Amazing company and very friendly professional staff! They called me with the issue and the solution before doing any work with the vehicle (most car places start without letting you know the issue and the pricing - so a major plus in my book) and completed the work in the same day! They didn't try to add on anything that wasn't needed either. Reasonable pricing, would definitely recommend 100/100!

We had a confounding problem with our car not starting and they were very caring, honest, and sincere trying to diagnose the problem. When they couldn't identify the problem they referred us to a dealership (newer on-board computer), and did not charge us for the considerable time they had invested. This is a first-rate, family-based repair shop. I wish I would have discovered them years ago. They will be getting business from us in the future!

Very pleased with our first experience with Fix It Auto. We called and were able to get in the next day for repair. Not long after dropping the vehicle off, the mechanic called with detailed description of problems and how serious each one was. There was no pressure to get all fixed now. Service was done the same day. Love that Fix It Auto has a discount for ISU students and employees!

Very honest and reliable business to take your vehicle. I was super impressed with anyone and everyone I spoke with while my car (Subaru) was being repaired. I can tell all the employees enjoy their work environment and the owner is a nice fella as well.

We needed to arrange a pre-purchase inspection of a used Ford that my son was purchasing from a local dealer. We really wanted to get a mechanic to take a look at the vehicle, because my son is a brand new driver, 19 years old, and has never purchased a vehicle before. Charlie did the inspection that same morning and found a minor issue with the vehicle (that the rear shocks were leaking fluid). The dealer initially didn't believe this, saying that they had recently serviced the vehicle and didn't spot this issue. So the dealer took a look, agreed with Charlie's assessment, and made things right. Thank you, Charlie!

Awesome service. The wife s car broke down Monday night, had it dropped off that night. Tuesday morning by 930 I had a diagnosis and the repairs were completed that very same day. Great customer service and repairs were done correctly and completed for under the quoted price.

Fix It Auto Repair did a great service for us. We were on the first leg of a cross country trip when we our vehicle broke down. Owner, Charlie lined up a tow, found a part locally and quickly repaired our vehicle. Office manager, Carrie, also was a great help. Nice people. We made our destination with no issues. We highly recommend Fix It Auto.

Did a great job!! Were able to fix an oil leak for me within the same week that they diagnosed it! The mechanic, Charlie, really took the time to explain what they found going on and what it would take to be fixed! Will definitely be returning!

Fix auto/ Charlie and crew did me right so far with my Mazda 3! I say so far cause I've only put 70 miles on it lol! My head gasket went out. Then my car over heated and cracked the head. Cause my oil turned to white goo! So they got me a new motor and had it installed within about 2 weeks! Totaling about 5,400 dollars! My car runs great now and hopefully nothing else major happens! But they did give me a 3 month warranty as long as it doesn't over heat I guess! Anyway I would totally suggest fix it auto for anyone needing work done!

Fast oil change while I waited. Charlie the owner is very personable and always takes the time to find out what the customer needs done on the car. He explains what the can due to fix your car without pushing you towards repairs not needed.

After seeing all the reviews for how fast they get you in for work, I thought I d try them. All those reviews are right. They are fast, polite, good prices, and didn t push me to get anything extra. I will be recommending them to people I know.

They are always kind and honest. So far the only place I trust taking my car to. There was something wrong with my car months ago and they gave me an estimate of $600. After looking at what was wrong, they didn t have to do what they needed to so I was charged far less than originally and they were honest about it. Any other place would have charged me for the full amount no matter what. I would recommend FixIt Auto to everyone

My water pump gave out and they had it fixed and running within about 8 hours. I ve been there a few times now, great turn around speed and fair pricing for the work they do.

Great experience with fix it auto! A few months ago I came in and they took a look at my car no charge, I knew I d come back after that. Then recently I had more car issues and took in my car and they fixed it the day of and gave me a great price for everything, highly recommended.

Fix it auto was very helpful. They fixed my blower motor in my 2009 Nissan rogue. They had a great turn around. I took my vehicle in at 9:15am and had it diagnosed and fixed by 4:30 PM same day. The cost was within the amount rage that I researched online for the repair.

I had a great experience with Fix it Auto Repair. Charlie was super helpful over the phone and listened to my concerns about my car. The pricing wasn't bad at all for a towing and to get my car fixed. The receptionist, I believe her name is Carrie, was super sweet and was a pleasure to talk with. Thank you for providing such great service, I will definitely come back in the future if I need anything.

I am impressed with Fix it Auto! They made scheduling easy, provided fair prices, and did quality work! Of specific note, when the brake pads they installed made a bad noise due to a manufacturing issue, they not only completed the warranty repair promptly but also upgraded me to the top of the line brake pads. The folks at Fix it were able to help me coordinate towing my car to them and assessing it same day (on a Friday!) and then were able to complete the work and replace my starter by Monday. I was so impressed with their speedy service and constant communication to check things with me before proceeding. Would definitely recommend their services!
