My daughter's battery died the day before she was to head home from college. Once she was able to get it there later in the evening, the help getting a battery and getting it installed was greatly appreciated!

Really appreciate the help this place offers. I got a free battery test and a new battery all in about 15 minutes. Excellent service!

I've always had a pleasant experience at Advance Auto Parts. Workers are polite and always try to help. They also test and replace your battery, among other things. Five out of Five. Highly recommended!!!!

My car wouldn t start while shopping this morning. Of course I was 30 minutes from home and my mechanic husband was under the weather and couldn t come to my rescue. My son came and jump started my car. We then headed straight to Advance Auto for a battery. The guys there were very helpful in deciding which battery I needed. So thankful they will install as well. My son didn t have the tools with him to do it. They struggled getting the new battery in due to length of my car s cables but the general manager came out and finally got it in and hooked up. They had me back up and running in less than an hour. Great customer service and they explained everything in detail. Thank you for saving the day, it was very much appreciated!!!

Needed a new battery this morning and took my van here to learn it was supposed to only be replaced at the dealership, but my car wouldn't start at all again (started with a jump to get it there in the first place but they couldn't get it started again there) so Mike replaced the battery anyway for me. He was super fast at it and very friendly and knowledgeable. Plus they didn't upcharge the cost of the battery as much as the dealership would have. Thank you!

Mike at advance is the man to go to, very helpful when it comes to finding parts and very knowledgeable. Definitely the man to go to when no one else has what your looking for

As usual the people of Advance Auto a very helpful they seem to know about everything and I go in here and I get a military discount I am a veteran I was in in 1959 to 1962 and the little discount makes a difference I really appreciate it and you will too now that you know you can have a military discount at Advance Auto

I bought a top of the line battery from Advace Auto Parts off of university Ave. Cedar Falls, Iowa about three months ago.In December aroundChristmas time we had windchills around 41 below and car would not start.Weather warmed up charged the battery and tested it with my battery tester. Battery was at 12.6 but when I checked the load on it the charger said it was very week.Took the car over to advance and they said the battery was borderline. Would not replace battery.The battery failed on me again charged the battery took it to advance they said the same thing. I took it to them a week later they told me the same thing.Last night again the car won't start.I have no trust in this battery.No more advance parts for me they are thieves that won't honer there warranty.

Had problems with our car starting and went in to get the battery tested and they tested that the battery was bad. They looked in to and saw the warranty was still good and Joe did an amazing job installing the new betters for me quickly and for free.

Needed some odd parts for an old skid loader fuel sediment filter. Blair used his auto parts wizardry to get me exactly what I needed. Very grateful. Also able to get exhaust parts for two vehicles. Good trip.

Great parts store, usually always have what I need, but if they don't can usually get it in a day or 2. Staff has always been polite and friendly on my visits. One of the first places I check when needing something for my cars

I am rating this location not the Advanced Auto in general. The guys are here super friendly and knowledgeable, especially Blair. I do like coming here because I know I will get a great service. Advanced Auto in general is three star worth organization because they would get parts that are just rubbish sometimes. Come on, think about your customers a little more without us buying your s$%&, you are nothing.

I Was pretty bummed out when they didn't have the blower motor resistor in stock for a Jeep- Grand Cherokee Overland. Now I need a new wiring harness for it too. Wonder if it comes with the resistor?

Outstanding service as always. Returned a broken tool today @ Cedar Falls, Iowa location & they replaced it on the spot no questions asked. Very impressed & will drive the 30 miles for my parts!

Usually my first choice of getting auto parts when my vehicle needs repaired. Using online store super easy and can just come in pick up the part needed. Warranty on lifetime parts has been easy and simple as well.

Found the windshield wipers I needed easily. The person at the counter rang me up quickly and even installed them for me after offering without me asking. Professional and prompt.

Waites at the counter to purchase some basic headlight bulbs for 10 minutes and not a single employee in sight. Left and got the same bulbs cheaper at Walmart.

This is the second time I have had a issue with this store they like to hang up on people and they say if you use a tool you can't bring it back if it's not the right one
