The paint guy is great. However, don't try to go an pick something up from Keystone. Two separate people tried to pick up my parts for me (I work out of town) and both times no one would answer the phone, no one was around, and they didn't get the parts. Terrible. I guess they don't like to actually give people their parts???!!!

Kevin is fantastic to work with, I order from Keystone near every day and have nothing to complain about. Kevin has been extremely helpful from updating me with ETA's to helping me get warranty issues addressed (when they rarely happen to occur). Would recommend to anyone in need of aftermarket or used parts.

Stood around for an hour just for a single part. When trying to pay for item, dock worker tried stating they don't make change on the premise. They IN FACT DO make change and almost pocketed an extra $40 off of me just because he didn't want to walk to the drawer to do so.

Came 15 mins before close, trying to buy paint.. all the doors are locked called the number whoever was in the paint department put me on hold until close and then told me to come back monday...

Called them looking for a part, that I was having trouble finding. I needed it ASAP. The man I spoke with found one in Wisconsin and told me he could have it the next day! And at a reasonable price! A big high five and Thankyou to Keystone!
