Actually like how the parking is laid out. Even though it's small, you still have plenty of room for backing. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Everything was clean and very well maintained: the outside, inside and the ladies restroom.Great job!

Second time parking visit here. Awesome truck stop plenty of truck parking 50 spots including paid easy backing. Friendly people staff management clean showers hot food etc. Would highly recommend this Pilot en route i80 Iowa truckers

I stopped by at this truckstop this morning. The lady she was at the customer service she was being so rude. I ve been working as a Owner operator over 6 years I never face with this kind of customer service in my driving story as soon is when I get in there she said, why did you park at the fuel oil I said madam I did not park over there. I park at the parking lot she say OK the. I request my receipt. Then she replied why you park on 24th I said, madam that s not my truck I park at the parking lot. Can I take a shower then she start talking I don t know why she had a bad day or what s going on with her, but she was such a racist lady that she is not supposed to work as a customer service

Plenty of parking and no 4wheelers...showers are clean and the staff is friendly....beware shower stall 2's water pressure will put you into the wall harder than Dale Earnhardt..RHPD

Great stop, super clean showers, and friendly staff! I m a Texas lady truck driver, and I felt very happy stopping here. I was here on 06/02/23 at 7:30pm. Safe place, and easy, roomy semi parking. Thank you!

best and clean truck stop.arrived at night parking available.morning shift 8am oct 21, were very nice to me.clean shower ,water pressure needs update but overall good job. definitely be back

excellent truck stop. fresh food, very clean place. the manager and his employees are very attentive and helpful. The showers are always clean and accessible. This place is on my favorite list to rest and relax. Thanks for everything.

Stopped to take shower and I ve been out here for 27yrs and is the worst shower I ever had!! They actually had a shower curtain and was nasty and by the time I got out the floor was soaked and everything was soaked cause it s way to small!! Never be back

Better for sure since renovations but still have to fix the hot water takes forever to warm up sometimes and got cold on me for the last time getting winter now makes me not want to shower here again still an issue 6 months later. And wish they d do food properly they just stuff it all with food and trays you know a place not as busy as others they d let it sit for 8 hours making people sick over wasting it sometimes I ve had bad chicken sandwiches I didn t even take a bite out of it looked so old quit making so much or throw it out the recommended shelf life most places I ve been at are usually only 2-3 hours before throwing it away and that s being nice only complaining because this place could be a lot better with those issues fixed. And last little thing please get new different shower curtains! You can tell they re never changed and so lightweight they attach to your body when trying to shower

Very good customer service. Clean, little truck stop. I wish there were more spots to park a Semi truck, & also not charge us to park there, but otherwise, it's a very nice place. There's a big, flowing river just up the road walking distance.

Nice contrast to the I-80 Truck Stop down the road. Fast off/on.Busy, but not too busy. Very pleasant staff, and clean, well-stocked store.

We had to wait awhile for a shower but the customer service made up for it. Terry was very nice and accommodating. There are only 4 showers and the women's restroom is just a single room but both were very clean. Parking was pretty easy. Overall we had a great experience.

I just thought that the manager, Lynn, deserved a little recognition. She was super friendly and helpful. She got a call off and knew she had to work an extra shift and still kept a smile on her face. Thanks for being a delight.

This place is pathetic! Tiny nasty broke down bathrooms NASTY! Fuel islands are covered in grease! I was starving but i was more scared of there sad hygiene around this place than i was hungry!

OFF BRAND Pilot flying J doesn't cover it. garbage management. she would rather call me crazy then admit the system wasn't calling showers after standing there being proven wrong. I'll never get a shower at a one 9 location again after burning 2 shower credits at this dump.

Nice pilot with nice staff. It is a small pilot but they do their best with what they are working with. Very nice customer service. Showers are clean. This is a big truck only pilot serving #2 diesel only so one of the benefits is you dont have to deal with the 4 wheeler people or the general public. Only big truck drivers at this location.

Really sweet night worker. She had just made fresh coffee. A truck driver there said he passes through there often and she really cares and stays on top of her job. The location was clean and neat. There's courtesy and genuine pride in her work.Stop there. You won't regret it.

Pretty Clean insideParking could use revamping but overall great experience! Not sure why one location can be clean and the other 95% of Pilots are nasty! Thanks to the employees here for getting it done day in and day out everytime I'm here it's clean and they say hello when you walk in it's almost like going into a Love's only no free drink refill!

7.50 for small rost potShower with use towels on it .People look nice I don't like the business model to overcharged for things So instead I drive to next pilot and fill up add this fuel stop as last resort For the corp is the small soup cup not the plateTrying to gain in small big in the side service push me to go do the Xtra mile away from here

From Chicago, fuel is close to border and way cheaper than where I am from. Hot food depends when you go, convenience items are expensive because the fuel is cheap im guessing. Ladies that work here are always nice.

Please watch out, there's a thief there!! I break down my truck as my brake chamber explode and this colored guy who's work there offers to help me because he says that he understands mechanic and his friend is a mechanic, so I believe it and he says that if I give him 80$ he could call his friend and change the part. After waiting all day for his friend to arrive, he left and I realized I had been robbed so I spoke with the manager who in the end told me that his employee said that I didn't pay him. After being robbed I've been accused to lie!!!

I stop here frequently on runs between the Denver and IL/WI areas.They have an amazing staff here, who I've never seen treat any customers less than respectfully.I'd like to thank them all.

I had a problem with a shipper rejecting A trailer and this was the closest truckstop I could fine to fix the problem and had to run in and buy hammer. It ends up that I ran out of hours and had to stay here this evening. Some of the nicest people here and the best shower I've had in a long time. A couple employees that stand out our Dale and Brandon. It was really nice to be treated with such kindness after such a rough day.

It may be the smallest pilot I've been to in a long time, but it was also the friendliest and cleanest stop that I have made in a long time as well. This stop is one of the older ones out there as well, but as I said before, it's also one of the cleanest ones I've ever seen. This is definitely one of the best stops I've had.

My husband and I were greeted as soon as we walked in around 11pm. Terry asked what he could do for us, food or a shower. Kody and him were working hard and were both very professional. The store was clean, the dining are was clean too. The shower pressure was weak but the shower was clean too. I think this location has soft water.

Small not very much semi truck parking only has about 4 shower's. Good place to stop get fuel/gas when on the move to be able to get in and out. They do have hot food

Quiet, not crowded. Showerheads are adjustable for pressure. Very clean, food was great, employees were friendly. Adding to my list of places I will stop again.

10 star review! From a truck driver view, this is the cleanest pilot flying j so far, i used the shower room last night and this morning and both shifts! Good job management
