I called to ask for help at around 11am this morning. I had a blown fuse and 1 I need to know if it would affect my 3 hour drive tomorrow and 2nd I was asking how to open the fuse panel under the dash. I am to far to go to Ames today to get their help. Unfortunately, the lady who answered in the service department, would not give me to anyone who could answer my questions, and didn't know herself. I was very frustrated. Luckily I called Fort Dodge Toyota and the gave me to a service advisor and they answered my questions. He said any Toyota should be able to answer that. Might need to rethink my next purchase based on service.

Had my full service on my Avalon but they never checked the filters. Came home and find that filter were dirty. how can I trust them they did My multipoint inspections. I doubt it they flush old oil and fill new one. Won t go back again.

Was a busy day for them but they did me a good job on my pickup well appreciated it was running late they had promised wheel alignment after installation of tires did somehow got messed up and they skipped it but they got it back in right away and did it no charge super people

These people are evil and will rob you. Took my van there, they found a leak in the exhaust, and fixed it for $1800. They told me they replaced the whole system, and they did not. I asked them why there was so much of a labor charge, and they explained that it there were parts that were not itemized. I have since found out that they sent my vehicle to a local shop to have it repaired. I could have had the job done at the local shop for less than half the price. These people are dishonest and should not be supported.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very reliable place to get your maintenance done. For inspection, not that much: extreme cautiousness will scare you easily!

Do not schedule an appointment for a tire rotation & oil change unless you have 2.5+ hour window to wait for service. I have been a customer at this location since 2017. The last 2 services I have received at this location were a 2.5 and 3+ hour wait despite having a scheduled appointment time. I was patient and assumed they were struggling with staff shortages. 6+ months later and they are still over booking appointments. Frustrating when they continue to schedule a large volume of appointments without the ability to serve those individuals in a timely manner.

My experience with Wilson Toyota was great. They were very helpful in getting me to the body repair shop. The Man there explained to me what the damages were and what repairs need done. I am happy with the service I received.

Called for regular service appointment and to have the door on the gas tank replaced because it won't close correctly. There is a broken hinge on inside causing it to not close or stay closed. They were going to charge me a $130 diagnostic charge to look at the door before fixing it. Cancelled the appointment - will take business elsewhere.

Surprised and saddened by my oil change experience at Wilson. I received an oil change yesterday at Wilson, and they told me I was good to go. They did not show me the dipstick, so I asked to see the level and it was almost an inch over the max marker. The technician got the manager out to double check, and he confirmed that it was too full. They did fix the oil level and put it back to where it should be. From my last oil change, Wilson cleaned out my engine when LOF overfilled it with oil, and so the fact that they made the same mistake was infuriating. What further frustrated me was a call the next day from a manager who said that their parking lot has a slight incline, and that is what would have caused it to look too full. Overall, make sure they show you the oil level after your oil changes!Service: Oil change

Always excellent service, I drive from 2hrs away when I could go to a local dealer. Why risk it, they take care of me, I'll stay loyal until they give a reason to look elsewhere.

Came here because I had some questions about a Prius I bought elsewhere when I started having some problems. Everyone was very nice and very professional making sure I had all my questions answered and that I had everything I needed. I really appreciated they didn t try to sell me anything but instead just make sure I had what I actually needed. I will defiantly be coming back here for all my Prius needs!!

Good service and friendly staff, plus you can drive in and get service and drive out. Many times, especially during winter and inclement weather you don't even have to go outside.

They fix my car for free her, because it's under warranty. Why would I go anywhere else? They're also very polite and friendly here.
