Took the truck for an oil change. Andrew (manager) was very pleasant to work with. Very informative, fast, professional, and efficient. We have enjoyed doing business with this location for some time now.

Waited 45 minutes to get my oil changed only to be told my drain plug was too torn up and refused to change my oil. Ok I understand the liability. They were nice and topped off my oil to get me by. HOWEVER.. I went to Jiffy Lube right after as they were the only ones open. They had ZERO problems and said the drain plug was perfectly fine. They were also car guys so knew what they were doing. Sounds to me like the employees at Valvoline were either lazy or incapable of doing their job. Only giving 2 stars since they at least polite and topped me off no charge.

Called Valvoline 15 min before closing time to see I'd they had time to fill and check a low tire on my daughter's car. I tried several gas stations myself and couldn't get the air to fill. The employee on the phone said absolutely we can help. I showed up and they had me out the door in about 5 minutes. Both employees were polite and professional. I really appreciated that after a long day and worry about how my daughter would get to school without her car.

They made no attempt to clean oil off my frame after removing the filter. Thus it left several good sized oil spots on my driveway. I had to clean it off myself. The oil was also drastically over filled. I drained out almost 2 quarts. Pretty sad experience for spending $130 dollars for an oil change only.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My daughter went here to get an oil change and instead I ended up getting a call from them saying she had a stripped oil drain plug that they couldn't remove. They tried blaming the last place that did her oil change and I corrected them immediately because they didn't realize it was me that did her oil change last and I've been a mechanic all my life and in the Air Force. I told her to leave that place immediately and I'll look at it when she gets back home to Colorado.Once she came home a few weeks later I crawled under her car and looked at the drain plug and indeed it was stripped but it had been stripped in the tightening direction with a impact wrench. I ended up ordering a new drain plug and removed the old one with my set of stripped socket removers.This place stripped the drain plug by using an impact wrench in the wrong direction to try and remove an oil drain plug but instead had the impact wrench in the tightening direction to where it torqued it down so hard it stripped it. Never, ever use a impact wrench on a oil drain plug to remove or to tighten back on! That's common oil change knowledge they should have known about.Shady, very shady to do something like this and try to blame it on the previous person. Seems to be a common problem or scam at this location.

Did not replace bolts correctly on my splash shield. They replaced it 3 months ago with my last oil change due to damage caused from a Valvoline in Nevada. It stayed up. Then we come here for another oil change and it falls down within the hour. At MSRP it's $300 for a new one.When I pulled up to have them take it off Chase had the gall to ask if we cut our own splash shield. Blaming me for obvious heat damage from it falling back down. I will never return to this specific Valvoline and do not recommend anyone take their vehicle to these inexperienced children.Service: Oil change

Quick spot for a quality oil change. They do offer additional services, some of which I have used, but the extras do feel overpriced. Staff is super friendly and it is nice to be able to stay in your car.

I wish I could make it ZERO stars.It s my worst experience ever, you guys damaged my splash shield and after you agreed to replace it you just turned back and decided not. Please do not send me any fake offers on my mailbox .NON EXPERIENCED EMPLOYEES & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great customer service. Went to go check up on an oil leak and they checked it out, and filled my tires for me. Glad I chose Valvoline to help me out!

We stopped in for a tail light replacement. The staff was courteous and fast even though they ran into a problem with one of the screws. They have the part in stock and it was a very inexpensive replacement including labor.

$161 synthetic oil change with filter for 6 cylinder. Never know what they will charge you there. They give you reminder for 3k. Another rip off for synthetic customers. Last visit.

I went there on Saturday early in the morning for a oil change they finished in about 10 minutes that was weird I told them to put the air on a tire they said they did 35 but later I found out they lied to me.. one of the tire was at 25 and the other was at 52 psi.. never going there again..

Took my company van in for an oil change and everything went very smoothly. I would have preferred it took longer since I was on the clock lol

Just left without getting an oil change after waiting for 1.5 hours!Got in line, they came out and said it s a diesel let me make sure we have the oil.. yep, we do! I wait 1.5hrs to be told oh I m sorry, we actually do not have the oil for your truck. My previous experience was great, but I will not be coming here any longer because of them wasting my time.

Didn't finish the job and didn't offer a discount. Claimed they didn't have the proper tools, weird, but okay, then don't charge us for stuff you didn't do wjen youre already darn near the most expensive place to go......may come back to give a better rating if this is made right as I understand sometimes the boss isn't the person handling these situations.

Won t be back, they had a vehicle that was taking extra long. Made us switch spots in line with someone bc he was there before us, which made since. BUT then they pushed someone in front of us that was there AFTER us! I also question why the one vehicle was taking so long? What did they do to it? Maybe it s best we left.

Friendly, efficient service with no pressure to buy an air filter....The tech pointed out a couple of items that were nearing end of life but didn't hard sell at all. Online coupon saved me 10% too. I'll be back.

Upon arrival, multiple cars but Andrew was quick to come out and introduce himself and offer enrichments. Even with the high heat index! Bought a coupon on their website, turns out it was through groupon. Unfortunately, groupon did not provide coupon but Andrew and Juan were quick to offer solutions!! No wait. Very friendly. Fast. Detailed. Personalized service. Highly recommend this place. You get the home town personal service. Don't feel like just another car like some bigger places. I tried a bigger, newer, fancier place and had to order my oil change like a fast food restaurant drive through And then was going to have to wait 30 minutes. I didn't make it any further. I pulled away and drove right back to where I talk to a person directly as soon as I pull up and then service begins. In and out in like 20 minutes. Love this place!

It was so redic what they were trying to charge me to change oil. Over $100 . They didn't give me a price until they started draining the oil. Never will I go there again. And been there many times . Just kept going up.each time.

I ve always had a great experience here over the years. But tonight Anthony, Josh, and Juan went above and beyond by getting me in right before close. All three of them deserve a raise and an extra week of paid vacation! Thank you!

Fast, organized service without being rushed to do poor work quality and the pricing is fair for the region. Staff were welcoming and weren't pushy with unnecessary sales. Will be returning soon for my other maintenance needs.

I have been going to this location for over 2 years. They are always incredibly friendly, informative, quick, and precise. What stands out the most is the manager; she definitely cares about her crew and the customers. Today I heard a lot of gratitude between the employees and I don t mean just being polite (Which they always are). It takes a strong leader to keep a constant positive atmosphere. I won t go anywhere else for my oil changes. If this manager went somewhere else- I would probably follow her. Hope Valvoline shows it s appreciation to her! Thank you!!Service: Oil change

I always have a great experience here. They are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. The manager is fantastic and the gal I had today was awesome. She didn't try to get me to buy extras I didn't need but still went over what they offered. If I had more time, I would have probably taken her up on other options since she wasn't pushy.

My daughter had her oil changed their this weekend. 4.2 qts of oil and a filter. They charged her $95.00. Nothing like scamming college kids. Unbelievable places can be so shady. Will never do business there again!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
