We recently purchased a minivan from Amescars. It was a no hassle, low pressure sales environment. We noted an issue with the engine the day after purchase, and these guys went WAY above and beyond to get it running right! Charles and Buddy were professional and provided great customer care - even more than they would have been required to. I'd purchase from Amescars again.

Absolutely humiliating customer service . I walked in to buy a 2015 truck. I m a 21 year old girl so the guy suggested i ask my mommy or daddy to co-sign for me. The disrespect is baffling at this joke of a dealership. I had more than enough in my pocket to put down and he didn t run my credit, take my id, see the money, or even try to get me approved. He saw a little girl come in to buy a truck that just drove 40 mins then tells me that. This guy needs an ego check.

My wife and I had a great experience with the owners. She negotiated the deal with Buddy. There was a mechanical problem identified after taking possession of the car and Charles made it right with me. We were looking for a specific car and came across it via a national car search engine. We would definitely use AmesCars.com again.

Couldn't be happier with our recent Toyota Sequoia purchase from Buddy and Charles. Easy to work with and made things right. Very accommodating, responsive and willing to work with us and our travel plans. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from again. Thanks for a great experience!

I traded in my old vehicle and bought a used Honda cr-v from Ames cars. Charles gave me a good price on my trade in and a great price on the vehicle we purchased. Two days after we bought the crv, the battery had issues but they replaced the battery within a few hours. We had a great experience and we would buy from Amescars again!

Just bought my 3rd different vehicle from Ames Cars. I will keep coming here, too. Low pressure, great cars, and the best service. They stand behind what they sell, they don't just want to push you off the lot once they have your money. They'll work with you in YOUR best interest, not always theirs.Again, customer x3 and that will go higher.

This is a used car dealer with integrity. I bought a car from them and there was a couple minor issues and one bigger issue that needed a little work.They addressed the issues and fixed them they have integrity and want the best for the customer and will work with you.I ll be coming back for every used vehicle I purchase. Best car buying experience. The mechanic they have on hand is a true professional.

These guys made the process of buying a car much less stressful than I have experienced at other places. I immediately felt like I could trust them, and they proved me right. They have gone above and beyond. Great service. Very responsive. Highest integrity! Would definitely recommend.

I just bought a VW from them. After having some trouble with my financing, they still gave me the opportunity to call the financial institution the next day and held the car.Charles and Buddy made the whole car buying experience stress free. I had a couple issues, which is normal buying a used car and they took care of it, right then and there, no problem.These guys could not be any more laid back and easy going. It s a different experience then other dealerships for which I m grateful and I would definitely buy from them again.

Interrupted the salesmen lunch but they were still kind and professional and let me test drive a vehicle. The car was priced a little high, but what cars aren't these days! I liked the car but wasn't sure, they did not pressure me or seem pushy. There were a few issues with the 11 year old car, like a broken tps and windshield washer sprayer, and a bit of rust. Enjoyed the visit and may still purchase a vehicle from them.

I bought a 2013 VW Sportwagen from here about a week ago. After a week of driving my new used car I will say overall I m really happy with car and has gave me little to no issue.My experience buying my car here was great. They let us test drive the car where I found a couple issues. When these issues were brought up after the drive, they listened and made good efforts to remedy the issues. They were willing to negotiate and were very polite and professional about it.They really impressed me with the financing options they offer. I say this as a college student with a part time job. The banks they work with approved of me and were flexible with payment options.I would recommend this place to any college student, who has good credit, or any young person looking to buy a nice used car that has a reasonable price tag.

Excellent experience- daughter bought her first vehicle and Buddy was helpful but not high pressure. They took care of a minor issue after the sale with no runaround. She loves her Volvo suv! We highly recommend- Buddy and Charles are good guys!

Great experience! We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Corey was so nice as to give me two Pancheros burrito vouchers, so free burritos! Corey knew the history on the car as well, so that was very helpful when discussing it. Extremely helpful and nice staff, great prices, great selection of cars. Prompt and courteous service both in person and on the phone. Had us all set up and ready to go in no time. Unlike a lot of other places where you have to haggle for your price this was easy as pie. Love it! Would highly recommend to anybody shopping for a quality used car. 5 stars!! Best used car buying experience ever.

Over the past decade, my partner have I have been buying our cars from Ames cars, and we just completed our third purchase last week. And why wouldn't we, when our first car from them lasted for ten years (and came to us with over 200k miles), and they've always been upfront, honest, and personable? They even replaced a sensor for us for free, AFTER we'd already bought it. As used car lots go, this is LEGENDARY.If you need a used car and you want a high-quality, well-maintained ride that you want to show off in your group chat, this is the place to get it.(and psst... if you want a Range Rover supercharged that's in as amazing shape as the Range Rover we just bought last week, then you better get over there now because it's gonna be gone soon (as of 05/16/2020)).

We just purchased a new car from them and are very pleased! They let us take it to our shop beforehand to have it looked over. Found a few issues, but the guys there took care of the issues in a matter of days! Great service and very friendly staff! We'll definitely consider them again when we go to purchase our next vehicle!

There's a reason these guys have such a great reputation. They're good people who offer nice cars and sell them with no pressure to the buyer. I spent several days and many hours going to larger dealerships then someone recommend Amescars. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. They were honest and the entire process was smooth and simple. They helped me by answering every question and making sure the financing process was easy. I will absolutely buy another car from them.

We recently bought a car from Ames cars and we loved the experience. We got a great car at a great price with some service work thrown in to get the car in great shape. We worked with Corey and loved his we felt when leaving. This never felt like a "normal" dealership; We never felt pressured into purchasing a car or anything. We will definitely go back when we need our next vehicle!

Customer Service: Corey was great!! This was the first car buying experience for my son and Corey walked us through the steps, made the loan process easy and answered all of our questions. We have only had the car a few days and so far so good. I truly hope that we do not run into the issues/repairs, etc. that some have noted on this site.

Great service! Willing to work with you. Laid back environment. Don't pressure you into anything. Corey was fantastic to work with as a sales man I would recommend asking for him!!! It was the easiest process we have ever had buying a used vehicle. If we could give Ames cars more stars we would. Would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a vehicle!!!

Corey was friendly and helpful. I needed a cheap car quick, and Ames Cars helped me accomplish that goal. *Update* I had some issues with the car I purchased Corey was more than happy to bring it in & take a look at it. They provided a nice loaner car while they looked over my new car. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Ames Cars is wonderful and made the car buying process incredibly easy. They worked well with me as far as replacing the brakes before pickup. You can tell they definitely want what's best for their customers. I will definitely recommend this place because of their customer service and how I was treated. They are very knowledgeable and truly care about their customers. Great service, great people, great place!!

This is a very reliably car dealer. My buying experience told me that they don't just sell cars, but they care for there customers. What they done for me made me absolutely satisfied. They have a very reasonable price and high credibility. I absolutely give them 5 stars, and I also highly recommend people to buy cars from them.

We purchased a Santa Fe from here last week. Before buying they replaced the brakes and changed the oil so everything would be ready to go. We drove north for the weekend and had the low oil pressure light come on. Come to find out, the oil pressure sensor needed replaced. These guys fixed it at no cost to us! We had nothing but a great experience from the guys here. They were very nice and went beyond what I think a normal used car lot would in terms of service after the purchase. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car to check out Ames cars!!
