As a first time customer I was very pleased with the service. The staff is friendly and professional. They go the extra length to give quality service by providing attention to details like checking the tire presure, topping off fluid levels, and checking the breaks for wear. And all at a reasonable price. TC's has won my loyalty and all of my vehicles will be serviced there in the future.

I took my 2006 Hummer there for some maintenance. They gave a good price and were very friendly. They are honest and won't charge you for work you don't need. I am very happy with them. I recommend them if you need work done to your car.

TC Auto did work on my 2005 Honda CRV and I will definitely be calling them in the future when I need work done. Their work was done in a very reasonable amount of time and the price was affordable. Also the two guys working there are super friendly. Good small town business.

I drove from Maryland to Iowa to visit family. On the way, my car developed two issues. TC Auto came highly recommended by my sister-in-law. They took care of both issues quickly and professionally, and communicated with me during the repair process. The charges were most reasonable. I could not ask for more! My heat in my Edge was not working on the passenger side. I had called around to a few places and couldn't get in quickly. One place could get me in, but wanted to charge me 250.00 to look at and fix. Todd was able to get me in quickly and was able to fix quickly and for a fraction of the price!! Highly recommend TC Auto to everyone. Very honest service!!!!

T.C. Auto treated me extremely well and in a timely manner. They installed a high pressure fuel injection pump on my 12 Ram diesel. They communicated with me through out the repair which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend TC Auto for any of your repair needs.

Tod and his crew of excellent technicians performed a ballet of maintenance on my 2014 F350. They were under, over, inside and in general everywhere on it doing a lot of modification and maintenance. I've had several occasions where I needed work done on cars over the past few years, some expensive, some not so expensive. Each time Todd and his excellent staff have responded timely, expertly and courteously with attention to detail. I would recommend this shop to anyone seeking work done with a fair and reasonable result.

I grew up in the quad cities, but was gone for a long time. Needed work done on my box truck. Was recommended by 3 different places to go here. Was very happy I did. Excellent service and more than fair prices. Would highly recommend this place.

If you are looking for a shop in Eastern IA, TC Auto is your place! I drove 2 hours to take my car to TC Auto and would make the drive again any day. I was able to get fast, fair, and inexpensive service. Very pleased with the recent clutch replacement in my vehicle. Todd knew exactly what needed to be done, provided a superior clutch and was reasonably priced. I would recommend taking your vehicle to this shop.

We pulled in to his shop with a shot bearing and hub at 7am. We were on our way by 1pm with no appointment. Todd has a huge heart and loves to be the hero he is! Love dealing with guys like him that make you worry free!

This place rocks!!! From standing by their work, to advising customers on a first vehicle, to apologizing profusely for being slammed!!! These are the reasons I choose T.C. AUTO!!!The owner is there every day working his rear off to make sure EVERY customer is not just taken x cm are of, but completely satisfied!

Got a flat tire at the scrap yard across the street. Large chunk of metal in my front tire. Walked over and asked if he could give me a hand. He was very busy gave me an air tank I blew up the tire pulled into his shop he fixed the tire directly and got me on my way. Very thankful.

The water pump on our truck went out while we were camping on the Mississppi. We took it to TC Auto for repair and they replaced the water pump. They did not clean the bolts or add sealant to the bolts which allow the coolant to leak. They did not flatten the o rings so they got pinched and leaked coolant. TC auto was supposed to change the thermostat when they replaced the water pump, but they did not and the missed coolant leaks around the theromostat housing. Finally, they did not tighten the clutch fan properly and it fell off while driving. Their lack of attention to basic mechanics cost us another $400 to be repaired by our mechanic. TC auto was unwilling to refund any of their labor costs.

I think you must be thinking of another shop. TC Auto does not tow and the person that tows for them ranges from 65-90 dollars usually. That amount is paid by customer or just added onto the invoice. Also when local in town usually pull the car in with a chain or strap at no charge. Maybe your thinking of another shop in town.
