Absolutely worth the 10 minute detour off of I80 .found this Gem of a coffee shop during our travels! Service was great, cozy and chic decor. The coffee is absolutely delicious.I ordered the Canadian (cold) and my wife ordered the Montreal (hot) both delicious!!! The barista was super friendly (I forgot to ask their name)! They get their coffee from a local roaster!!! If you enjoy a good coffee, you won t regret the short drive over, my only regret is we came through too early to get to experience any other shops or businesses in this charming little town.

I could see myself hanging here with a friend for an hour or two. Our trio of a fam stopped and got two coffees & two pastries and an applesauce pouch. I ordered a specialty drink called the Montreal. The cinnamon hit just right on those first sips, making me long for fall!! And the fact that the specials are auto oat milk instead of an add on, it nice. My tummy thanks you! Fantastic coffee and tasty goodies in the case.We usually stop here on our way out of town after visiting fam. We ll continue stopping by!

The person working was nice and the service was fast. I ordered an iced chai latte and my husband ordered one of the specials. He liked his but my chai latte was basically just iced milk. I tossed it as soon as we walked out of the shop. I've never gotten a chai latte that didn't taste like chai from anywhere else since it's just a concentrate with milk added to it. I'm not sure how that gets messed up. We probably won't stop in again.

Beautiful and cozy coffee shop. I was looking for a place to grab a latte to go on my way to Iowa City off the Interstate. No drive thru but plenty of street parking. The barista was top notch, newer decor, snack and pastry choices, and the coffee was amazing.

Canadian Cold brew was a recommendation by a local friend. Did not disappoint. Strong cold brew with a floating cloud of cream sweetened with maple and cinnamon sprinkle that melted deliciously into the coffee. Locally owned, nice coffee menu included some limited breakfast items. Clean, socially distanced, masks required.

No masks worn. Service fair. Minimal engagement by staff. They wordlessly placed a cup at the pickup window while I was waiting and I wondered if it was my order and I saw the writing and deduced it wasn't. Staff is young so may benefit by some simple reminders that a friendly verbal acknowledgement of a customer goes a long way to build relationship which seems like one of the ministry objectives of the establishment.Latte was good! I would give another chance after the pandemic ends.

Nice to find such a quaint place in the middle of nowhere. They have large collection of coffee and customised flavours. Owner is so sweet. She has such a lovely smile.

What a wonderful, organic and local coffee shop. The owner Carla is socially aware, energetic, knowledgeable and genuine. What a classy and warm place to conduct business, meet up with friends, or relax with a book or computer! I will be back many times. Oh yeah, her Chai is to die for!

What a great coffee shop! We were passing through, found this shop on Google maps, and decided to stop for breakfast and coffee. What a treat this was! Great food (pastries and breakfast sandwich) and coffee (latte), but more importantly, great service! This will now be our stop on every trip from Des Moines to Moline!
