Very disappointed in the follow up with Dewey. I purchased a vehicle from them and it was delivered to me with a missing piece in the front passenger grill. I brought this to their attention a couple of days after the purchase. Since the car was not detailed I had hired someone to detail and they pointed out the missing piece and suggested I take it up to them prior to his detailing. Upon my arrival at the sales center they sent me to the service center. They looked at the car and stated they would contact me. Never did. I followed up with an email and a call. Still no returned call. I am very disappointed. Purchasing a new car should be an exciting experience, Dewey has made this experience frustrating and I would not recommend. 1/10

My truck showed a powertrain malfunction and went into reduced power mode while driving home from ice fishing. We were nearly 400 miles from home so we went to the nearest dealership which was Dewey Ford. They were able to get us in for a diagnosis that afternoon and figured out what the problem was. While we were waiting, they shuttled us to a restaurant to eat lunch. Gina, our service advisor kept us informed of what was going on while we waited. They had to order parts so Gina arranged a rental car for us the next day so we could go home. Gina called every day to update us on the status, even if the update was, we don't know yet when the parts will be here. Her consistent communication was outstanding. When I picked up the truck, I noticed that the technician discovered an intermittently failing part during their test drive to ensure everything was fixed. They replaced the intermittently failing part as well. Gina even called after the truck was home to make sure everything went well on the trip back. Our experience with Dewey Ford's service department is the best dealership service experience we have ever had - period.

I ve been taking my car to Dewey for 5+ years. It seems service has gone downhill, or once your car is 5 years old they start to scam you. Went in for routine oil change and was told all of my lug nuts need to be replaced in order to rotate my tires. How is it that every single lug nut would need replaced at the same time on a vehicle that is 6 years old. $155 additional just to replace lug nuts to rotate tires. I later learned that my coworker s daughter was told the same thing a week prior- and she purchased her vehicle from Dewey TWO months before that. Unreal. Additionally, I asked my service advisor to confirm full synthetic was added to my vehicle, he replied it was semi- but would see if he could fix that. He came back 10 minutes later saying- oops just kidding it was actually full synthetic, I just messed up the paperwork. Guarantee I paid for full synthetic, but semi was put in. If you re a female, don t have your vehicle serviced here. They will find something to scam you with. Called the manager to discuss these issues and never got a call back. Will find an honest local shop moving forward.

Lack of communication. Had my car 3.5 weeks and only received 1 call from them and that was 2 days after I dropped it off. Didn't even call me when an employee backed into my car in their parking lot. If I hadn't of called them I think they would have just never told me about it. They said it was just the back bumper that was damaged but I think they tried to cover up that the front end was damaged as well. Things didn't add up when I talked to them on the phone so I drove out there and found my car how it is in the picture. I took it in for rear struts and AC lines. In the picture the AC lines were supposedly already done so not sure why my car wasn't put back together yet. Come to find out they had to take it to the body shop because the radiator was pushed back into the engine. There was no problem with the radiator when I took it in. To say I am less than happy with my experience is an understatement.

Communication is surely an issue as noted by several on here already. Have left voicemails, had other advisors leave notes on their desk and cannot get a return call to save my life. Only reason I went here is my repair is a warranty issue. Would not go here for any other service needs.

Do NOT take your car here for service if you need it fixed in less than two weeks! This is the second time they ve had my car and for the second solid week. They can t figure out the issue. I Googled 3 reasons why my car is acting this way - none of which occurred to them to check. My entire life is on hold while they twiddle their thumbs. Absolute and complete incompetence and ZERO COMMUNICATION! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Battery

Went in for an oil change. They got me in right away as we were leaving for vacation and traveled with another group. However the techs did not fasten the shield under the car and we couldn t leave without taking care of it. We ended up removing the shield as they weren t open. This one bolt caused us a 2 hour delay.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I called the dealership on April 1st to have a key made for my mustang, I can t remember who I talked to on the phone (I should have written his name down). The appointment was scheduled for April 4th I asked him how much it would cost, he said he would talk to his service person and he would call me right back which he did, thank you for that. He told me there would be no charge for the key. When I went to pick up my car it was $275 for a half hour of actual work and they had the car for 6 and a half hours. I also asked about having it undercoated and an owners manual which was never researched and provided to me. I think this whole experience has been an eye opener for me and I will not be going to this business in the future for anything. I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone I know.Service: Transmission

Dewey Ford service is the worst. Schedule and appt 10 days in advance. When you arrive for your "scheduled" service - you are told it will be at least 2 - 3 days or a week - they don't really know. Oh, then they want $175.00 in advance before they will touch your car or even diagnose it prior to any services being performed. I will not even buy a Ford vehicle again. You can't post this without leaving at least one star. I wish I could put a minus 10 stars. This is not the first issue I have had with Dewey Ford Service, but it will be the last.

Do not use this dealership!! It is impossible to get an appointment in a timely matter. If you have 2-3 weeks to wait for an oil change, sure use them. But do not trust anything they say on timing. I was told to show up right at 7 am as a walk-in and that my car would be done in time for a doctor's appointment. Over 3 hours later, it was still not done! Use the Granger or the Indianola Ford dealership instead! Their oil changes are much better organized and you never have to wait longer than an hour or so.Service: Oil change

Had both collision repair worked on and a tire alignment. Communication was great! They updated me as needed and got the vehicle done ahead of when they said they would. The repair quality looks great and they washed the exterior and appear to have vacuumed the interior. Was convenient that the rental car could be waiting for me there and I could drop it off there. The staff were accommodating and making sure I got the rental car keys and could leave it with them when finished even though it was through a different company.Service: Wheel alignment

Took car in due to recall. Check-in quick and repair finished around 2 PM. Appreciated the fact they didn't try sell me a dozen things that "needed" to be done. Friendly service.

Phenomenal service, friendly staff and communicates well with customers about vehicle issues and updates. Gina scheduled an appointment with me and asked me to bring in earlier due to nature of car not operating. Completed well before the scheduled time to be repaired. Also, communicated costs and needed repair before moving forward with work.

I made an appointment online to bring my vehicle in for service. I arrived 45 minutes early, thinking I'd take the Courtesy Shuttle which isn't running due to COVID-19. So I waited...for 4.5 hours, before they told me they were 12-24 hours behind, and wouldn't even look at my vehicle the same day. I was no more than 50 feet away from the service advisor, but he didn't even know I was still there. I was forgotten the minute I handed over the keys. He gave no indication that anything was out of the ordinary. The two reminder emails and a reminder text said nothing about the shuttle not running, or a need to re-schedule. My advisor told me had I called in to schedule, they could have told me the situation over the phone. They had two business days to call me ahead of my appointment, but of course they didn't. To their credit, they did arrange to pick up my vehicle the following day and left me a loaner. Otherwise, I wouldn't give them a single star.

I had to have a vehicle serviced for a recall so I called, they ordered the parts, they called me when they arrived and I made an appointment for the service. I dropped the car off for the appointment and then later they called saying the didn t have the parts or the technician to do the repair. Their service department is not detail oriented. I would only go there if you have to.Service: Brake service & repair

I would not trust Dewey Ford with fixing a pine wood derby car let alone a real passenger vehicle. When they screw up a diagnosis and over charge you 2 grand on a repair and the problem still wasn't fixed and now months later the real problem is identified but now it's out of factory warranty, do not expect them to make it right.

Top notch service department; courtesy car and a free cat wash. They just solve problems and call you when your car's ready. What's not to like?
