I am a new customer and the times that I have used the car wash in my area it has been convenient but lacks thoroughness. The person using the scrubber brush to remove excess bugs and road grime focused on my windshield only. At the end of the conveyor/wash it clearly did not remove debris from the windows and windshield. Inspection after the car wash, showed it did not clean the front of my vehicle. I cancelled my monthly car wash package.

Love the free vacuums. Bought the best wash possible for over $20 - Did a good job but could ve done better for the price. Not a fan of the employees standing there waiting to take your card and ask what type of wash you want - That part should be all taken care of me (contactless).

Excellent service! After being coated in gravel/mud after a rain, they took the time to pressure wash my running boards and around my tires. Friendly staff willing to help out and make sure your questions are answered and your vehicle is taken care of.

A+++ all around, my running boards they even pressured washed off. Just to make sure they got extra clean. Very polite and helpful all around.The unlimited washes is what sold me. I live on a gravel road and they really got my car looking great before my meeting. Fast and an amazing job.I highly recommend!

The promotion is ideal. I paid $23 for the wash and I get to come back all month long, I can cancel anytime too. I appreciate the guy who took time to go through the services with me and about the towels they provide to finish drying. I am very impressed with this car wash place.

Great day! Learned that items were available for free to detail your car. Clean rags, which worked amazingly well for outside and inside as well. Windex spray, gloves for use. Free vacume, and they are very powerful. They offer interior mat cleaning services as well, just drop them off at the door before entering the kiosk/gate! My van hasn t been this clean in awhile. Live on gravel. The manager/trainer noticed I was cleaning the outside windows with napkins, he pulled me aside and explained all of this. So grateful! Nice and friendly, helpful people. Left a tip at the kiosk because I was so appreciative! Nice job Burlington Iowa ChampionExpressCarWash!!

Wife went for a car wash to see how good this place was. Never been there before. Usually use the one across the street. They said they were running a promo and u could get unlimited washes for the rest of the month for a really reasonable price. Why not right? We're not local but are in the area often so it still seemed like a deal. Little did we know they would continue to charge us monthly and triple the price the very next month. Couple months passed before it was even noticed. Now after 2 months and contacting them multiple times, they still continue to charge us and have not refunded a dime. We had to work with our bank to block the charges from here on out. What a shady way to make a buck.

Unfortunately I have to give it one star, as zero isn't an option.I paid for and used their car wash subscription for many months.. despite how poorly the wash would dry the vehicle. It was convenient.Then it ripped off my driver rearview mirror.The company, of course, made it out to be MY fault.I asked to cancel my subscription and for a refund on the last month, they said they would process it. Not only did the refund never come, they're still charging my bank for the subscription.If looking for a carwash, I do not recommend .There is another carwash about a mile west, I've heard good things from and it seems their prices are equivalent and with more services.

I am pretty impressed with this subscription car wash. I am new to the area from St. Louis and have used several others in the past. This one is always working and always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Apparently I didn't have as good of experience as others, used to cost $12 and there was 2 people washing under wheel wells, etc. Today it was $19 and one guy that washed windshield and back window. Used a few choice words when I got out and looked at my truck. Assist steps dirty, wheel wells dirty! Went to another Water Works car was and got might truck clean for $10.

The site was clean and the fellow working inside the tunnel was super polite and made sure my car was rinsed off well prior to entering into the actual car wash.

The manager Joel is the best! It s almost like I ve known him for a really long time! He s like family! He makes everyone feel welcome! Even when they re busy they re very attentive to customers and fun to be around!

Friendly car wash, with free vacuums. However, the basic wash missed my trunk completely. Pricing is 10 for a wash, 15 for wash and wheels, and they offer memberships, which I personally will utilize this winter.

Paid 20 buck for the wash and didn t get the bugs or the dirt off the rear of my vehicle. The guide in worker barely scrubbed the car and didn t even use the power washer. Still had bugs on the bumper and dirt you can wipe with your hand on the rear tailgate.Service: Car waxingService: Car waxing

Great staff and great service. I once went through twice and my car wasn t clean enough on one side I informed staff that maybe the rollers weren t positioned correctly, they addressed it immediately and got it reset.

Not pleased came out the other end with bugs still on my windshield and bumper. The new company doesn t scrub the car like super clean did. I ll give them the rest of my month pass to work out kinks but after that if it hasn t improved I will be going elsewhere.

While I appreciate being able to utilize the car wash every day (if I really wanted too) with my monthly package, I don t like having to go through it 3 times in a row, just to get my car clean! My running boards, rocker panels and the back of my car hardly ever get clean, because they only worry about the front of the car and windshield Employee who worked 8/28/23 5:15pm, 5:40pm & 5:45pm was very nice, considering the other employee just walked out on him but it s not fun to have to go through that many times to finally get my car clean!

The owners of the wash are racist bigots who prioritize profit over customers and even the employees. They would rather penny pinch and not fix the machines instead of spending the money to fix the equipment and customers and staff have to suffer because of it. Stay far away unless you want bugs to remain on your vehicle after the wash, because they are more concerned about the cost of water and soap than getting cars clean. That is not a reflection of the staff there, but upper management not caring about anybody but their greedy pockets.

Excellent service in Burlington location. Joel Davis was very helpful answering questions I had. Will definitely go back again!
