I got a free upgrade due to not having a compact at the time. I loved it. Everything went very smoothly. I would recommend them when you need to remember a nice vehicle. I'll definitely use them again when needed.

Nice vehicle nice staff. When they ask if your interested in buying a vehicle say no. I was not 1 block away when there auto sales called to start the pestering process. They called several times before I finally got upset with them.

Worst rental car place this place in Burlington Iowa never has cars that you reserve. You can reserve it weeks out to be told an hour before pick up that they don t have the car you reserved thi has happened many times which has lead me to this review. Then on top of that they always have new employees there s never anyone to create a relationship with that knows you and your accommodations. This location is the worst enterprise in the nation the experience over the years with them has been horrible needs shut down or corporate needs to come work there location and get things on track do not waist your time renting from here!!!!

This place was pretty professional, helpful, easy to work with. They came and picked me up from the repair shop and drove me to enterprise in Burlington. Later they came and picked up the car from the repair shop. The whole process was pretty streamlined.

I reserved the largest SUV that they had on their website, Suburban size for a large family. The office called me an hour before I was due to pick it up to inform me that they don't offer that class of SUV at their location, despite it being an option on their website and letting me reserve it. Seeing as it was only an hour before pickup and the start of our weekend trip, I had to take what they gave me which was significantly smaller and as a result, had to leave things behind that we would have normally taken and could not take anything extra back from our trip. Very disappointing. The office did nothing to try and make up for the inconvenience until I got in contact with their Corporate Customer Service, at which point the location gave me $15 off, which was honestly more insulting. Not a well-run location, little care for the customer and that's not even to mention the fact my pickup was 10AM and I didn't get to leave the location until almost 11AM because the car wasn't ready yet.

We required a rental while our van was in the body shop. Molly was super friendly upon picking up the car. Everything was explained clearly and quickly. I was on my way in about 20 minutes. The car was simple, clean and reliable.When our repair was done, they checked out the vehicle and took me to pick up our van.Service is everything! I'll be back for my next rental.

My experiences here have always been good, but this past one was great. The guys, (sorry I didn't catch names!) were so friendly but also professional. The vehicle itself was very nice and dropping it back off was so easy. No complaints whatsoever!

Was recently in an accident and had to go through enterprise for a rental. Luke was such a tremendous help with every question i had, and also made sure to keep me informed on things that even the insurance didn't. 10/10 service!

Wasn't renting this day. But have before. I was actually watching an ATM machine, van was in line before me. Car ahead of it left, van pulled around to get behind me. I used it, cleared and cancelled, then pulled near Enterprise and watched the van not move, not use the ATM, not roll down window, not open door. Just say there for 15 minutes. Then it finally drove off, but I got a pic of license plate, and reported it to police. Weird!

The front desk lady can literally do it all on her own with an amazing attitude. We have personally seen her answer phones at the same time she is attending to customers in person. West Burlington location is all about her and she makes it great! Execute a huge raise and bonus immediately!

Enterprise in Burlington is absolutely amazing! Great, fast service! Very friendly & helpful. Office and vehicles always clean and smell great ! Michelle & Molly are absolutely wonderful!! Always polite & welcoming!! I was hit by a drunk driver in one of their rentals, & they have been nothing short of absolutely perfect & understanding!! Recommend them to anyone & everyone!!!

Molly Baker at Enterprise in Burlington is phenomenal at her job. I stopped in Monday afternoon to trade in my vehicle and she was swamped. She was the only one working and was the epitome of grace under pressure. She handled every customer with patience and kindness including customers on the phone. I highly recommend working with Molly if you're in need of a rental in or around Burlington.

Love this place. They upgraded me because my car I had reserved was late. Miss Molly Baker is amazing and I will only deal with her when I go again to rent a car. She was very thorough with everything on the paper work . I will not go to anybody else or another car rental place . They have my service for a long time. Thank up Molly Baker.

After waiting 6 days on Hertz rental car in Iowa City to furnish the agreed-upon rental car to supplement my personal vehicle that their client damaged, I had to get a rideall the way back from Iowa City to Burlington in contact enterprises car rental who informed me they would have one for me on Monday after 1:00 and they were waiting for me on Monday after 1:00. It's a third party accident claim now out of pocket cost and they were quite professional. I have had issues with Avis before keeping my deposit for a late return hurts I wouldn't recommend to a llama been Enterprise that's the way to go. In fact that's the only way I will go from now on if I ever need a rental.

Molly was wonderful in helping us! She is very polite and professional and she explains everything clearly.This rental was due to an unexpected issue and would have been a bit of an inconvenience if it weren't for Molly. She made it a smooth experience and we are very grateful for that!

Very helpful and professional. I felt confident in the sanitary measures taken. The car I had reserved had been taken so they upgraded me to a better vehicle at no extra charge. The check-out and check-in were very speedy.

Molly Baker and her co-worker did great!Enterprise corporate really does the local offices a dis-service by not telling customers you cannot reserve 2 vehicles in 1 name and with 1 credit card. What is the point in reserving 3 weeks early only to find out 1.5 days before leaving you can't have the vehicles you reserved?? Corporate also assures you local offices have the vehicle you need until you ask to speak with the local office and they tell you they have no cars that size --- 3 different cities I went to and same story.Molly worked hard to get us the vehicle we needed and she succeeded. Car was extremely clean and rode well.A couple things corporate....Molly needs more help to run with any kind of customer satisfaction & to put up with the grief customers dish out. And by the way...a Dodge Durango and a GMC YukonXL do NOT have the same amount of cargo space just because they have a 3rd seat! When customers ask for a Yukon, there is a reason.

We were surprised and very pleased to receive a free upgrade upon our arrival to pick up a full size car. The Jeep Grand Cherokee was clean, comfortable and safe to drive. Plenty if power for highways, good tires, and a working GPS system!Staff were pleasant and professional. Ease of check out and return greatly appreciated.

Well I have to admit, I am not a very happy Enterprise Customer. First of all I used my Costco Membership and got a nice deal for 21 days, with a free upgrade. When I got there, all they had was a very small Ford Focus or Escort which would hardly hold more than two pieces of luggage let alone anyone else. So I got an upgrade alright but it was for an SUV and the price went up a hundred plus dollars. Then the check engine light was on and the gas was not full, so the agent, told me he would take care of it when I got back, so with that said, I tried to get a garage in Florida to reset the light and they wanted a $139.00 and I knew I would not be reimbursed, so I passed on that. Then there was ice and heavy snow from Kentucky up thru the southern part of Illinois and I had the car an extra six or seven hours. I tried calling but they were closed. Then I received my bill and they added another $100.00 dollars saying that I had the car and extra three days total and charged my credit card for it. This whole deal started out at quoted price of $492.00 and ended up being nearly $670 dollars and I am not very happy, I have sent emails to their customer service, but just now today got a email back stating they would look into it. I have contacted my credit card and now going to contact Costco to see what course I need to get the extra money credited back to my credit card. I have rented cars all over the USA and with just about every company you can think of, but I will never ever use this (ENTERPRISE) again, until they correct this error at once..Dennis in Iowa

I rented a car from them this past Saturday, it was in great condition, the service was prompt and friendly. I dropped the car off at the Iowa City branch, with not so great of experience. However, the manager from Burlington, stepped right in and took care of the problem. He went far and beyond his duty to make sure I was taken care of. I am back home in Utah, so it was wonderful to have him take care of the inefficient service from their branch in Iowa City. Thank you Burlington Manager!

Was to pick up car today, Oct 11th for flight tomorrow in Cedar Rapids. Booked car August 6. Got call they have no cars available. Very disappointed they waited until we were ready to head to Burlington to let us know!!

If I could give zero stars then I would. Shelby was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unorganized from the moment I walked in. She was sitting inside with her shades on and didn t even greet me, then had an attitude the entire time that she spoke to me. Upon returning one car (that was supposed to go to a different location) I needed another car and she insisted that the car I just brought was going to someone else and she couldn t get me a car until at the very least the following afternoon because of that (but the car was registered to be returned to the Iowa City location). When we expressed our dissatisfaction and headed to Iowa city to do business she called 25 minutes later saying she had a car for us, although she swore there would be no way for a car to be available to us and we didn t request one beforehand, which isn t the case and she eventually found the reservation after telling us over and over that it wasn t in her system and she didn t remember talking to us earlier that day, yet later in the same conversation she said she knew that I was bringing the car to the Burlington location because we spoke on the phone...but you didn t remember me calling about a car (same phone call)? Decided to drive an hour and a half out of the way and just deal with Iowa City Enterprise. I will drive out of the way to the Iowa city location before I even contemplate allowing this location to deliver a car to my home. 0/5 I do not recommend and would encourage others to not waste their time.

I scheduled an SUV rental from these folks a couple weeks ago for a weekend trip/vacation. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised. Enterprise had delivered a premium vehicle in its place for the same money. The staff is always very professional and courteous each time I visit the location. Highly recommended

I would give zero if I could. I had a car reserved for over a month and the morning I was to pick it up they didn't have a car. Then said they were going to do some checking and get right back to me. Never heard another word.

If you go to Enterprise.com it shows they have all kinds of cars. When I drove an hour to get there. They didn't have the van I needed. They claimed it was the corporate office's fault because it shows cars they don't have. If that is true, I suggest calling first.

The people at the Burlington branch were very helpful during my rental. My insurance company had to keep extending the rental and they were very cooperative. They are doing an excellent job of cleaning the vehicles for customers safety during the pandemic as well.
