When I needed my car passenger side window fixed after it got broken into, these guys went above and beyond to make sure I got it fixed. Their price was great and for a fast turnaround? I would never take my car to get a repair anywhere else! I highly recommend them for anyone looking to get their car fixed at a competitive price, and a fast turnaround! And my window looks awesome again

Replaced an entire truck door for $1800. The first day I drove it the panel ripped off on the interstate, and dented the back door in the process. Owner is completely non responsive. Called, texted, And drove over there over a dozen Times. Met others with very similarExperiences that couldn t get ahold of the owner for pending Work Will be escalating to BBB etc unfortunately it s beenMonths and months. Stay away.

Brian and his team are amazing. My engine went out and sat for almost a year at sexton ford. They told me they couldn't find a engine. I took it to Brian and he had an engine and my car ready within 2 weeks. If you are looking for a great mechanic who isn't overpriced and we'll get the job done I highly recommend a major Collision auto body.

Brian is hardworking and helpful . He was able to give me an honest quote for some body repairs on the Jeep. He had the dents pulled and the rear corner painted just one day after dropping off the vehicle. It was clean inside and out when I picked it up. Can t echo enough what a great job Brian did!

Paint job is absolutely terrible. There are scratches in the paint, dust spots in the paint, over spray on different parts of the vehicle, primer paint in spots under the hood from not taping off, and compound all over including leaving the engine bay looking like a disaster.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Searching for a used car is very hard work and very time consuming. I have just been through 3 weeks of painful letdown and agony! Until today! Let me tell you a little about myself. I am 44 and have owned several cars, new, used, American made and imports. I work on most of the cars I owned except the new ones. Those cars go into the dealership. I am very particular about what I am willing to spend my money on. I expect the best for my buck. Why shouldn t I? Why shouldn t you or anyone else except anything less, what because it is a used car? BS!Scenario: You start looking for a great used car, anyone who is anyone starts locally and online window shopping. You find a car the listing shows pictures and says the car is well maintained inside and out . Hmmm where have your heard that line before? (just about 90% of all the listings). You might travel across the street or even across the state to see if your search is over, right? How many times are you let down because the car is nothing as advertised? For me this last 3 weeks all but 2 of the 50 cars I looked at.So, I saw a car on Craigslist, an Eclipse GST Spyder, purple and looks pretty darn clean from the pics, price only $3800 and low miles So, first thing I think is Scam! . So, I text the number to see if it is still available, expecting to maybe hear back from the seller with some story about how they are selling the car for their mom or for a family member who is overseas protecting our country .Not this time! With in a few minutes I get a text back saying, sorry the car is sold , then another text, I do have a 2006 Eclipse for sale . So, we text back and forth discussing the car. After several texts they offer to deliver the car tome from Bettendorf, Iowa for a very small amount! I am at this point thinking this is a joke. Not at all. The person I had been texting with now for over an hour is named Brian he is the owner of Major Collision Autobody. He sends me the Facebook page for his business and the google listing to show me he is legit. Make sure you check out his Facebook page he does great work!I ended up declining to have the car delivered and drove from Cedar Rapids hoping for the best preparing for another let down. I arrived at Major Collision Autobody and Brian was there to welcome me with a great smile. He took me around his shop to show me what he does and loves to do, Fix cars.When I saw the Eclipse, it was everything he said it was low miles no signs of damage and very fair priced. I test drove the car and it was better than I could have hoped for. The car was damaged in the rear, there was no way to know that except for Brian telling me so.So, Brian had explained what he does during our text messages back and forth. He hand picks damaged cars with low mileage that are in exception shape inside and out. Yes, he deals with rebuilt cars, normally I would not even consider a rebuilt, yes, the retail value is a bit less than an undamaged car. Honestly with that being said, my new (used) Eclipse GT is going to be in the family for some time. Possibly until the wheels fall off.Guess where I will stop 1st to look at a replacement You got it Major Collision Auto. Why pay thousands more down the street for a lesser car? I won t anymore that is for sure. So just to let you know the car I purchased from Brian books between 6-8k if it was a clear title, I understand that but I paid $4150 for it.So, all in all stop by Major Collision Autobody and check his cars out. You can even ask him to look for a certain car and he will do his best to see what he can do. No matter what you decide, if you do buy a car from there, you will not be disappointed.

Not real easy to find but well worth looking for. Brian is easy going and very friendly. The estimate process was a little bit confusing but in the end it was accurate. Brian was very honest and up front about supply chain issues and about getting the parts, but was persistent in using all resources to get them. As for the work he did was top notch and very professional. Brian is very passionate about his craft and it shows well. When he found out I was a " car guy" he showed some of the interesting custom projects he is working on. Once again you could tell he was passionate about them.

After reading reviews and visiting a couple of automotive body shops in the area, I choose this shop to repair my car. Brian AND Emily are an amazing team; both performing outstanding work. Brain is open and honest about what needs to be done to your car offering tips to "save" money in doing so. Earlier this week I had my 2004 Toyota 4-Runner in to repair significant rust and holes in the tailgate in several places. I had previously checked numerous other shops, and no one was willing to complete a repair. The other shops said that a repair was not possible, my only option was a very expensive replacement of the entire tailgate. Major Automotive did an outstanding job on the repair, they scheduled the work within 5 days of my inquiry and completed the job three days later as was committed and at the rate quoted. Was looking for an affordable car for my son for school and work. Looking for a good used car is a pain and very time consuming. Had been looking for several days and had been very disappointed several times until we got in contact with Brian. We saw a 2007 Grand Prix he had listed. We messaged him and responded back quickly. He even made arrangements for us to see and drive it on a Sunday afternoon. The car was in good shape and drove well. We were impressed and Brian agreed to a fair price. My son is very happy.Brian was very responsive and honest. Very good to work with. Would definitely look his way if in a market for another affordable and quality auto.

Brian is a really cool, good guy! He was very polite and easy to talk to! His business is really cool and he can do some really amazing stuff, his paint jobs are great and he does an awesome job at fixing cars and making them go from crappy into something so nice. I recently bought a car from him and it s extremely nice and has very low miles(85k) for a 2007 used car. Not only does the car look great, it runs great too, looks brand new with no problems and no rust! I wouldn t doubt getting a paint job by him or buying a car just from the things I saw that he could do. A very talented guy!

Brian is a nice, honest man running a nice honest shop. Not only are his prices fair but he answered all the questions I had. Out of all the places I've been to in the Quad Cities I would definitely recommend him over anyone else I've tried to do business with. Plus his paint jobs look sick.

I had the rocker panels replaced on my 2006 GMC Sierra 2500 and then repainted. Looks like a brand new truck. Excellent service and completed in a timely manner. I took my car down because there was some rust starting to show on a passenger door. Brian told me what all he needed to do and how long it would take.
