I called Rich this morning at 10:30 AM 4/13/2024, told him I needed an alignment today if possible. I just did some major repairs to my truck I explained. Without hesitation, he said, bring it up we will squeeze it in. Rich and his team are the greatest to work. They are personable. They treat me like family every time I m there. Always great to see a Familiar face.

I needed my exhaust and resonator reconnected. They added 18"of pipe and welded everything together. Car is now quiet as a mouse and done for an incredibly low price! Great staff!

Always have a good experience bringing my vehicle into Midas. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Rich the manager is always welcoming and helpful when it comes to fixing my vehicle. I just wanted to thank everyone at Midas for doing excellent work and in a timely manner. Will continue to bring my vehicle in for service.

We took our car to Midas in Ankeny and got great service at a great price. Staff was friendly and we left knowing our car would be safe to take on a long trip. Rich thouroughly explained the work they did and what he would recommend for future work. Thanks you.

They did a great job, the guys are awesome. The only thing I wished is that they were either a bit faster or let me know how long it would take for it to be finished when I drop the car off initially. Overall I'm happy with Midas Ankeny.

Midas fixed our car problem giving us a quick option to get us back on the road in 1.5 hours or a more thorough fix that still had us back traveling that day. As they promise they gave us a written estimate before. We felt very fortunate to have happened by their place when we needed them

Ryan was very courteous and greeted me by name. Check-in went smooth. Ryan called with updates on items I needed repairs on and explained costs. They had my car done in the time frame I had requested.. Staff was very friendly. Had a battery replaced which was not an emergency. They had a lot of customers waiting but staff remained professional and courteous despite being so busy. Great place to do business

Just needed a tire sensor replaced dropped it off an hour early for my appointment at 12:30. Had it for 6 hours and didn t get any update until 15 minutes before they closed saying they couldn t get it done. Would ve loved to have some communication that they couldn t get it done as I would ve happily taken somewhere else. Than when I arrived to pick it up they said their equipment couldn t communicate with my car. I worked in the car industry for 6 years and I ve never ever heard of that happening. So I appreciate the bold attempt to lie to my face as to why they couldn t get it done. Be better and communicate with your customers, I understand being busy but if you can t get it done than you need to relay that information!

he service attitude was very poor. The oil change service stated on the website only cost 29 dollars. When I went there, he told me that this was the price of an ordinary car. My car cost 100 dollars, and it cost 80 dollars after discount. Leave decisively, marketing scam.

Well, the team at Midas in Ankeny today did this Customer a very good favor and totally looked in my car to see where my squeaking sound was coming from because it sounded like a cricket & they figured it out. They found it. They fixed it for me and sent me on my way. Thank you!!

This was my first time at the Ankeny Midas and they were fantastic! They got my jeep right in and fixed it within a day. They took care of me better than my usual place where I bought my car. The staff there was so helpful and pleasant to work with and they really know what they are doing. We had our tire light come in and decided to take it to Midas. The staff was able to see and fix us up in 15 minutes. They identified the problem, fixed it, inflated our other tires and set us on our way.The next day our truck had a massive flat. I called Midas and they arranged a tow truck to scoop up the truck. They identified the problem, ordered a new one and got me back on the road before my flight.A completely professional crew and manager. I highly recommended!

After having the Ankeny Iowa Midas previously repair my vehicle a few years ago.In December 2023 we found ourselves needing to have what Firestone said we needed a sticking caliper replaced. Called Ankeny Midas and attempted to speak with someone and set appointment, (Dad speaks through a throat stoma) the lady was rude and hung up without giving quote or appointment.Don't recommend patronizing this Ankeny Iowa location .

I would highly recommend Midas in Ankeny. On Saturday 10/7/2023 we called to see if they could get our daughter's vehicle in to be fixed the same day. Midas is not a mechanic we have previously used. Ryan said to have the vehicle towed over and they would try to look at it that day. Ryan called back later that day and they were able to diagnosed the problem but was not able to get the part installed before end of business but promised it to be fixed first thing Monday morning. First thing Monday morning, Ryan called and said it was done as promised. After we picked up the vehicle, we had a mechanical issue on way home but Midas was very receptive and tried to help us. After getting the vehicle back to Midas, Ryan ensured the vehicle was properly working and the issue was resolved before giving the vehicle back to us. I would highly recommend.

Super helpful staff - had a car issue diagnosed before coming in that turned out to be wrong & they not only walked me through the correct repair, but completed it within the hour.
