Fantastic service & price!!Stopped out with my rear wheel on Saturday, about an hour and a 1/2 before closing. Needed the tire swapped out. The owner called me about noon and said it was all finished and that I could pick it up. I definitely recommend this shop.Service: TiresService: Tires

My 2019 RG and 2000 RK ONLY goes to Carlton customs for service. Tim has built or customized every bike ive had. Never have i been disappointed in his work or services. Disappointed. I was looking to bring my 86 Honda Shadow that means the world to me. It was my Dads. Just needs a tune up. The gentleman that answered the phone said "we only work on Harleys here". The website literally says "Although we do specialize in Harley-Davidson Repairs we also enjoy the opportunity to work any bike. Our mechanics are experienced professionals who handle each and every motorcycle as if it is their own, whether it s a small repair or a major overhaul" I did not get what was advertised. Thanks.

I bought a kit from this guy off eBay. Reached out to him to get missing parts. He seemed nice so I placed an order. Ordered parts(paid upfront)months ago still have not received parts. contacted owner said he sent parts but never sent a shipping number. Contacted him several times over the last 3 months. He never responded After contact on Facebook he said that he thought he sent the parts but he never did. I'm still waiting on parts. This guy is a terrible Terrible business man if you buy parts from his eBay seller or from him directly Be prepared to go through hell and high water. I do not recommend doing business with this company

Tim and his team went above and beyond with my 2005 Dyna Harley Davidson this man and his team are the most trustworthy and best business people with love and compassion for there work and take pride in what they do to along with the love for there costumers I can honestly say there need to be more people and businesses in this world it would make it a much better place I'm truly blessed to have the privilege of Tim and his team and company and a man of his caliper to meet and do work on my bike if you need work done Tim and his team and company are the go to thanks again Tim your name on and company are highly recommended not only by me but everyone who walks thru your doors and hands my God bless you with a hundred fold back cuz that's what you did with your love and compassion of your work and customers sincerely GenioServices: Carburetor cleaning, Tires, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Tim is so knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. His work is well above the standard at an affordable price and keeps me coming back. Where I live here in Cedar Rapids there are many decent shops, but Carlsons work and service is outstanding and stands out among the rest. This alone is worth the drive from Cedar Rapids. If you want someone to work on your bike that cares about it as much as you do, I highly recommended Carson's.Steven Lovejoy
