When I decided to purchase a new trailer I did a little shopping around. Their selection was minimal but the quality of what they had was excellent and they had the trailer I was looking for. More importantly, is service after the sale. I had a small issue that turned into a bigger one. I called the dealership and explain to them what happened. They told me to bring it in and they took care of it. They were friendly, honest, and took care of me. Service is hard to come by more so than any trailer dealer. I highly recommend these guys. Rob treated me very fairly .

Steph and the team at NVC were great and easy to work with. I got most things handled by email since I am 7 hours away, and when I got there I was greeted as soon as I got inside. Super easy process to buy my CB500X, very happy.

Nishina Valley Cycle is wonderful! Good selection of helmets and riding gear. Their parts department is also very helpful and can get things quickly if they don't have in stock.

I have never purchased anything sight-unseen, let alone a several thousand $$ purchase, but I did here. I got a unique trailer that was one of two (that I could find) for sale in the US. Troy Kester made me feel 100% confident in doing so. He was never impatient with me on my questions and requests for photos and measurements. After I did pull the trigger they held the trailer through the winter until I drove 1000 miles to pick it up the next spring. I just can't speak highly enough of this company and Troy and everyone. If you are contemplating a similar purchase I'd say do so with absolute confidence.

We bought our new 2017 KTM 690 Enduro R from Troy. I talked with plenty of other dealers. Nishna Valley Cycle was awesome to work with. There were no gimmicks or games here. Just good people and very competitive prices. I'll be buying again in the near future and fully intend to return to Nishna Valley. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

A Little over six months ago, I drove there from Tennessee to pickup an old truck camper in mint condition. What I found was a team committed to providing outstanding customer service. I loaded the camper in the bed of my truck, paid the agreed amount and headed back for TN. My state required a fair bit of paperwork to title it for the first time in its 21 years of existence. it originally did not need one in its home state. Kris and the rest of the crew bent over backwards to make sure this process was as easy as it could be for me. after a few phone calls and a day or two of foot dragging on the dmv's part, I had a title in hand. I'm writing this now to give a truly honest review with plenty of time to reflect. So if you ever need a great camper from a great team, They are well worth the drive.

"Chris was great to work with! We were able to work out everything via email and phone in a matter of just a couple of hours and we came to pick up our machine that same evening! Chris even stayed past closing to help us learn the machine and get us loaded up and on our way home. Customer service was excellent and we will def be back here for some accessories! Thank yall so much!"

These guys are A 1 top notch dealers. Rob and Chris gave me a good deal on the bike and trailer purchase I made and made the entire process smooth and seamless. Purchased a new 16' dump trailer and have not been disappointed with the purchase. The lovely lady who walked me through the trailer on a rather cold Saturday morning was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. She worked through the paperwork quickly and efficiently and as I said, I have not been disappointed with the purchase (Doolittle 16' dump). Thank you and should I need additional materials, I will be back. Why a 4 and not a 5? After getting home and using the trailer for the first time, I tried the included remote control dump option. It did not work, could not figure out why. Read through the documentation, nothing on how to get it to work. I called Nishna Valley Cycle to ask "how do you work the remote". The person who answered did not know and said he would have someone call me back. Never did receive a call back, but googled it and found out how to get it to work (push and hold both buttons for 10 seconds to activate the remote). Again, this was nowhere in the documentation. I would of course return because all in all the service and friendliness was fantastic. Just call someone back when you say you will :-)

Troy was exceptional at helping us throughout the entire process. He maintained communication once I submitted a request for information to Nishna Valley Cycle while we were comparing campers and pricing and making our decision. Once we decided on the Intech Flyer Explore he helped us by explaining how we could customize and the cost associated with each item. He kept us updated on the build status and sent us pictures once they received the trailer. And then finally he was great at walking us through every single piece of the camper and weight distribution hitch and anything else we needed, along with getting hooked up for the first time. We recommend Nishna Valley Cycle and Troy 100%.

Sales guy was very nice got us in and all taken care of, along with the parts people, and the owner was even extremely friendly came put and chatted with us.Then we got the bike all loaded and we were on our way after they held the bike for us for 2 days to be able to make the 10hour round trip out to them.
