More than satisfied, I had a bad door ding in a tough spot on my new truck that various other shops in town said was near impossible yo fix. Jim used his 25+ years of experience and repaired the dent to 100%! His price was also 50% less than other repair shops quoted me to even get the dent to 50% better. He is a great guy to work with and I am very happy with the outcome!
