We end up purchasing 4 Falken tires for my 2015 canyon GMC pick up truck at a very reasonable price compared to other places that we were finding in town and with that came lifetime balance and rotation. We ve had the truck out on the highway and in town it s a 70,000 mile tire very quiet and smooth on the highway a little rougher in town with the bumps. Truly recommend this brand of tire.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

Love going to Shawn s Auto. Just regular folk , to get the job done right and not gouge you in the bill. Brian is an awesome , respectful mechanic. Dontae runs the desk, and goes the extra mile, talks to ya, makes you feel welcomed. They are the best. My ventilation is intermittent. Sometimes it stops blowing air although I hear the blower running and feel a little air from the vents. Most of the time it works. I explained this over the phone. They read the error codes and there was not any for the ventilation so they could not fix it. They charged my $65 to read the error code and not fix the problem. I have an error code reader and could have done that myself.

I AM ANGRY!!!!!! I ve used Shawn s auto for both my vehicles multiple times and trusted Brian!!! My son has brought his car here also. I ve written review after review raving about them, but obviously, I didn t know what I was talking about... I was being ripped off the whole time! Approximately a week and a half ago, they told me that prior to my move across the country, my vehicle desperately needed to have both front ball joints redone and that my water pump is leaking. I ve always thought that they did me well even though there s been a couple of times when I thought maybe they overcharged a bit particularly for my son s car. They quoted me approximately $1500, and I believed that the work needed to be done. However, because I couldn t really afford the $1500, I got the idea that maybe I should have a couple of other places look at it and tell me what they could do it for. One of the places is here in town the other place is out of town, but both are places that somebody I trust completely uses for his vehicles. After looking at my vehicle, both places had the same question What makes you think you need new ball joints and a water pump? There s absolutely nothing wrong with them. Either the place that looked at the van is incompetent, or they re trying to rip you off.... big time! I couldn t believe it, so I took it to third place, and they said the same thing there s literally nothing wrong with your ball joints or water pump . every place did a pressure test on the water pump and said there s no leak! They also said that there was no looseness in the ball joints! I am devastated! All I can think of is that they wanted to charge me $1500 to do nothing, thinking I would not know any different! If I had the $1500, I would ve given it to them without thinking because I trusted them! I can't believe it! Is it because I m a woman you think I know nothing? And that I have no other resources? How dare you try to rip people off like this! Especially when I trusted you. My question is, what else did you rip me off on and how much have I overpaid you for stuff that didn t need to be done!

I was seeking a second opinion.I was very anxious because the people who had previously taken care of my car weren't certain that they could fix it. I asked a friend if he could recommend someone else. Luckily, he suggested Shawn's. Dante explained everything, and the mechanics were able to repair my 1999 car. They were fast, efficient, and reasonable. I'm grateful for the excellent service!

I am from Indiana. I arrived to Shawn s on my way back to IN with a tire that wouldn t hold air. Even though they were fully booked with appointments for the next 4 days, they worked me in right away and fixed the tire for a very reasonable price. They were great!Service: TiresService: Tires

Shawn s is absolutely the best place to bring your car for service. Brian is always willing to work with you. They are Friendly, Professional and always extremely thorough. Drew always gets my car working good again. I only bring my vehicles here. Try them out, you won t be disappointed.

Today I met an angel named Brian owner of this business. I came in with my 1 month old son because I didn t have a choice. He talked to me about his concerns with the virus going around and about all kinds of things. Not only did he protect my son and me by cleaning everything and keeping customers away from us he renewed my faith in humanity by giving us a discount since my husbands job has kept him working as an essential employee. This place has values that are rare to come across. Please if you need repairs give Shawn s Auto your business and you won t be disappointed.

Took one year to fix timing chain in engine and when I got my truck back it was in poor condition from grease on steering wheel, inside of door handle and on center console to scratches on hood of truck which he admitted was his fault. . Only gave a bill reduction which should be included with fixing the damage of hood and interior. Also engine does not have the same acceleration as it did when before timing chain fell off and brakes seem shot or drained of brake fluid. This is from someone whos father worked with Shawn in the past and someone that has 15 years of customer service experience with this company not including the rest of my family and we will not be back due to not filling safe to ever drive a vehicle off that lot again.(WARNING DANGER DO NOT USE)Service: Engine repair

Brian is a nice guy however he is all over the place. Was unable to resolve issue while routinely not focusing on problem at hand. Was unable to meet time commitments that he established. Very nice guy but I would not recommend using his services.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Shawn's is so far the best mechanic service I've been to so far. Dude's to the point and honest. He doesn't make me feel like I had to grab ankles for payment. Take your car to this dude. He's smart.

Very competitive rates, always up front and honest with work.. and they have warranty on parts installed. Inquiring with in is a must. Try finding better rates for the size of service center will be hard.. 2 thumbs up

The check engine light came on in my 2010 Ford Expedition. They were able to not only detect what was wrong with it, gave me the estimate and were spot on with cost, then got it repaired and back to me in a timely manner. I'm extremely grateful! I will definitely be returning to Shawn's Auto Services for any future car maintenance and any repair needs.

Went in for a brake squeal. They found the problem and showed me what it was. Then repaired it for the cost they estimated AND even greased the brake parts for me without being asked. Not only is the Squeal gone but my Escape stops even quicker than before! While under the car they noticed that the fuel filter was really rusty and asked if I had it changed recently. I forgot about it and so they offered to replace it while they were under there and saved me a few bucks and possibly a brake down later. Attention to DETAIL, I love it! Great group of HONEST guys!

Great experience with Brian and the guys. Gave me an accurate quote, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Places like this are getting hard to find. Will definitely take my vehicles to Brian at Shawn's Auto from now on.

This was my second experience with Shawn's and the people there, they are all honest top notch mechanics and troubleshooters, replaced a cracked radiator, cooling lines, changed my oil and antifreeze, basically for the cost of the radiator....I was delighted, but not surprised, great job!

The guy there seems like he is vastly overwhelmed with operating a business. Communication is poor. Phone rings and rings with no answer. Doesnt email back. Go there in person and wait around for him to get off the phone with someone else and finish talking with a few other people. If you have a lot of extra time to blow, seems like a good place. If you want your car repaired quickly, I would just go down the street to a more professional auto repair shop.

Got me in same day I called. After they were delivered the wrong part the owner himself got in his truck and traveled to retrieve the correct part for me. My vehicle fixed while I waited fast and honest informative service. Would highly recommend.

Old Fashion service and value!! Brian goes out of his way to make sure you completely understand exactly what's going on and what all your options are. I appreciate the fact that they helped me make the decision that was best for me and my wallet. I will definitely recommend this shop if I get the chance!!!

I had to have my engine replaced. Brian was able to find an engine with 66,000 miles on it. While they had the engine out, they identified that the clutch would most likely need to be replace within the next few thousand miles (I was already aware, prior to taking my car to them, that i would need to be soon) and the front axle (which i also already knew needed to be addressed). I was thinking that the engine swap alone was going to put me over budget. They were able to get all, engine, clutch and axle, done under my budget. The other shop i was considering quoted $2700 for the engine only. They got the job done under that amount.I am very glad that I entrusted my vehicle to them and will be working with them for any future maintenance.

Very nice people and very patient. I took my Buick Regal in and thought the shifter cable snapped. But then I was told it was my transmission pump and that I need a whole new transmission. They were very patient and didn't tow it off the lot. Thank you Brian for suggesting accentra credit union! This is definetly the only place in town I will be taking my car.
