I've been here for parts a few times over the last few years and my experience has been great. My last visit was for a wiper blade. It did not universally fit the way the package stated it would. The tech behind the counter was willing to come help me and it was a bit more difficult for my vehicle but he was able to get it installed. It's one of the new Trico ceramic wipers and it works flawlessly. I will 100% need help for the rest of my wiper blade replacements i think but these wiper blades are well worth it.

Harley, the assistant store manager, was so incredibly helpful! He helped me pick out the right battery for my sad little car and he replaced the battery for me! So grateful!

I had a minor electrical repair on my chopper when I pulled in. And with so few places open on Labor Day, I am so glad Harley and Mike were working so I could get the parts I needed to get my bike back on the road. They went above and beyond, lending me the tools I needed, even Mike's personal lighter, to complete heat shrink connections. Wonderful experience, competent, and helpful staff.

At this store looking for pin punches. They were out of what I needed but they got on the phone and the punches were at the store in 30 minutes. All the staff was attentive to customers. Very satisfied with this customer service. I was able to start my project ahead of schedule.

My Boyfriend ordered a part over the phone was told the price would be around 86 and they would call to let us know it was in. Never got a call and when we stopped by to pick it up we were charged for shipping. Dot total of over $100. No problem that we had to pay for shipping. It s the fact that they didn t say that would be charged and that they didn t call. Terrible customer service and will never be going back to a NAPA again

This store is a sorry piece I usually deal with the napa one Douglas but was near by need a list of parts and the guy was taking forever and finally I ask for someone else and the manager told me to leave that's fine i left and did spent my money elsewhere

The employees here are extremely helpful. I walk into the store and I am always greeted and asked if I need help with anything. I've never had any trouble getting whatever it is that I am after. Prices at Napa seem to be a bit steeper than other stores like Autozone, or Advance Auto Parts but I'm willing to pay a slight bit extra for the convenience of location.

Brian the store manager is great!! He really knows what he's talking about, very helpful, and will definitely make you laugh while you're in there! Great place. Much better than the AutoZone in ankeny.

Always knowledgeable staff & quality parts -- those are the reasons NAPA is the best in town!! And since their distribution center is on Euclid, they can get nearly everything same day.

Awesome customer service. Stopped in for a bad blinker and was having trouble with it and the guy came out and just did it for me, for nothing but a thank you. Great stuff.

Thought we had a bad battery. He tested it & it was okay. He told us it might be the alternator & how to check it. We followed his advice. Glad to say the alter alternator is okay. It was probably a loose connection.

Service was horrible the employee didn't know how to enter the gmc code that was provided by the dealer ship. No efforts was even attempted to look the code up.
