Got 4 new tires for my vehicle, Kaden got me set up with the tires and was very knowledgeable and courteous. Jason and the guys out back did a great job with professional installation. In and out very quickly. Will recommend to others.

I'm so glad we now have a Discount Tire in Ankeny. When I first strated going to Discount Tire I was leary as their branding would suggest something 'cheap' in price and likely service. This is not true. Prices are competitive and the service is top notch! Their app works well to convienently schedule an appointment and the folks at the shop are friendly and helpful. I just took my truck in for service and while they had gotten a little back up, they were apologetic for the appointment taking a bit longer and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, 5 stars!

I went in for a tire rotation, unfortunately once home I noticed damage to one of my rims. I called the store and they said they would look at the damage. Hopefully, they will replace the rim as the damage wasn't there before I went in for a tire rotation.

Went in for a wheel balance, as another shop I went to made my balance worse than it was beforehand. They were relatively quick, and got my wheels feeling smooth going highway speeds again. Offered me a set of black lug nuts that would work with my aftermarket wheels instead of the chrome ones. Great experience, will be returning for any wheel/tire needs in the future.

Very satisfied with our service. Walked in on a Saturday morning and got helped right away. Thought it would take a long time to get 4 new tires, but it was so quick, we just went over to walmart and didn't even finish our grocery shopping when I got a text that it was done! Will definitely be recommending to others.

The discount must only be on certain sizes and brands of tires. I received 4 quotes for my size tires and Discount Tire was far from the cheapest. Here's the CRAZY part, they don't do alignments! I can't believe that a tire chain doesn't do alignments! This store is located at some of the most expensive real estate in the state of Iowa and they tore down a perfectly good bank to build this store. And all they do is tires (but no alignments) and windshield wipers. They were also blasting inappropriate music in the bays. I'm glad there were no young children around. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the gentleman that I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable.

Justyn Z was able to quickly diagnose an issue with my tire that Dewey Ford wasn't able to diagnose. Even though he couldn't fix it here, he recommended a local business who can do the job and didn't even charge me. After spending over an hour at Dewey Ford, this was a huge relief. I was very impressed with his customer service!

For your tire needs look no further this store was absolutely amazing I was in and out in under 30 minutes with out an appointment and the staff was very nice Jake was the one helping me out and he knew everything you could probably know about tires and the tires where very affordable. He also noticed a noise while pulling my car in and let me know it could be from my tires or a wheel baring they also had very affordable windshield wipers over all this was the best experience at a tier store I have ever had I would fully recommend that you come to this store I will continue to be a customer at this location

I have purchased from Discount Tire Direct before but never in store. The staff were friendly, professional and took care with the installation. In and out in less than an hour, they even put two old tires that I kept into bags so as not to dirty the trunk of my car! I'll go back if I ever need tires again.

Just left Discount Tire and was super pleased with my experience. As a female it s intimidating to go anywhere that has to do with cars, but Beau was super helpful and kind to me. I will be back for when I need new tires!

If you are looking for the best tire experience, Discount Tire in Ankeny is the place to go. The staff is amazing and are very knowledgeable. They treated me with the upmost respect and were able to get my vehicle out in a timely manner.

Called Saturday to order tires for my 2002 Ford. Ordered the tires and was told I would recieve a call when they arrived. Never received a call for when they would arrive and instead received a call stating I missed my appointment (I never set up an appointment). Drove in and they replaced my two front tires (which were bald). I asked them to rotate the new tires in the front to the rear (my vehicle is mainly rear wheel drive). They told me they would not rotate the tires because they believed it to be unsafe to do so. First time using this buisness and I am deeply disappointed in their knowledge and service. I would not recommend you get your vehicle serviced at this discount tire.
