We broke down in our camper on a Saturday evening and had to get a tow to an interstate repair shop that was closed until Monday. He was unable to help, but kindly referred us to a tow guy and a repair shop up in town. We called both and got towed up earlier. That shop is very busy, but those guys are AWESOME! They got us a new fuel pump, dropped a full gas tank and installed the new pump with 4 hours and got us back on the highway. And the cost was actually less than what we expected, considering between good, cheap and fast you usually only get 2 out of 3. Nevermind 5 stars, this shop gets 10 STARS IN MY BOOK!! ONWARD TO STURGIS!!

Fast, fair prices and able to do most anything. And it feels good knowing that when I take my vehicles here the issues are taken care of the first time every time .... plus it's a treat to see some of the beautiful vehicles that they're working on out there

Maybe I just had a bad first experience but if was enough that I won't go back. They worked on parts of the car that I didn't approve and even asked them not to work on. The end price was almost double what they had quoted me and they never once informed me of this, they just went ahead with the repairs which delayed me from getting my car because I not only had to wait longer for the repair but I also had to wait to get more money. They also drained my power steering and didn't refill it and also didn't hook my intake fans back up.P.s obviously Edward Panzer is a screen name and obviously the art that is my profile picture isn t a real picture of me. Generally I avoid sharing any personal information or details on public facing like a google review.

Owner Rick provided an honest assessment of repair needed on my '94 Bronco. It was fixed in a timely fashion, and we got it back in just a few short days. Wonderful, helpful staff (Carmalee) that kept us informed.

Was on a trip when my deisel started acting up closet place Was Rick's took it there and Honestly it was the worst place I have ever been. Do not take your deisel here!!! They done 3 different things on it didn't call to let us know what they were going to do or the price it was going to be before they done it. They ran up $2,500 bill and still didn't get it fixed! Drove 9 hours to pick it up and when I got there it was in worse condition then I left it! Secatery didn't let us know they didn't take out of state checks so my wife called and payed for it over the phone for the exact amount and then the secatery told us it would be another 4%charge for paying with a card. She was very rude and part of her job is to let people know what kind of payment is accepted.

I do not have enough to say about this company I broke down on I80 and they were able to get me in and diagnosed that day I feel like they valued my concerns since I was from out of state I needed to be back on the road my transfer case had separated from my transmission and they still had me on the road by noon the next day. Very impressed and highly recommend

In 2012 we were driving from Connecticut to Utah when our temperature gauge slowly climbed into the upper limit of the Hot zone and I feared the engine was going to seize up. Using my Tom-Tom I was directed to Rick's out in the middle of no-where, at least that's how far from the interstate it seemed. We were leaving our daughter in Logan, UT to begin her veterinary studies and my wife and I had a return flight booked, which would have been in jeopardy if we didn't make the airport in time. It was a Saturday when we limped in and Rick, the owner, had an employee bring the car right in. Long story short, he was good enough, after overhearing our plight, to have an unscheduled employee come in on Saturday to get us back on the road. The cause of the overheating was a blown head gasket and a leaky water pump and questionable radiator. So they replaced the head gasket, water pump and radiator, recharged the A/C and changed the oil and filter. Charged a reasonable $1350 parts and labor, but most importantly, saved our bacon catching the flight back home. Almost forgot, his mechanic contacted Honda to get a password/code? to reset the radio after having to disconnect the battery. I am highly recommending these folks for their honesty and graciousness for bringing us to a hotel until the car was ready.Service: Engine repair

We were driving back to our hometown in California with our family car, a Honda Civic that is almost 20 years old. The car apparently got overheated, a white smoke was coming out of the front hood when we were passing a small town called Adair in Iowa. We went to a local auto repair shop, the mechanic right off the back, without even doing a thorough checking, told us that the car engine is no good anymore and if we wanted to fix it the entire engine would need to be replaced. The replacement would be more expensive than the value of the car so he recommended that we just scrap the car and leave it in his shop for just 50 dollars , and then rent a car. The problem was the car was fully loaded of our daughter s stuff, and renting a car would require us to turn around and drive something like 60 miles the opposite way as this town is in the middle of nowhere. And we really could not bear forsaking this car like this as it has been in the family for a very long time :(We talked to the front desk of our Super8 hotel for other solutions. From them we got to know Rick s repair service in Atlantic that would be ahead on the way to California for 20 miles. In the next morning, under an unfortunate big storm, we drove the car 5 miles at a time and added coolant each time we stopped, and finally got to Rick's. After explaining the issue, Rick immediately asked a mechanic to work on the car. Unlike the last mechanic, Rick's mechanic did a thorough checking and eventually found a pipe that was leaking from a big hole. He showed us the pipe and told us that it would be an easy fix, no need to replace the engine. We were very relieved. He fixed the issue and only charged us $117! After that we are back on the road and eventually drove back to our California home in safety. We cannot express enough how much we appreciated Rick, without whose service we would've lost our beloved family car to an incompetent middle-of-nowhere "con-chanic" who probably lied so he could get our perfectly functioning car for just 50 dollars!Rick, thank you so much for your great service!

My car was having trouble on a long trip and I randomly pulled into this shop. Rick gave me a great deal and got me back on the road incredibly fast. He also helped us tremendously to get the part I needed from another place. THANK YOU!!!! Amazing people.

Got locked in his garage when I wouldn't pay twice to have my air-conditioner fixed. All the freon leaked out after previously paying over $200.00 to have it fixed. He added a $1 o ring where the Freon leaked out. He tried to charge me $35 to add it, when it should of been replaced from the beginning. When he said that I owed him I said that I would not pay for it. The garage door went down and I was stuck. Very scary. I would not recommend going there.

This is the worst auto clinic I have been to. I have had a small issue with my car and they have been trying to fix it now for over 2 months. They don't work on the car when they say they are going to, never inform you of what is going on. I will never go back to this place and would discourage others from taking there vehicles there.
