They are awesome! Had my car oil changed and car ready in less than 15 min! And all workers were very nice and approachable! Will continue to come back, great customer services!

Rarest phenomenon ever: A Walmart and a Dollar General side-by-side. In a rural town with a population under 7,500. I didn t stop here for the Auto Care Center. I imagine it s just like any other.

The guys down at auto sales were great. I needed an oil change on my way back from my road trip, headed to NY and was having some issues with my car. These guys really "steered me in the right direction". That was some quality service right there, I wish they could have accepted tips though! They deserve raises, all of them.

I would like to say thank you to the manager Chris, auto/tire department supervisor Simon and his crew for going WAY above and beyond for Cheryl and I, we were many miles from home, and had many miles to go with our two horses in the trailer, when we had not one, but two tires blow out within an hour of each other!! Late on a Saturday night! Being 2 plus hours from our overnight stop, with 9 more hours yet to drive on Sunday, and having used our only spare, we were in serious trouble, we called every where near by to find tires, the Walmart in Atlantic Iowa thought they had some, but the service center was closed for the night. It was our only option, so we limped our trailer the 12 miles there, and explained the situation to the night manager Chris, he checked the inventory and was pretty sure they had some that would work! Chris then proceeded to not only allow us to park the horses in a secluded area, but take them out to let them stretch and relax. He then helped us find absolutely everything we needed to be warm and comfortable for the night, as well as left a message for Simon to see if he could come in early! We now had over 11 hours to drive on Sunday, and the auto/tire center wasn't scheduled to open until 9 in morning! After a very short night, we got up early, took care of the horses and went into the store, Chris was near the door and greeted us, he said Simon was in and he took us to talk to him. It was about 7:30. They had the right tires, so Simon asked a couple of his crew to come in early if they could. Two wonderful crew members (so sorry I didn't get their names, they were both fantastic, one even brought us coffee!) showed up early for work, and had us heading down the road on four new tires and a new spare, by a little after 9!! These wonderful men were truly God sent! This was by far the absolute best customer service I have received anywhere!! Cheryl and I both felt so safe and secure! We will be forever grateful for all of their kindness, care and genuine concern for our situation!

I stood there for over 20 minutes and was never even acknowledged. I understand if your busy but at least ask if I have been helped. I saw 3 different employees look in but they never left the garage and there was no one at the desk.

As I said on the Walmart review, Craig was amazing! So genuine and helpful! Coming across the country is scary and they comforted us when we had the nail in the tire! Thank you so much

Convenient hours, only place in Atlantic open Saturday afternoon for a tire repair. Professional & friendly. Covered seat & floor to protect my car.

They squeezed us in at the last minute (it was like 5 minutes until closing time) and even put our spare tire back under the truck bed. Excellent service!

I had a trailer tire blow out on I80 and I made it to Atlantic iowa walmart to get a new 10 ply trailerbtire and the tire center stagg was excellent, price was more than fair and they got me right in so I could continue on my way

Everytime you go in there for anything they'll tell you that you need brand new tires and that your tires are on there last leg. Way to try to squeeze as much money as possible out of customers Walmart. But when you go somewhere else they don't tell you those things... Hmmmm.
