Good car and quick service. However they sold the car to us with an empty tank of gas and it needed an oil change right away.

I have recently had extensive work done on my 1 ton pickup. I am very satisfied with their service. Would recommend them highly. By the way. My truck is a Ford. They are willing to service other products than just GM.

Rob, from the service desk, gave me the best first impression! He is friendly and caring! I don't live in Belmond, he found out I just had a baby and he sent someone to my house to get my vehicle. The sweet heart gentleman that picked it up and brought it back, thank you! They will have me as a customer for a long time! They also gave me back a detailed sheet of everything they went over and did for me!

JUNK SELLER; Do not go here, i live 3.5 hours away and had been talking to a guy here over the course of the week. He reasurred me everything was good in the car, clean and no rust. I get there and the car is clean on the interior and exterior but opening the hood was a different story. So much rust on every major part, asked him and all he said was there is nothing i can do about. Very clear that it had rust and didn't even have the respect to tell me incase i didn't want to deal with that kind of issues and he deliberately wouldn't send me a picture of that part of the car. I bought a car that same day still but not from these crooks. Called a mechanic about it and told me I'd be putting alot of $$ into the car. Noticed the car also needed an oil change and if i bought the car he was going to charge me for the dang oil change. Such a messed up place. Would never go back. This is the kind of BS you deal with when buying from 3rd party not a small town dealership.

Their service department is always nice and willing to listen to what is wrong and they find the problem and get it fixed and get me back on the road..

One star is too much! Drove from Fort Dodge to Belmond to test drive a truck...salesman was clueless. Didn't leave us alone for a second to discuss it and wouldn't budge at all on price even with cash in hand! Total waste of time. Thanx for the popcorn!

Starting to look for a different vehicle thought I'd check them out can tell you now after looking elsewhere they are a lot cheaper and I can trust their service department may buy what I was looking at

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I had a vehicle start on fire from electrical problems that were known by the dealer when sold to me.
