10/10 recommend. They overhauled my 81 El Camino drivetrain and converted it over to a 4speed. (I've had zero issues, and that's a huge overhaul). They go the extra mile and make sure your unit is perfect, and will adapt and overcome any surprises or mysteries your unit throws at them. Great communication. Their work makes you hardly care what the bill is. It's hard to come by a place like this anymore.Service: Transmission

This shop does great work! Friendly service and fair prices. Not far from Cedar Rapids, so if you need transmission work or other repairs, take the time to come see these guys, you'll be happy with the results!

We took our van to JC transmission 86 miles away because of the great recommendations. Very happy with their price and explanation of what was happening with the transmission. Will recommend them to anyone

I believe all the questions we asked they answered with confidence. It took a bit for us to get our truck in. We took it there when they said they were ready and we got it back in a timely fashion.

Great place, takes awhile but what doesn't. A little friendly and price is up there but great job otherwise.
