Roeder Brothers in Bellevue, Iowa was definitely worth driving from Illinois side of Quad cities to have this Featherlite dealer assist with needed repairs on my two horse! The attention to details, addressing all my concerns and even correcting some I had not asked about was over and above service I have not experienced anywhere else! When I returned to bring trailer back across the Mississippi, Gary himself met me at the door and went over everything they had addressed they did a great job! I definitely will be using Roeder Brothers from here on out on any trailer I may own! Thank you so much!!!

We recently bought a Mustang tilt deck equipment trailer here. Everything was great! The trailer is built like a tank and our salesman Mark was great to deal with. He made the whole purchase very easy. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another trailer here at all. Highly recommend.

Always worth the two-hour drive from Rockford, IL to Bellevue, IA to have our horse trailer checked out and/or repaired before pulling it back to Tucson, AZ. These guys know what they are doing - Adam, Gary, and Nick, and the excellent itemized bill shows exactly what they did. No guess work here. Sure is a pleasure to deal with an honest, friendly, clean business with great people. We will be back! Thanks again!Steve and Judy Meyers

Very good experience, worth the 2 hour drive from Rockford IL. Great communication and Dan and Adam did what needed to be done on our 1981 Featherlite horse trailer. We feel confident about pulling it to Tucson AZ this fall. Thanks.

Do not recommend anyone doing business with Roeders. My family has been buying trailers from them for 3 generations but never again. They do not stand behind their trailers only to tell you sorry. Mark tells you he ll call you back. Never does. Run as far as you can from this place.

Bought a trailer though them via online auction. They described it as a "solid trailer." It was a 13 year old trailer so I knew it would be in fair condition / have some issues. It has several spots on the frame that are completely rusted through. The wheels were so rusted on the backs one of them leaks air. I would expect something described as "solid" would at least not have holes in the main part of the framework, or rust holes on the wheels! The trailer is useless. I can't safely haul anything on it. I was pretty disappointed. So anyone reading this that is going to buy from them via online auction- Dont do it unless you go look at it before hand. Their listing descriptions can't be trusted. Lesson learned about buying through auction I guess.

I've tried to buy 2 gooseneck trailers from Roeders this year. First being a brand new hydraulic dovetail 24k+ trailer, sales man Mark said he would call me with a price quote after I took the time to run my trailer up to them to see what it was worth on trade. Being a 2016 25+5 24k trailer I bought new he quoted me about 2k less than what it's worth on trade- no surprise. Then he never called back with a price quote, so I bought a 2019 Midsota 23+10 hydraulic dovetail 26K trailer brand new $17k from a different dealer. This morning I tried to deal with Gary on a used 22' 14k trailer and they wouldn't move on the price. I know about what they gave for it on trade, paid one of their guys to put new brake plates on it and smear some grease on the bearings and now it's GOLD.I know another guy that had a Featherlite gooseneck stock trailer and Roeders treated him terrible to the point he traded it off and said he will never do business with them again. If your looking for a new trailer don't look here, there are many nicer trailers than a Mustang. Mustang is made by Trailerman but they won't tell you that. Load trail, Becker, elite, pj, midsota, b&b, are much better trailers. I originally went to them because they are local but my business didn't matter to them. Steer clear!!
