Super friendly people.They charged me significantly less for my windshield than what the other place quoted me.Even with my truck's tricky install, it only took 90 minutes in and out of the door.I wouldn't hesitate recommending their services to people.

My winsheild got hit by ice in WI no one had a winsheild up there. We drove home and contacted them! The staff were so nice and very helpful! I'm so glad I went to them! They are fast and my windshield looks great! 10/10 would recommend! Thank you!

I was traveling from Texas to Minnesota and a rock hit my wind shield in Kansas. I wanted to fix area before it spread. I looked up auto glass repair in towns I would be passing. I found this one. They were able to look at it right away. They did a wonderful job. Can't even see where the wind shield was damaged. Hands down one of the best glass repair services out there. My windshield got obliterated by a 2x4. Eric was able to not only order me a replacement but install it same day. Eric was super happy to help me and had terrific customer service, he went above and beyond with helping me. The 2x4 broke my rear-view mirror stand and he not only had a temporarily put on but is getting a factory mirror as well. Took my car in for a rock chip in the windshield, with no appointment. Got in right away. Whole process from walking in to driving away took less than 30 minutes. Love their guarantee on the work done!

The windshield on our 2003 pickup had cracked all the way across and it wasn t safe to drive. Eric got the replacement windshield in overnight and had it installed before noon the next day. I had rubber lining with no adhesive on my windshield that kept coming lose, and I had no idea what the fix was. The problem was explained to me, and they put a solution on to hold the lining down, and they even did it free of charge. Very nice to not be ripped off for what ended up being a simple fix. Definitely would recommend this place.

Highly recommend getting your windshield fixed here. The owner is very friendly and down to earth. We had a crack in my windshield and instead of trying to "sell" us on a new expensive windshield, they recommended we patch it and see how we like it. Fantastic experience, contacted for a quote to fix some rock chips and it was around a fourth the price of Safelite! Total time to get in and out was less than 30 minutes with fast WiFi to keep working while waiting. End result is a much better windshield to look at now, can barely even tell where the chips were!

I had my rear windshield replaced but in August 2022 after a hail storm and was very impressed with the service I should've left a 5 star review then. Yesterday without warning I closed my car door and the rear windshield shattered I called all star and explained the situation they had a replacement ready to install the next day. I was expecting to pay for labor at least or for the entire install but there was 0 charge they really do stand behind their work I highly recommend All Star Auto Glass!Service: Auto rear window replacement

They were able to schedule my appointment right away. The receptionist was such a sweetheart. I would like to preface this by saying I do not usually leave reviews. I felt obligated to write a review of All Star Auto Glass because of the great experience I had. I had originally called in to get two chips on my windshield repaired and I was given a very reasonable quote. When I went in to get these repaired the guy was very honest about the severity of these chips and how they were a very simple repair. I ended up getting these repaired at a much lower cost than originally quoted and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend All Star Auto Glass to anyone who needs any auto glass work done.Service: Auto windshield repair

Had a window emergency this morning. I live close to All Star Auto Glass so I thought I would check with them to see if they could at least give me recommendations on what I could do to fix the problem. Instead of just giving advice they fixed it for a very reasonable price. And in very timely manner. I'm not sure of the names of the people I talked to but they were amazing with me and my daughter. I highly recommend them.

I stopped in their store to make an appointment to fix a rock chip in my windshield and much to my surprise, I didn't need one. They got my truck in and within 15 or so minutes it was completed and I was on my way. Excellent customer service and excellent work on the windshield done at a very reasonable price compared to other companies in the Ames area. I will definitely share my experience with others and highly recommend All Star Auto Glass. I will be back if the need arises. Thanks!!

I'd highly recommend seeking out service with these guys! I ended up with a cracked windshield on Saturday morning on my way home from vacation, I contacted All Star auto glass via email and got my quote within 48 hours! They could get me in as soon as Tuesday. Very quick to fit me into their schedule, prices are great, and staff all super friendly and welcoming. This is the best place in Ames and perhaps Central Iowa to get glass repairs done and windshields replaced. I have always been very pleased with the service from start to finish.The phone call to schedule my appointment is always pleasant and I would recommend scheduling in advance to ensure they have what you need when you go in. They are honest and good at what they do. Thanks for another job well done.

They were able to schedule me quickly. Quoted price was including tax and everything and was exactly what I ended up paying. I was waiting in the waiting area for them to change the windshield. The waiting area was quite simple but good enough for me. They were no too busy so it took them only about an hour. They were polite, professional and it was all fine.
