Deceptive practices do get you through the door because they will apparently say anything if it gets you through their front door. Email exchange was all lies and they back pedaled blaming the people they pay to represent them in the email. Guess I should have known based on reviews.Reply to dealership response:Although a response to a review is common practice let s dissect your response to what my review stated. First, yes there were 26 emails exchanged between your company representative and myself discussing the upside down promotion. Your reply states if you weren t getting along, I doubt that would have lasted more than one or two emails at the most. Where in my initial review did I state I did not get along with your representative? I stated what was emailed to me was a lie, which it was based on the definition to make an untrue statement. I did not state we did not get along. Secondly, you wrote back, because of one human making a mistake does not make the whole store full of good employees bad people, nor did they back pedal. Again, where did I state your employees were bad people? I did not state that, what I stated was the use of deceptive practices to get potential buyers in your store. As for the back pedaling- definition is to retract a previous statement or stance made. The company representative made a statement that to my knowledge was the truth and based on this statement I visited your store. However, after discussing with the in store manager it was discovered that the call center/email communications department has been routinely telling interested parties false statements based on this promotion. The sales manger stated this has been routinely happening, if it has been routinely happening that your company representatives have been making false statements to perspective parties then why hasn t this been handled before now? Why hasn t there been a statement made to the general public about false information being given by company representatives? One could hypothesize that the company is okay utilizing deceptive practice to get people through the door and then attempted to convince them to continue with services despite the initial statements being false. If you would really love a chance to make it up to me and provide a better experience, the initial correspondence with your company representative would be upheld.

We worked with John pickle and Al during my visit and they were both wonderful to work with. I felt zero pressure to purchase and they were both very personable and friendly. I without a doubt will visit Pat Clemons again!

Worked with a couple guys buying our used suburban john "pickell" was a top notch guy no pressure and was a straight forward honest guy would definately buy from him again if he was at a different dealership the sales manager Doug VERY unsatisfied with him been trying to work with him to get the issues resolved with our suburban that have arised literally less than 24 hours after we purchased it they fixed 2 things out of the 5 that have arised and keep getting the run around talked to the general manager one time and 10 minutes later get a phone call from doug being all upset because i went over his head to get some answers since doug was giving me the runaround still trying to get some things resolved but it has now been a month today since we bought the vehicle so i'm thinking i'm stuck with the repairs on my own even tho i was told different

It is probably the worst when it comes to communication. Left several messages for Doug with the false hope that maybe something can get done. Not a single email, text, or message since. This was 13 days ago since we have last heard anything.

Business that is okay with deceptive practices in person and online. Appears to be extremely argumentative in review responsive when consumers appear to be unhappy with services rendered.

The service people did an amazing job! I went in cause my car was acting weird, I explained everything to the service guys and they took a look at it. Turns out it was the turbo! The service guy was even nice enough to drive it 90 miles to make sure it was fixed! I really appreciate how nice and friendly they all were. I now go back every time I need an oil change or something is wrong!

I highly recommend the service department! I had been having constant issues with my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I would keep getting it back from another dealership with the check engine light on and this happened on multiple occasions. I finally decided to take it to Pat Clemons and they got me within a few days. I got the car back in 3 days with no issues and runs perfectly.

Just went in to get a good auto. Check up since I do all my maintenance. Was hoping to get more of a detailed report versus saying everything was good, but they've always treated me well

The experience here was wonderful. From the salesman John Pickell to Al the finance guy we couldn't have had two better guys going above and beyond to make sure we left happy. You guys have made customers for life and gave my wife one of the best birthdays she's ever had. From the bottom of out hearts we thank you.

I worked with Jon in sales and Al in financing and they were both so delightful! I walked in knowing there was a slim chance of getting approved but Al did what he could to get me into a car.I had some mechanical issues with the car(still in the process of getting it to them to get looked at so will add more to this later). I told them I didn't feel comfortable driving it, and they went above and beyond to get the car to them.I definitely will be going back here for my next car.

Bought my 2nd vehicle from pat clemons boone and its a complete mess. Front brakes are no good, found this out from taking it to a second car lot. They sold it to me with bad breaks. The car stalled out on the interstate w my children in it and almost got hit by a semi going 75 mph. When it stalled out the check engine light came on. Ive been told they will loook at it when they can monday but no loaners to use in the meantime to transport mykids in.I bought from clemons because i had a good ecperience here before but after this i wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy.

Good selection of all kinds and makes of vehicles. Accommodating staff. Be warned though.....you are allowed to have the vehicle to purchase evaluated by an independent mechanic. Ran into a problem with a recent purchase where the "27 point inspection" was supposed to be done, and found several items that were not fixed. After these were pointed out, they were fixed for free and a complimentary vehicle was supplied.

The staff was very knowledgeable and was able to over discuss details of my problem over the phone. They delivered fast diagnostics and clear cut delivery of issues with my car and how to fix them. Went above and beyond to assist in getting me the best repair plan. If you are looking for friendly and smart service and peace of mind the job is getting done right, this is the place.

John Pickell took the time to walk us through our test drive and purchase experience and was so friendly throughout. Al Hobart was great in the finance office and explained everything very clearly, answering all of our questions. Will definitely consider Pat Clemons for our next purchase, too!

Fast friendly service. Offered 10% discount then read the paper and there's a 20% coupon. Think since we have bought several vehicles here, this should have been offered. Also wondered if the tires were checked as I had a flat the day after the seal was replaced on my back door

The supervisor for their service department is a good guy. The receptionist is a worthless excuse for a human being. They had my vehicle for a total of 28 days out of 120 days trying to fix power steering. I informed this person that I was not paying for the same work id already paid for. This excuse for a human then threatens yo call the cops and tells me to leave. She then threatens again. Unacceptable. In 20 years of working with people I have never treated anyone like this nor have I ever been treated this way. The other folks I worked with were great, however this brown haired thing in the office ruined my experience thus why their review is a 1.

A lack of honest and forthright communication from the service coordinator made getting my vehicle serviced an extremely frustrating and stressful experience.I understand it was a big job and mostly unexpected, but the constant string of "there's just one thing left" and "it'll be ready in the morning" made the wait intolerable. I have no idea how long the work should have taken, and clearly neither did they.I'm grateful that the technician spotted the issue and took the time to correct it; I'm just a bit sore about having to constantly scramble at the last minute every day to find a way to get to work and back while repeatedly being told "it'll be ready in the morning".

Was suppose to get a call back to schedule a recall repair and nothing 2wks laterUPDATE have now been notified that there is no record of my bringing my car in at all. Normally I would agree that 1 star is a bit harsh for a missed call, however this call can lead to an engine fire avoiding to the recall and then to have no record of me being there. I have to start all over.

They have great service and sale people here. If anyone is looking to buy a vehicle they need to talk to Park Winters and if you're looking for service you need to contact Jon Strabley. These two can hook you up with anything you could need. I've multiple vehicles there and have been happy each time. Get in and get a car or service.

Bought a car last fall (2017) from here. 3 months later the radiator rusts out and needs replaced. Over the summer the transmission begins shifting gears at random times while driving highway speeds. As of December (2018) the ABS and ESC have begun to malfunction on the car. Causing braking at random times while driving highway speeds. Took the car to Wilson Toyota to get the car aligned and we were told it was the worst alignment they have ever seen come through the doors and that the car had to have been in a crash before. The car has never been in an accident during our ownership except backing into another cars hitch, which they said wouldn t have knocked off the alignment that much. This was not on the CarFax, but I would believe would ve been something easy to find. Some of the issues may be due to the car itself, I will never buy another Hyundai, but it is disappointing the quality of product that was put out. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but overall just a disappointing experience. Make what you want of it. My advice would to read how they react to low reviews and look at their true character.

They were going to charge me $2400.00 for the wrong repairs that would not have fixed the problem. The correct repairs cost $125.00 at a local honest repair shop. I consider this outfit to be borderline criminally incompetent. Aside from that I like 'em just fine.

Was just cruising the lot like I normally do. Was looking at a different vehicle and decided that particular vehicle was not practical for me. Talked to Cody and told him I needed a vehicle that had a a high rebate due to me being upside down on my trade in. Cody found the perfect vehicle for me and I absolutely fell in love with it. At first we could not come to terms on my monthly payment. Al in finance kept working his magic and never gave up. We finally came to a price that I could afford. I definitely will return to buy my next vehicle.
