made an appointment online for oil change and to bleed the brakes. Dropped the car off in the morning at 8:30, never get a call that the cars done, I get there at 4:30 to pick it up and the truck is sitting outside. hey told me they didn't have time to get to the oil change, even tho I had an appointment and the truck was there for 8hrs. What is the point of prescheduling the appointment?

Well organized. Most staff are friendly. Pet friendly is a plus. They do have an auto center, but I prefer Fleet Farm. Cool selection of Iowa merch. Not the best fishing selection anymore, but they do carry some in-season supplies. Overall not a terrible location, fairly decent despite some of the staff not giving basic human respect.

They were nice but couldn't even tell me when they would be able to look at the tire. I have no idea how long I would have had to wait for him to call me. I ended up picking the tire back up and taking it somewhere else

I needed paint matched after buying one at a store that was just, well mean! The guys in the paint did awesome. The 1st didnt match at all. But they smiled said he loves his job and would make sure this was right no matter what it took. .. Customer service you don't see much anymore.Thanks to you all so very much.

I himmed and hawed about leaving this review and what to give. I realize I put myself in this position by signing the paper agreeing to pay $90.39 to get my tires aligned at the beginning, but they only aligned two tires because the tech didn t want to get into the possibility of a few bolts breaking on the back and it tying him up the rest of the day. So instead of changing my price for only doing half the work, I had to pay full. They said if I get multiple things fixed on the back, they would honor my alignment warranty, but at that point, I d probably have somewhere else doing the alignment while they fix everything else anyway. The tech who worked on my car had good customer service. The two who checked me in didn t have all that great of service.

We went here after shopping all over for power tools, this was our last stop and the lady that helped us (I believe her name was Alex) worked harder to to help us than anyone else at the other stores. She got us everything I need. Very pleased wish more stores had employees like her...

Usually a good experience, last time I stopped for a basic type repair could not get in without an appointment. Sent my daughter for a new set of tires.... All went well, however they could've replaced the valve stem caps

Messed up oil pan plug and then insisted on it was not their fault and they weren t going to do anything to correct it dropped my vehicle off at 10 AM wasn t able to leave there and take it to Rydell Chevrolet until 4 PM because they insisted they did not mess up the oil pan automotive manager tried to make me feel like it was my fault that I brought my truck there and spent $1400 on tires and alignment and an oil change just to be told that the oil pan bolt got stripped out and they are not liable to fix it took truck to Rydell after leaving there so they could fix blains Farm and Fleet mistake do not recommend this place even talk to their district manager Jeremy and he was definitely no help and reassured me that him and his team were not going to fix an oil pan bolt that they messed up can t wait to see what happens if I have to use my roadside assistance my personal experience I do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

Called for a quote for a front end alignment on my vehicle. It took a while to get through to an actual person. Prices were a little high so i looked elsewhere

Everything ya could want or need is here for the farm the house auto prices are fair and the staff is knowledgeable about what they have in store and the products they sell
