Cedar Falls for school and called around finding quotes and Jim with Cedar valley auto glass was the most helpful person I talked to, and gave me the most reasonable price. Once I brought my car in, I told them another problem with my passenger side windshield. They went ahead and fixed it for me free of charge! Called many places for a windshield replacement quote and Cedar Valley Auto Glass was competitively priced. On top of that, my workplace was very close to the shop and they made a courtesy pickup to have my windshield replaced before lunch time. Excellent work and love supporting a local business. Would do work with them again.
