Awesome experience! Bought a new-to-me 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid that didn't have a remote start - something I had found indispensable in my last car. Custom Sound and Image was recommended by the Ford dealer that I have used for more than 10 years. Great recommendation! Aaron was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining my options, not trying to sell me any more than what I wanted. And was able to get me in much sooner than other companies I contacted.I have used it for a couple of weeks now and don't think I could be any more pleased!Thanks, Aaron for your patience and excellent service! I'll be back!!!

Aaron did an awesome job on installing a new more powerful amp and speakers in my Harley Street Glide. He rewired it from a bad job from a different incompetent installer! I'm able to crank up the tunage much higher than before without distortion and can hear certain music/sounds from songs that I couldn't even hear before! I loved his work so much, he's upgrading the not so great stock JBL system in my Tacoma truck, next week! Can't wait!

Aaron put automatic start in my car and was amazing to work with. He got me in quick and did the job within a few hours. Even when a snowstorm kept me from the original appointment day he worked me in the very next day and got the job done. So happy I went with them!!

Just had a set of subwoofers installed in my truck. custom enclosure to keep the rear seat usable . very clean install . And loud , sorry neighbors . Owner and installers were incredibly knowledgeable , personable and timely. Overall great experience there , highly recommended .Custom sound and image is where it s at

Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. They take the extra time to discuss every option to make sure you make the best choice for your needs. So far I have had two remote starts installed and just had my boat sound system upgraded. I will continue to take all my business there and continuously recommend them to friends and family.

Aaron and Sarah (owners) are super friendly, knowledgeable about anything car audio, and go out of their way to explain and help in any way they can.Anything from cars, Jeeps, Trucks, ATVs, motorcycles they can set you up. Quite impressive custom installs too.I'm a fan and would highly recommend them.They are also a Jeep accessory (Best top, and more) provider, for your Jeep needs.

Top notch customer service and experience. Got me in quickly and what I wanted was installed in less than a week of my original call. Honest establishment and no trying to sell you things you don t need. They even warranty their work for the life of the vehicle! Love my new Alpine and will return for more additions to my Jeep in the future. Military friendly as well. 10/10!

I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted. All I knew is I wanted to upgrade my sound system in my harley davidson street glide, bring it from 2015 to 2023. I wanted it to be loud. Aaron gave me a few ideas and we went from there. Need less to say he delivered loud. They don't try and sell me things i didnt need or push anything. Aaron's knowledge is best around. Yeah there are other shops but if you want it done right the first time and want the best customer service ever! And I mean ever. You see Aaron and Sara! I will be having all my work done here. Well worth the hour drive for this experience.

I had remote start installed in my truck today. Aaron & Sara are professional in there work. Both of them explain into detail what work there doing for you. Very happy with the Wet Sounds tower speakers Aaron installed on our Crownline. Aaron and Sarah are super easy to work with and go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the work they have done before and after. Very positive experience from start to finish.Called seeking boat audio advice and Aaron took the time to understand our goals as well as discuss potential solutions. Brought the boat by for a quick look and received a menu of customized options a short time later which helped us quickly identify the perfect fit for our needs. Custom Sound and Image was very flexible at accommodating our schedule and a drop off time that didn t completely match up with our scheduled appointment. Fast forward to pickup were I continue to be impressed with installation quality and the time taken to demonstrate how to control everything. Our new system brings the classic boat to life and it didn t take long to gain compliments.Throughout the process I never once felt pushed to use products that were on the shelf or to go highest price route. Quote was very detailed and fair, and as result I didn t have the desire to call around and ask for second opinions or quotes. Aaron and Sara offer a great balance of customer focus and craftsmanship that are second to none. I would highly recommend giving Custom Sound and Image the opportunity to build your next customized solution.

Aaron and Sara are great people to work with. I brought them a pretty difficult project that took a while to get figured out. Aaron stayed diligent the entire time and completed everything I was wanting done and more and held true to his quote. I would recommend Custom Sound and Image to anyone looking for stereo equipment for absolutely anything and lots of other add ons. I will definitely be back.

Aaron was phenomenal from the start. I was looking for a stereo system for my '21 Can am Commander. There were no kits available so they had to custom build the boxes. Very communicative throughout the process on changes and updates. I couldn't be more pleased with the look and sound. These guys did a great job!!!

I got my remote start from here two years ago, and recently needed to have it reprogrammed due to a new car key. Not only was the customer service GREAT, they had me in and out in under an hour. 10/10

I needed to improve my factory stereo audio system in my older car. Aaron recommended we improve the power to the existing stereo receiver. He recommended a speaker system that would work best for my car and budget. Dropped my car off the evening before and everything was done the next day. The sound improvement was like night and day. I couldn't be more satisfied. It sounds fantastic now. I would highly recommend them for improving you car sound system.

Everything was just fantastic from beginning to end. I knew what I wanted to achieve but no idea where to start. Aaron was amazing throughout everything, explained the proper steps to get what I wanted out of my new audio system, Sara was very attentive to getting my quote to me quickly and handled all of my eagerness with patience. Most of all, upon delivery there were no hiccups, everything explained and demonstrated for me to hop in and start enjoying the new system. Hands down the best I've ever dealt with. They'll have my business as long as I'm upgrading my vehicles!

We had two radios installed by Custom Sound. Our Mini Cooper, see other review, and my F250.I spoke to Arron (the owner!) over the phone and he hooked me up with a radio that met my needs and they installed it a few days later. Everything worked fine except they ran into an issue getting the backup camera working. Aaron did some research and had me bring the truck back in a few days later and he got it working.I fully expected to pay more for this, but they said getting the camera working was part of the deal and would not accept anything extra.Awesome group to work with - 5 stars. I highly recommend Custom Sound to anyone needing sound system workBill N

I had an auto start installed in my wife s car. Sara was really good to work with and made it really easy to schedule a day to drop the car off and pick it up once it was done. When we picked it up she gave us a good explanation of how to work the new remote and let us know that if there s anything wrong to give them a call. If I need any aftermarket stuff done on any other vehicles I ll be looking at them for sure!

Aaron and Sara were extremely responsive and transparent through the whole process. They worked out some different options with me and explained some additional customizations Aaron had done in the past for other Jeep owners and worked around my concerns. The sound is great, and the price Aaron and Sara charge is beyond fair. Every part of my experience was very professional, from the interactions to the custom fit and finishings. If you're considering a custom audio solution/upgrade, give them a call for a stressless custom job.

Aaron, Sara and the team have done three projects for me in the last year. Three stereo systems and a MyTop on my 2022 Jeep Wrangler. They were fantastic to work with through the entire process and exceeded my expectations at every turn. They are the only organization I would turn to for car stereo needs as well as MyTop or jeep customization. Great people and great service!

Aaron, Sara, and Mike were excellent to work with. Put a beautiful Kenwood big screen radio in my motorhome. Old system outdated and needed upgrading. Had to fabricate mounting for speakers. Did a great job as they got them mounted behind Original interior panels. Can't tell anything was done except for great sound, and a very attractive updated touch screen sound system. Love it!Helpful, pleasant and professional.Looks to me like they can put sound in anything!Thanks so!

Excellent service from start to finish. Expertly recommended and installed a system in my son (new driver) s car, which included a back-up camera for safety (and personal comfort level, as he learned to drive on a car with a camera). Couldn t be happier with the end product. Swift service, with a smile, and excellent communications throughout the process. I wouldn t hesitate to use them again for any car audio/equipment needs. Everything was Perfect. They Worked on Getting everything working on our Remote starter after it had Sunsetted. They did it the least expensive way by changing some settings on it instead of having to install a whole new system . Thank You Guys you are the Best and I'll will recommend you to everyone.
