Here are the reasons for my 3 stars rating:I tried to get my oil change twice and in both times the employees told me to come back later because they are busy, and I didn t see lines or that many cars waiting in both cases.After that I tried to call many times during working hours to check if there is chance for me to come for my car service and the phone is always busy, it looks like they open the line so that they will not answer the phone calls.I m going to edit the review to 4 stars after you responded and asked that shows care and commitment.

I had purchased a brand new 2023 vehicle in about September of last year, stopped in to have my oil and tires rotated when my oil light came on. The wonderful gentleman let me know that with newer vehicles I could wait about another 3000 miles. Of course he could have easily sold me on something I didn t need but his honesty is what made me come back after those 3000 recently for my oil change and tire rotation. Also with the speedy and polite service I received I ll absolutely continue to be back!

TOP NOTCH!! Pulled in, no wait, super friendly staff, and cheaper than anywhere else!! Cannot give 6 stars or I would!! This will be my new go to place for sure!!

Ashton met me before I took 3 steps from my car. He was personable and made this oil change fast. After talking to him i came to find out he is a RAM. As a former employee of SEP it is nice to see one of our students out there working as an adult. Jiffy Lube, you have an amazing employee on your hands. Thank you for a great first time experience at JL, Ashton. I will be back.

The people I dealt were nice and professional. Wanted them to change oil and top off the fluids. Next day had oil under the vehicle. Took it back and they found the drain plug was not tighten down. Also had oil around the filter that was left over when the replaced the filter. They didn t bother to clean it up. As far as I can tell, they didn t top off the fluids (washer fluid). They didn t apologize for the inconvenience or offer anything for their failure to do their job. Will not return to this location.

My little sticker on my windshield said it was time for an oil change, so I headed to my favorite Jiffy Lube. As soon as I sat down I was asked to come outside and look at something. The technician wanted to show me the oil. It was clean and didn t need to be changed. Come back in a couple thousand miles. AMAZING! Thanks Jiffy Lube! I will be back!

Cameran G. helped me so much with my visit to Jiffy Lube. He explained what was wrong and made sure that I left with everything I needed done. He also made sure I knew about other things that were needing replaced on my car soon. Overall, all the staff was really great and super helpful!

Stopped by to get a leak checked. Austin checked and said he would feel more comfortable if their master mechanic (maybe used other word) looked at it to be sure and not give me incorrect info. Went in the next day and got the answer from Cameran, got an estimate, the part delivered within an hour and he started the work. I got a ride home from a very nice employee (I live 3 miles away so don't think they do this all of the time or you could be stuck). Picked up the car a few hours later and the cost was...get ready... lower than expected! Like that ever happens, right? The next day I took it back to see if the few drips on the garage floor were residual from the repair or if there was still some issue. They were residual so no problem. It was discount day for Veterans Day holiday so I got oil changed even though I got it changed 18 months ago (I don't drive much). Cameran and Austin got it done quickly and I got a great discount. So overall...I am very happy with the services there as well as dealing with those two. I like that they are very honest about what is going on and don't try to upsale you on things that aren't needed. Cameran also explained the part, what it does and where it was leaking (I am not an idiot but I am also not a mechanic). I highly recommend the Ankeny Jiffy Lube for the services that they are able to provide and will definitely go back...whether they want me to or not...haha.

Could have been 5 stars if the bathroom was not worse than Walmart and no one cleaned it after I told them it was bad and no paper towels. I was there for another 90 min. After I told them.

I keep my car meticulously clean on the outside inside and even the engine bay. When you guys refilled my oil in the engine, you dripped oil on top of the motor, and other places in the bay. You also dripped oil on the front of the car on the outside of the hood. Sloppy work, unexpected from a normally decent place.

No line. Got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Of course tried the up-sell on filters and differential services.It s an oil change. Nothing more or less.(Try to get the bay buy the waiting area so you can make certain they put new oil in.

Absolutely ZERO stars! They failed to put new oil in during an oil change. They blamed the oil pump. They still charged me for the "oil change." Also had to pay to have it towed to a garage because they said it needed a new oil pump. The mechanic I took it to said there was no new oil in it. They filled it and started it and says it runs fine. Nothing wrong with the oil pump. Don't go there!

This place is great! Super friendly staff always and conveniently close to my house and always fast service. I have had both my cars serviced here with oil changes, and when I needed a new battery for my Highlander as the weather turned cold last week, they were able to get the battery I needed and install it sand day. I highly recommend this location.Services: Battery, Oil change

The guy was very friendly when he met me at the door. After that I noticed my oil was leaking and they never check the air pressure in my tires. I was not impressed.

I will only ever use jiffy lube! This location was the best in service in all of the Ankeny area. They were able to fix my breaks quickly (even when they were extremely damaged), gave me a discount, and the customer service was over the top. The general manager of a different location was able to deliver my vehicle when I was unable to pick it up.10/10 service!Service: Brakes

I went in for an oil change and they stripped the threads on my Oil pan and claimed it was already stripped. The drain plug never leaked before this. Now it leaks and they never offer to fix it. They were only interested in upsaleing me saying I need to change my diff fluid or it would be $10,000 for a new one. Never coming back.

They were quick and polite. My only issue was the mileage sticker, the printer is broke they claim and has been for a while. They forgot to put one on and hand scribbled one out. I use that sticker to gauge my mileage. For $100.00 oil change I want that printed sticker. He says Jiffy Lube won t bother fixing it.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
