Very happy with the work and service getting our repairs done to our truck after hitting a deer. The truck looks like new!! Staff at K2 Collision and Customs were very friendly and attentive to our repair. Very professional! They even had the truck back to us sooner than originally scheduled. Don't hesitate to call Kaleb and his staff! You won't be disappointed!

Kaleb and his team are incredible to work with. They fixed my son's truck to better than it was before he was hit. Kaleb took alot of stress off of us while dealing g with the insurance. They worked great with my teen when it came to what needed done. They treated my son with respect and actually talked to him and listened to hum. I highly recommend them.

Huge shout out to K2 Collision Center and Kaleb Kemp. I had a big scratch made on my mirror about 2 weeks ago in my Challenger. Most people would just ignore it, but my car is a big deal to me. Kaleb helped me through all the insurance issues, and was able to get my mirror replaced quicker than I could ever imagine! My car looks so much better and I m so thankful for all the hard work from Kaleb!

The owner of K2 is great, always honest and professional!! Thanks for going above and beyond when dealing with insurance companies. Kaleb really cares for people and fixes vehicles the right way and making sure it s given back to the customers safe. When Kaleb fixed my Envoy after a collision the paint looked amazing and even better than before the collision!! Thank you for all you do! I recommend anyone to take your vehicles to K2 over the rest!

K2 collision was extremely easy to work with! They were able to get my vehicle in very quickly and also fixed up very quick as well. Would never be able to tell I got in a fender bender after taking my vehicle to them! They were spot on with their quote and if something changed I was notified! Would highly recommend K2 Collisions and Customs!

We picked up our car today after we had rear end damage from a hit and run in a local parking lot. Needless to say, we were not happy to find damage and know that the cost of repairs would come out of our pocket! We took the car for estimates at 3 local repair shops and were most comfortable with Kaleb at K2 Collision in West Ames. Not only was the repair cost reasonable but he got the repair done quickly and it looks PERFECT! As an added bonus the car was perfectly clean and smelled like a new car! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking this business out when the need arises!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was a walk-in on Friday afternoon with atrunk that would not lock. Kaleb took the time to take my car in , even though he was expecting another appointment in 30 minutes. He showed me the problem and provided a temporary solution; even better, he was honest about what he could do right then vs. what would be needed for a permanent solution. I wish everyone was as courteous, knowledgeable and efficient as this young man. I would recommend K2 to anyone!!!

Kaleb at K2 goes above and beyond when it comes to his customer care. When my insurance company was dragging their feet and trying to not pay for appropriate repairs, he fought hard to make sure my VW was put right. His communication was swift and professional, and the quality of the work performed was top notch.

So glad that Kaleb opened his own body shop in the western edge of Ames. I've been looking for somebody to repair and restore my 2006 Scion xB. Being the 3rd owner of a 15 year old car, there were plenty of dents and mismatched paint from prior repairs. Adding to the list of body work needed, the rear bumper was hit in during the first snow in 2020. After 6 months of slow and methodic work, Kaleb was able to turn my s***box back into a minty green box again. Additionally, the interior trim pieces were customized to match the exterior paint color. During the entire repair process, Kaleb kept me in the loop with messages and invited me to visit the shop to view the progress. The pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work done. I'm looking forward to having my other cars restored by Kaleb in the near future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Paint repair

K2 Collisions is NO DOUBT best in business. After a collision and your whip needs some TLC, call K2. Are you refurbishing a bad to the bone hot rod that needs some bodywork or a top notch paint job? Call K2 (seriously, the guys paint skills are out of this world). Have a family member with some dings or dents needing a fair quote, not even a question, tell em to call K2!!

I had my side mirror replaced and the whole process was smooth and easy! From scheduling my appointment to getting an estimate and having my car fixed it was great! The people who work here have amazing customer service and really took care of me and my car! Thank you K2!!!

I took my truck in to get a dented door fixed and had a full paint correction done with ceramic coating also. K2 did an awesome job. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone, great friendly service.My truck hasn't looked good good since it was new. As the owner s wife, I may be a little biased. But, I get to see the behind the scenes - what others don t see. Kaleb and his crew are family. They look out for each other and they look out for their customers. I get to see how hard they work to make sure family s go home with a safe and pre-loss quality vehicle. I get to hear Kaleb answer phone calls day, night, weekends, holidays. I hear how hard he fights to make sure things are done correctly and in a timely manner. This team puts their all in every job and you won t regret choosing them to for your collision and custom work. I m so incredibly proud of my husband and his team for all that they ve accomplished.

I had an issue with my bumper, loose and dragging, but K2 C&C did such a good job in such quick time fixing it (and at a great price too). The people who helped were so nice and helped explaining what they see damage wise exactly and what they did to repair. Kaleb did a great job repairing my car after a rear end collision. When I went to pick it up it looked like a new car! He took care of all the insurance communication so it was hassle free for me. He even repaired a part that was unrelated to the collision at no charge! I would recommend K2 to anyone!

I hit a deer, and had my vehicle brought to K2 for estimate/ repair. This was my first time ever using insurance for something like this. Kaleb was knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process, had great communication and made sure the whole thing was quick and easy.Highly recommend this shop for anything collision/ repair related.

Kaleb did an outstanding job fixing my bumper! He was beyond pleasant to talk to and very professional. He accommodated my schedule very nicely and even stayed late so I could pick up my car after work. Very reasonably priced too. Overall, I was super impressed and would recommend him to anyone! The bumper looks like new and he even washed and cleaned the inside of my car!

If you are anywhere in Central Iowa and in need of body work done to your vehicle, saying I would recommend K2 is an understatement.Kaleb and his team did a fantastic job of doing a quality job in an efficient manner after I got in a small collision by handling insurance details, putting my car back together to look like it was new again, and going the extra mile with interior detailing by way of cleaning.
