Great customer service! I m not from Cascade, just made a brief stop in Cascade, when my vehicle started acting up. They came to me, ran a test and told me what code was coming up. I was able to get it to the shop where they got it in that day and got it fixed. Everyone was so nice! If I was in the area again and needed work. I will definitely go there again!!!

10/10 Recommend! The enegry in this place, you can tell off the bat these people care! You can trust them! I am so thankful that my husband and I stopped there. Had an issue with the truck, that has a 5th wheel attached. We are heading states away, and felt the truck jolting. We are on a strict time crunch, and they were able to fit us in right away! Got the vehicle checked over, and they found out the oil change we got from another mechanic over filled my truck!!!! They drained some of the oil, and we crossed our fingers. The truck is working fine again, and I cannot say in words about how thankful I am, not only for the help. But, the kindness and the warm hospitality for the short time my husband and I were there. (Seemed very LGBTQ+ friendly too!)

My friend and I are from out of town and we stranded with a dead battery and pushed aside by other repair shops. Kerps Service took us in right away and got us a new battery within an hour. Nice open lot to put cars down friendly guy in the office. Looked clean and well kept. Not alot of junk scattered about or no pile of cars the couldnt be fixed ither
