I purchased a couple of new phones and phone plans for two lines, to replace another unsatisfactory phone service through a nationwide supplier. I know many of you can relate just how frustrating it is to stop service with one company just to "usually" get the same old terrible service, especially in regards to customer service because most cell phone retailers have no customer service.Well, Levi understands customer service, is friendly, knowledgeable about the products and services he is selling and makes his customers feel welcome in his establishment. My shopping experience and new cell service is great, and Levi understands what his customer needs and wants. Thank you Levi and I definitely recommend his business to anyone looking for his no nonsense approach and professionalism. Thanks again.

DO NOT bring your stuff here. I brought him an IPad and an IPhone with a broken screen and he gave them back to me with the home button on my iPad not functioning correctly and my iPhone doesn t read my Face ID. AND HE DIDNT REFUND ME AFTER BREAKING MY DEVICES MORE. Then, he stopped responding. SO DO NOT bring your stuff here.

This is a Family Oriented Store! Love it , Love it! While my phone is being worked on, or upto paying my bill for my phone I got there.I can be in back TREASURE HUNTING THREW ALL THE GREAT SURPRISES AND THINGS. From used to new things. I Advise everyone to check it out. And when I can't find something his girls are more than Happy to help me find it. Plus,Shannon, his wife ,is great and very helpful for looking up things on the computer. And can't forget Ray, he deals with the car lot, also a Must Check Out Spot!

This is one of the most amazing places. It is like a huge garage sale in a building that isn't really a garage sale. The gentleman that works here is absolutely amazing and very sweet. He probably gets tired of seeing me all the time but I'm going to keep coming back as long as they keep having the stuff for me to come back and buy.. LOL.

Huge selection of modern age Americana. Fantastic for 80s and 90s toy lines. Lots of DVDs and video games at competitive prices.

Luv these guys !! Never had a bad experience any time I've been here! I did also just recently find out they have a Bash Room! Where you can bash the h-e' double hockey sticks out of things (like tvs, dressers, pictures, almost any thing you would never want damaged at home...lol) to relieve any pent up stress or just for the thrill of breaking something you are not supposed to or just to go out with friends and do something you Havent done before!!

Does great work. The guy who helped me brought my old iPhone 7 back from the dead and he also replaced the battery in my mom s phone. Both of our phones are working well, and the two boys we babysit will be pleased to have their play phone back again.

I went to this place about my phone and I can honestly say Mr.Levi was the nicest and most helpful to me. I would recommend anyone that needs anything this Young man sells to do your business with him. I had a very pleasant experience with Total Entertainment..and the cheerful gal Brooke that works there what a joy she was great personality.. Thank you All for all your help today!!!!

They have some awesome vintage nes games Atari PS3 N64 and many more consoles plus movies guitars all kinds of stuff it was like a blast from the past top notch experience

Good place to go for a variety of used items and very helpful with cell phone assistance as long as you're with T-Mobil or T-Mobile Metro. Just good helpful people.

If you can't find it here...you probably don't need it. Levi and his dad are good people. The selection is great and the prices even better! Highly recommended!!

I went to pay my bill with Metro by Mobile and the attendant was awesome! They also rent and sell movies as well as they have all your vaping needs. Thanks guys.

I got my phone fixed here on 4/7/16. I got their around 7:30 ish the guy who fixed my phone seemed to be in a rush he did not connect my phone back how it was suppose to be (My home button didn't work, my keyboard wasn't working correct. I told him he didn't before I left and he told me just to bring it back tomorrow and have the other person fix it. I went in the next day and another guy looked at it the guy the night before did not everything back up in my phone. The guy told me he didn't care if it was 10 mins before or 10 mins after they should have fixed it right. So after getting my phone fixed here I've still had problems my phone is over heating, my battery is dying way to fast and my keyboard is still messed up. Therefore I have to get a new iPhone. The iPhone I had wasn't even old enough to have theses problems. $175 for nothing plus another $35 for a new phone. $210 a waste of money. Never going there again !

Took a phone in for repair and received knowledgeable and prompt service. Price for repairs was very competitive and even lower than expected. Very pleased with Total Entertainment.

Prices for getting a cell phone screen replaced are good, but the customer service as far as them getting back to you about the status of your screen repair are only ok!

I rate Levi 5 stars but the guy that was to fix my laptop still has it and its been 2 weeks now WOWshould I have to pay when I get it back?
