Make sure you check products you pickup through drive-thru. Bought tool online (1 left), get home and tool plastic packaging has been precisely.cut, then returned to store where they taped and sold it to me for full price. I live 40 miles away and they want me to return it for refund and I out my time and fuel.

I am so happy they carry Livingston garden seeds. Great product with plenty of seeds per packet unlike some other brands that only give you 10 seeds per pack.

This store is one of my favorite just because of the selections, and most of the staff are very friendly and helpful I can't pick out specific people but most of the staff are friendly and greet you and make you feel welcome didn't have quite the experience when we checked out the young lady could have been a little bit more customer relating. Like hey how you doing etcetera nice to see you maybe she was having a bad day but that's unusual usually the cashiers are very very friendly

Went there to make an appointment to have van serviced. New tires, oil change, things like that. Was able to get an appointment for next week. They are really busy this week. Really nice people here. Thank you Aaron for explaining everything to me that will get done. Decent prices too.

Do not buy from this company! They deserve 0 stars. We ordered ornaments from them and all 4 arrived completely broken in several places. These ornaments were not individually wrapped, and were all just thrown in a large box to rattle around and break during shipping. They clearly do not care. And when we called in, they told us it will be at least 4 days before "corporate " will contact us with a shipping label to send them back. So they now want us to have to spend our time and gas money to drop these off at a carrier, and didn't even offer a refund or replacement.

Great prices. Only thing is front end manager is very rude. I went up to ask if they had step ladders and she was helping someone with a return. The entire time I was there the manager was griping at the customer because she needed to give her $67 back and she had just given someone $167 so she was out of change basically. When I got to her I said I can help you out if you have $100 bill I will trade you for 5 $20 bills. She snapped at me saying no we don t have any change I can not help you. I looked at her and said you didn t listen to a word I said did you? She continues on about how she has no $20s so I looked at the cashier next to her and said never mind I won t help you out.The products are great in the store the staff isn t it s a 50/50 shot you ll get someone who knows the products in the store. Asked 5 staff for one step ladder and was sent to 5 different spots in the store. I ve spent $300 in the store in less than a week but must not be enough to get good customer service,

Came in for horse supplies and they had a nice section in the back with what I needed. Have not had an unpleasant experience here yet.

BFF has a little something for everyone even if ya don t necessarily need anything. You ll most likely walk out with something ya needed but forgot about as your to do , need to do soon and seasonal get it done lists all grew. BFF is kind of a peaceful place to shop and the employees who are mostly younger will always help you out. I consider BFF in CF a mid to higher end store as they carry quality items which costs d

Blains always has great prices and a wide selection of products to choose from. They will also price match. I saved $200 on DeWalt tools here versus going to another store, plus when I got to the register I received $50 in blains cash. What a deal!

I would have went somewhere else if I knew they were only going to have two checkers there were five or six people waiting in one line so I went to the other line because it had three and the checker must have been handicapped because he was struggling scanning the items I finally left that line after four more people were in the other line and still was checked out before the guy got two customers done in the other line I'm not one to complain but darn if you're not going to hire the help close the doors for we don't have to waste our time.

You can find good clothes here and other tools. It's not bad, but their selection of tools, snax, clothes, and outdoor gear pales in comparison to their competitor, FnF. Prices are also a bit high.

The store looked pretty run down and outdated. The thing we were looking for (electric grill) it said online that it was in stock, but the floor model was gone. Also there was a sign for the floor model that we wanted to see but it was attached to the wrong grill. We left without purchasing anything.

I visited this store while visiting my aunt. This store truly has anything and everything that you would ever need at a reasonable price. If you can think it, they have it. I loved the large selection of old-fashioned candies they provided. I chose their maple nuts and man were they delicious.

Was in Cedar Falls visiting family and got a flat tire. Called over to Blain's and said they could take care of it. Brought it right over and Zach (mechanic) could not have been more helpful and accommodating! Watched as he pulled a triangular chunk of metal out of the tire and proceeded to repair it from the inside-out, not your typical outside-in plug repair. He even used a hand torque wrench to tighten the nuts after putting the tire back on the car. Can't say enough about how well they treat your car and you! Thank you!

I was looking for pasta sauce mix for canning and everyone else was out and not willing to offer an online solution. Blain's Farm & Fleet let me know they had more coming in and they helped me order mine online for in-store pickup. Awesome customer service!

I am always able to find what I need here at a reasonable price. I am always surprised at how good their shoe selection is. I was looking for a good pair of hiking sandals and I found the same high quality pair that was at Scheels but for $20 less. So now I always check out Blains first. It's a good location too, easy to get in and out quickly.

Really appreciate the expanded selection of sizes here in the clothing department. Large selection, clean facility and helpful staff. Did some comparison shopping on DeWalt cordless tools and found they are significantly higher priced here than my local Norby's Farm Fleet. Found this interesting but good to know the big towns do not always have the advantage. I was comparing the exact same model numbers.

My family and shop here on a regular basis-that's what you get with homesteading. They carry a wide variety of items and have a good selection. Staff have been very helpful when assistance is needed.

Visited for a short time to shop, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a large selection of Carhartt clothing as well as brands I've never seen before anywhere else. I was glad I stopped in.

This has never been an exciting store by any means, but with the much larger competing store just down the road we mostly come here for seasonal items and the sometimes good prices on dog toys/treats. Still a great source of fertilizer and lawn chemicals, though.
