I was in town for work for a couple days. I was hearing some rattling down below that was giving me safety concerns. I googled for an honest mechanic and Chad was the first on the list. I read other reviews and decided to contact him. He had done work on other people s vehicles in a couple days time, so I just thought I d see if he might be able to work on mine, or at least tell me what the issue was so I could make a decision if it needed work right away, or if it could wait until I got home. He couldn t look at it when I got into town, but it was close to closing, so that was understandable. He went above and beyond as to drive over to where I was working and test drive it in the parking lot. His timing was even perfect, because it was exactly on my break. After the drive, he let me know what the issue was and that it was just a noise and not a safety concern, and he gave me info for getting it fixed when I got home. I want to add my recommendation to the list for his services.

Dead battery in my Durango on a Sunday. Only place that would let me bring it in that day, installed in roughly 30 minutes, and price was more than fair. Excellent service will return.

I was on my way back to my duty station when my car broke down in Burlington. Called every car service station in town and they all declined to help me without a previously scheduled appointment, Then, I called Chad (H&H Automotive) and he agreed to take a look at my vehicle, he ordered the parts and fixed my vehicle in less than 24hrs. Great service and economic!

Chad is hands down the best mechanic I have had the pleasure of working with. He worked with me in replacing my clutch in a 2013 Chevy cruse. That is a huge undertaking for a one-man shop. He did it in a timely fashion, and gave me updates along the way! I will be taking my business here again. And again. Thank you! ! !

very nice and helpful! i noticed something off with my car, and he tightened my lug nuts within 20 minutes of calling, free of charge as i am a college student away from home.

I was visiting Iowa with my daughter when my alternator went out. I was struggling to find someone to fix it that day so we could get home. After our first shop which was a dud, I called Chad. He got us in right away and recommend a towing company to get me there, got it done in a quarter of the time others told me and was also a better price than the others. We made it home and are still having no issues. Extremely grateful!

Chad worked on my 2006 tundraintake manifold gasket replacement ,new plugs,tran oil change and other things truck is now getting over 21 miles per gallon on highway. My truck was done in less then 3 day not counting on waiting on parts.He will be the only one to work my vehicles.He also worked on my 2006 Hondacrv oil change and brake job all done in less than one day.Honest clean. His business will be a good addition to downtown Burlington. I have recommended him to all the people I know.

Chad from H&H is an excellent mechanic. I was afraid my work van would be down for a week or two, he got it turned around in three days, before some of the other guys had even given me a quote. Very impressed.

I have to say Chad is the best if you're new to Burlington or not he is the man you want fixing on your car. My car been fixed a couple of times by him and I have to say I am more then pleased. I was having electrical/computer problems with my car. I was positive it was going to cost me hundreds of dollars. I took it to h&h. He had the problem fixed in an hour. He also looked at my whole car and said it was in great shape, no leaks. But I need new tires. He is super smart and friendly. I highly recommend him! You won't be sorry.

Was driving to Grandkids soccer noticed brakes squeaking.Googled auto repair near me. Talked to Chad told work history and experience, qouted price. Was a little sceptical new guy under hood.Didnt want to miss a day of work. Took a chance. 2 hours later call ,work completed, final bill lower than quote. The best part was occurred on Sunday. EXTREMELY SATISFYING EXPERIENCE. Will Return.

Fantastic, very knowledgeable, friendly, willing to go out of his way to help. We were traveling through Iowa, had trouble on a Sunday, and called and he fixed our pick-up would definitely recommend this business!!!
