Big shoutout to Wilson Toyota of Ames for their exceptional service! My car's parking brake was stuck, causing a dreadful squeaking noise. Initially, I suspected issues with the rotor or brake pads but couldn't pinpoint the problem. The team at Wilson Toyota dedicated over an hour to diagnose and fix the issue, all at no cost to me. I'm beyond relieved to be rid of that horrible sound, thanks to their expertise and generosity. A fantastic experience!

I had a great! Experience today at Wilson Toyota. One of the salesman name was Jack who assisted me with my purchase. He was very nice and courteous. This young man is going to go places. All the staff we're very courteous. Felt like I was at home. The paperwork was simple and to the point I was in and out and the vehicle was cleaned very well. Thank you Toyota for my new vehicle it means a lot.

Got my first car here and was very satisfied. Devan helped me get the car that I wanted even though I had almost no credit. He made sure that he did everything he could to get me approved. Vehicles are nice and well taken care of. Very friendly people and if I were to buy a car again would definitely go through here again.

Chad C. is great to work with and the entire process went better than expected when I purchased a new vehicle. The service department is also very efficient which I've only needed for scheduled maintenance. The entire staff receives five stars.

I made an appointment for an oil change for 2:45 pm . I showed up on time, but was told that it would be 2 hours wait. So why did I make an appointment? Apparently a lot of techs called in today. Okay, so I still had an appointment at 2:45 and no one at Wilson called to say they are running late, that would have been nice.

We bought a 2024 Camry from Ryan. He was pleasant and professional. It's a really nice car . I've had several Toyotas over the years. They're comfortable and reliable vehicles, and the gas mileage on all has been great. I expect that the Hybrid will be even better!

Bought a 2018 Corolla a few months back and it was good for about 3 months and it s been downhill ever since! Brakes and rotors, all 4 tires, alignment, air filter, O2 sensor, wheel speed Sensor, and just today my check engine light came on yet again! So guess what? Back to the shop! Another $200-$300 into it! Never again will I buy from there! EVER!!!
