I recently purchased a 2007 Lexus from Bo's Auto in Bloomfield and couldn't be happier with the experience! From the initial inquiry to driving away with my new car, everything was smooth and hassle-free.They advertised a clean title and a fair price point, and that's exactly what I found. Before making the drive, I appreciated the opportunity to do a video call with them to see the car in detail. This helped me decide if it was worth the trip.When I arrived, the car was prepped and ready for me to take it on a thorough test drive. Months later, I'm still very pleased with the car's performance and condition. Bo's Auto provided a positive and trustworthy buying experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

I put a $500 deposit down on a truck was told it needed a neutral safety switch. He said he would fix.He had over a week to fix it. I'm 5 hours away and he calls me couple hours before I leave to come get it tells me it's not fixed. Was told the truck was a southern truck with little to no rust. Drive all the way there the rear wheel well are rusting out same with rockers. I decline the purchase and he won't return my deposit. BAD BUSINESS

Found Ben to be forthcoming and honest and pleasant to deal with. I m a couple hours away at and he was happy to send me additional pictures of a vehicle when I called to ask about it, he was willing to hang out a while after closing if I wasn t able to get there until the afternoon, and he was fair and reasonable when I ended up purchasing it. There were no attempts at surprise charges or additional fees and no issues with the paperwork and everything was handled promptly. I even left my ID behind in his office and he mailed it back to me the next business day. Would not hesitate to do business with Bo s Auto again.

This gentleman was very accommodating and very professional and very respectful! Answered all our questions and left no stone unturned wth the process of making our automotive desires as fulfilled as humanly possible! Than you thank you thank you and we will be back! Bought a 1981 Civic from Bo s just over a month ago. I m located in NY and was not able to visit, but Ben was more than happy to videoconference multiple times to virtually show and test-drive it. Ben clearly cares about cars and was proactive in offering me helpful info about the vehicle. I got it shipped, and when it arrived the car was in the great condition described. I ve put 2.5k miles on it since purchase and it is running great--am extremely happy with my purchase. To speak to Kali s review, paperwork was a little slow on my end as well, but I never doubted the integrity of the business or Ben. Would buy another car from from Bo's.

(I would give 0 stars if I could) I drove 3 hours to go look at a 2004 Monte Carlo SS with 65k miles. The seller described it as perfect condition a few minor problems. (Sunroof was not latching all the way to close, MAF sensor was broken) needed new clear coat and also needed a new set of keys. Upon first inspection the car looked as what it was described in the pictures. When I went to the interior that s when it went all downhill. Firstly both doors were squeakier than my 36 year old Alfa Romeo, Rear view mirror was missing, RPM gauge was broken, the interior plastic looked okay but kept squeaking down the road. The ignition was broken, electric seats didn t work. The seller wanted $6800 dollars but got down to $6000. I wouldn t even offer $3000 for this car. Terrible experience don t go here.

Bought a car from him that he claimed was perfect, after driving it, ya it drove smooth and dandy, but after hooking it up to a computer it was revealed the transmission was junk. When I mentioned it to him possibly asking for a buy back he seemingly avoided the question, but recommended selling the car to someone else. That s the kind of man he is, selling a pos car but banking off how clean and nice it looks to make a buck. Very shiesty. Better off going to a dealership with a reputable name

I have bought two very nice vehicles from Ben. The first was a coupe BMW which I loved very much. It worked great I drove it all over the country. The second car I got was a porche and she running great so far. He has great vehicles and prices. And he s a great guy. I 100% recommended buying from him.

very good customer service, good prices and deals, cars with low mileage, lots of Subaru's and toyotas in good condition. all cars are either one or two previous owners. good condition, and clean.

Ben was great to work with. Bought a truck that he was still trying to get some dash lights figured out on. I needed the truck asap because my previous one had been totaled, and I was 100 miles from him. I bought the truck and he set up an appointment in my town and paid to have it fixed at the dealer! And I love the truck, thanks Ben!

As someone that has experience selling vehicles, I appreciated Ben s transparency and honesty. I am 3.5 hours away and was confident in what I was traveling to get. He set up a video chat to show me the car and a virtual test drive. Buying a used car always carries a risk; Ben tried to give me as much information as possible and investigated all of my concerns. That s all I ask for. If the car breaks down tomorrow, I refuse to blame the salesman for not foreseeing the failure.

Mother-in-law bought a Subaru Outback with a blown head gasket and the owner lied about it being road ready. I know because I had to fix it. Shysters only at Bo s, avoid at all costs.

Horrible experience, not only did it seem the price went up after every payment, but after dropping $800 when my payments were only $150-$200 he had his repo guy come and take the car on Christmas Eve. Even his repo guy suggested never getting a car from him again because he screws people over. He had a guy working on my sunroof who had no business doing so and it came back leaking way more than when I sent it to be "fixed" he also is very unprofessional and felt the need to trash talk me on things unrelated to the car. And never had an answer as to why when my payments weren't late why so much went on interest and not my actual payment, he always suggested I'd need to call someone else because he had no clue what was happening. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I bought a car from Bo'S Auto 6 months ago and the Alternator went out 3 months after I baught it, which was not an expensive fix, so I understand, it's a used car and things are gona need replaced at some point. Nice clean cars at a fair price. Very happy.professional and knowledgeable on his vehicle s

Went to look at a vehicle, it was exactly what the description said. Owner was amazing to work with. I had questions and he always got back to me right away. Would really recommend this place. Definitely buying more vehicles here in the future

Drove from Iowa city and was well worth the 3hr drive. The sequoia I bought was detailed, just as described. And the owner was pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Glad I looked at the Reviews!!! I was going to look at that same 04 Monte Carlo SS w/65k. I have to say, the longer you talk to him the Fishier he gets. He seemed really "desperate" to sell this old Monte Carlo!
