I have had my vehicles worked on at Woody's a dozen times over the last 3 years and they are always honest about what is going on and fair on thier estimates. If I cannot afford everything they help me decide what is most important to getting me safely on the road. Highly recommend

We have used Woody's a number of times over the years and they have always exceeded our expectations. This last time they spent extra time getting to the root of the problem and made it right for us. I recommend them to everyone that asks for a recommendation.

Always extremely helpful and willing to work with you. Never gotten the vibe that anyone here is trying to rip you off or persuade you to do unnecessary or expensive procedures. Just people who genuinely want to help and have saved us on more than one occasion. We drove from urbandale just to see these guys. Highly highly recommend.

We took our 2016 Yukon XL in for a second opinion on some pretty expensive repairs and the gentleman was honest with us about what was worth fixing and what wasn t. They only charged us a small fee for diagnostics. We will definitely go back!

I've had a continuous squeaking and grinding problem around my front tire and took it to several "Big" auto repair shops that said they couldn't hear it or find any problems. Woody's not only found and fixed the problem, in a short time, they didn't charge me for the repair!! Customer 4 life!

I went to change my headlights. I called my usual mechanic and they quoted me over $100 just to fix my headlights. They told me that the expensive cost is due to the labor fee since it takes 1.5-2 hours to do the job. Just to make sure that I don t get scammed, I called Woody s Repair Shop to ask for their help. In less than 5 minutes my headlights were perfectly fixed and my car was ready to go. On top of that, I tried to give the staff $20 for his service, but he refused. Overall, my experience with Woody s Repair Shop was great and I definitely will be a return customer. Highly recommended!Service: Auto maintenance

Sent an email with the notes of what I've seen. He gave me a call and we talked some more. Dropped it off, he was accurate when it came to the issue. Very great communication and the price came out to less than I expected. This will probably be my preferred mechanic shop while I live in this area.

Took our 2012 Chevy Tahoe in for oil change and general maintenance check. Dropped the vehicle off in the morning and was completed quickly and at a super fair price! Went there since I spotted and oil leak, after 10 minutes they claimed that the turbo was shot and was causing the oil leak and needed to be replaced($2000).Thought it was a little sketchy that it took them that short of time to find such an expensive fix so I got a second opinion. Turns out the Valve Cover gasket was leaking oil. Simple fix and saved myself $1500 not getting it fixed here.(UPDATE) The business has given me a call to explain and has taken full responsibility for their mistake with due apologies. Dropped off a vehicle to be worked on came back to get it and it's never ran as good as this before. The only thing this shop is missing is a tech named Logan definitely wish they had him back but they do a fantastic job either way.

Took my car in for an oil change here for the first time. All the workers that I had interactions with were friendly. The prices were more affordable than a lot of the other corporate chains in the area. Manager was very knowledgeable. Very well ran shop!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was there with my uncle to drop off his car for repairs. While there I asked of he had a specific tool so I could tighten up a door hinge (bolt, thingamabob or whatever you call it) the very nice gentleman actually got the tool and did it for me! I do not expect for people to things for free, but he wouldn't charge me.I love their service, caring and amazing people!I will be back and ask them to service my vehicles in the future.Supporting local good business so they can support us!

Woody s is no longer Woody s. After a change in hands, this auto repair shop is no longer the dependable place that you know will not overcharge or add on suspicious items. We took in our Jeep Grand Cherokee for a routine oil change and a change of brakes. They called us and told us that the rotors needed changed and that our radiator was leaking and it was going to be 2000. After a second opinion, it was confirmed that the radiator replacement was not necessary. We will no longer be using them as our go-to for any services.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

Woody's auto repair is ALWAYS top quality in repair and customer service. One of the very last family owned and local independent small businesses. If your lucky enough to be able to get in, as it is a smaller size shop, you will not be disappointed. They are GREAT!

Their service was incredibly friendly and well priced. Woody's came recommended to me by a friend who works in the auto industry. He steered me in the right direction for impressive customer service and trustworthy estimates. I had to wait a few days to get an appointment but it was well worth the wait to use someone I trust.

He is honest and does what he said he would do. He told us what it would cost to put in a new radiator and that is what he charged when we picked it up. Fair prices. We definitely will do more business with him. I highly recommend Woody's auto repair service.

Woody was able to diagnose what was wrong with my car when another shop could not. Very professional and did a fantastic job. Does not take advantage of the fact that I am a woman. Told me some other things he saw but said they didn t need to be fixed as they were not safety issues! Definitely has my business for ever!!!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Took my 2005 Buick to have air conditioner motor and exhaust fixed. First time there, they did an excellent job, prices were very fair and they kept me informed through the whole process. Also, very friendly! Highly recommend and This will now be the only place I take my car!

Great place! Took my 17yr old truck in for oil change and a small oil leak. They found leak and fixed it at my request. They checked several other things at my request. All good. It was great to get honesty instead of a $1900 bs estimate for things I did not need. Bill was under $115. Thanks Dave!

This shop is exactly the way all repair shops should be. Bill and his staff are very knowledgeable on all types of vehicles, but specialize in diesel trucks. He has worked on all my vehicles (all non-diesel) and only recommended repairs that were warranted. While doing a repair he might recommend preventative repairs, but you will not feel pressured to get them done. Not an upsell shop by any means.The repair turnaround is quick, but an appointment is a must. He does take emergency repairs, but like all shops they are full with previously scheduled repairs.I have had nothing but great experiences with this shop for the past 12 years and will continue to have Woody's be my first choice in auto repair shops.Keep up the great work.Scott

Woody's was able to replace my bad fuel sender for a fraction of the price compared to other shops and the dealership. Graham's right down the road stated the entire fuel pump needed to be replaced at more than 4x the cost. Very friendly and honest staff, will definitely be coming here in the future!
