Amazing work done by the folks at Caliber Ankeny! Impressed by the attention to detail/quality and customer service! Christian Blackburn is a great service rep! My car was transferred to Caliber after a horrible experience with another auto body business in Ankeny (Gerber) who botched my repairs and caused several new damages Caliber took amazing care of my car and surpassed my expectations. Caliber even performed a few complimentary repairs that insurance was being argumentative on. Caliber is the only auto body business in the Ankeny/DSM area, that I would trust with my car, as they truly care about their workmanship and customer satisfaction!

Caliber Collision goes above and beyond to get your vehicle looking like showroom condition. Brought my Rouge in for repair from a winter incident and they had my car back in a fast turnaround. They made sure I was happy with the results before I left and I highly recommend Caliber Collison for any of your vehicle/ insurance repairs. They also did all the calibration on the vehicle sensors and alignment. Top notch and friendly team.

Service was great, customer service was amazing. I have no complaints they made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress free. They were able to even deliver my car to me after it was repaired so they made it extremely easy to get car repaired. They also had great communication the entire time!

My daughter was broadsided by a deer on her way home from work, and her car was badly damaged. She took her car to Caliber in Ankeny, and they were amazing!! The car looks incredible, inside and out! They not only repaired the damage, they also detailed her car! It looks brand new!When her car was finished, she had me coordinate with Casey, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind, and she went out of her way to make sure my daughter felt reassured and that her car was in good hands.When the repairs were completed, we picked up the car after hours and were met by the GM who was packing up his car and headed home. Instead of leaving, he waited for us to fill out the forms and put them in the office--yet another example of impeccable customer service.If you want excellent workmanship and customer service that's beyond incredible, go to Caliber Collision.

Caliber was friendly and professional from the front desk to the specialists. Kept me completely informed during the process, handled all insurance process did top notch flawless work AND returned my truck earlier than scheduled. Would rate my experience higher than 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone.

Across the board, the people at Caliber in Ankeny are great! Casey in the front office was a pleasure to talk to and went out of her way to make sure I got my car before the holidays. On top of that, I was called every couple of days by Christian and given an update as to when my car will be completed and what step they were on. I received my car 5 days ago and haven't had any issues. I'm very happy they were the ones doing the work.10/10 service! Thank you to everyone at the shop!

Caliber Collision is the "Chick fil-A" of body shops! We couldn't be more happy with Casey, Jim and the entire Caliber team! They are a joy to work with! We hope to not need a reason to be back anytime soon but will highly recommend them any chance we get! It's hard to find customer service this great anywhere! They made an unpleasant experience (vehicle damage) much more tolerable and to the best of their ability even made it enjoyable!

My car was involved in a hit and run and due to the bad weather there s been multiple accidents and collision spots were overfilled. I gave Caliber Collision a call spoke with a very nice lady named Casey. She said they are able to look at my car. Car was towed to them they got me an estimate in about a day or two. I recommend this collision spot if needed. Im satisfied with them. They have great customer service and I made the right choice with choosing them.

Went there to have the dealership badge removed. They did an excellent job. They were able to remove all of the adhesive. It looks like the badge wasn't even there in the first place.

Caliber in Ankeny is the place to go for auto body work. They corresponded with the insurance company and arranged the car rental seamlessly, I barely had to do anything. Also, Christian kept me well informed the entire time and my vehicle was ready before scheduled. It came back good as new. I would highly recommend this place.

I HIGHLY recommend this company. They can (and should) lead a master class on customer service. From my initial estimate, communicating with insurance, calling me every two days with updates....everything about my experience at Caliber was top notch and above and beyond my expectations. This was my first experience with Caliber as I am newer to Ankeny, but they do have multiple other locations in Des Moines' suburbs. I hope to not have to use them again, as that means that there's damage to my car....but if this does happen again, I will go back to them with absolutely no hesitation as I know they will get my car into like new condition in a timely and reasonable manner. This was the smoothest and easiest experience I have ever had with a car repair facility before. Again, I wish I could give them 11 stars....They are a top notch company with stellar customer service.

I sent my truck to be repaired after it was hit and damaged in a accident and Christian and all the Caliber staff i interacted with were very kind and helpful and made sure i was updated and communicated with on a regular basis throughout the repair process from the estimate till i picked up my truck. I would for sure recomend caliber and will be returning back should i need to. 5 stars

Excellent work and great customer service. Regular updates on progress. After significant damage, I expected there might be some type of issue with the car upon return. That wasn't the case. Everything was perfect!

My van was hit and the side door and back panel were damaged and the door would not close on its own. Caliber repaired all the damage and you would never know anything happened. They do great work and have excellent customer service. They called me every few days with updates to keep me informed about the process. My van was fixed and returned in good time.
