We were traveling from Minnesota to Illinois when our car broke down at 5pm on a Friday. Firestone was the only place open that late and the guy I spoke with was so helpful and clear on what they could do. We towed the car and left it for the weekened to be fixed. At one point, a bolt was stripped and the communicated with me right away on what the problem was and their plan for fixing it. I was very pleased when the called sooner than expected that it was fixed. They also did a thorough inspection of the car so there were no other surprises. Check out was easy and the shoppe was clean. We had a very stressful situation, and the Firestone handled everything very professionally. I am grateful to them.

I wanted an oil change and my breaks taken care of because I had a light on in the dash. I ended up with a quote for over $2000. $120 just to plug a scanner in to see why the light was on. They wanted to replace my front tires even though they were only 2 months old and hardly any wear. And the parts they wanted to put on were marked up nearly 50% compared to a parts store. Firestone s sole purpose is to take advantage of people who wouldn t know any better. I m not pleased with the unprofessional service either. I didn t get any sense of welcoming when I got there.

I took my car in for an oil change and inspection and they quoted me 500 dollars for new brakes and rotors. Thankfully I took it elsewhere for a cheaper fix, where they told me that my brakes were perfectly fine and I still have over a third of my useful life left. I recommend taking your car for a second opinion if they tell you that work needs to be done before they try screwing you over.

Every time, especially this last visit, the service has been exceptional. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They do all they can to make sure my vehicles are in running and safe condition.

Tires. They all cost too much if ya ask me. The sting to your bank account is somewhat lessened by the super cool and chill dude behind the counter. They're also fast here too.

I never bother writing reviews for places, but Firestone is so wonderful I feel like I need to let everyone know about it. Every time I go here the service is exceptional.Long review ahead, so here's the summary: They won't waste your time or money, and most importantly they don't try to screw you like other places.1. Ethical. They never try to screw you out of money like other shops, even when it's obvious you don't know much about cars and it would be very easy to do.They also are completely transparent about costs, and will always update you on prices before they go forward with any work.2. Timely. I always wait in the store as I only have 1 car. Today I was warned "it may take awhile" but I was only sitting there for about an hour. That is extremely quick compared to other places, where you can easily waste your whole day sitting in the lobby -- which I was fully prepared to do as my appointment was mid morning. The most I've ever waited at a Firestone place was about 2-3 hours when my car broke down and I showed up with no appointment.3. Cost efficient. I drive a VW Beetle. It's going to be expensive no matter what thanks to Volkswagen's shady maintenance practices. The VW dealership will charge you an arm and a leg at literally any opportunity they can. I ALWAYS go to Firestone instead, and even then they only charge a fraction of what I was expecting the costs to be. They also run deals pretty often so there are plenty of opportunities to save money.4. Transparent. They will quickly let you know when something is outside their scope of practice and won't try to do things they're not skilled in. This is an incredibly valuable service when you drive an obnoxious car like me. The only time this happened to me is when my car broke down and I needed some part fixed from the VW dealership since they refuse to outsource their tools. Even then, Firestone got my car running so I could at least drive there.5. Misc. Not super important but I also want to add that their lobby and bathroom is always extremely clean. There's also complimentary coffee in case the wait is long.Overall, I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Extremely grateful for the work they've done on my annoying little car over the years, and I hope the workers here make good money -- they deserve it! And thank you to Adam for working on my car today!! It hasn't run this smoothly in a long time.

Went in for a simple oil change and filter replacement and upon leaving smoke barreled out of my engine bay because they spilt oil all over my Carburetor, Battery, Alternator, and exhaust. nothing was attempted to be cleaned

Took my truck in for the first alignment since I've paid it off it's a 2008 trailblazer I figured it would be simple since they did my brothers 1996 S10 with zero issue. They didn't take a make or model on my vehicle. As soon as we went in to get the alignment done the guy seemed very set on the fact that if anything was bad they would not touch the vehicle. I got a call 30min before my appointment was scheduled and he stated he didn't do anything with it and I needed every ball joint on my vehicle replaced and it would be close to 7,000 dollars in total for parts and labor. I took it to a local shop just today and they checked ball joints and bushings in the front and gave it the all clear no parts just 1 hour in labor for them to actually look over the ball joints. It seems this location does this often from what other reviews have said wouldn't recommend.Service: Wheel alignment

The folks at this Firestone are absolute lifesavers. I had a tire lose its tread halfway through heading home on a coast to coast cross country road trip, and I swear to y all I ve never seen a tire changed so fast. You d have thunk we were on a racetrack instead of a road trip. Ten stars if I could.

terrible service and tech has no clue what they are doing. took my truck in for an alignment and told them it needed the camber adjusted. when they got done they told me they did the alignment but the camber was off and I needed to set up another appointment if I want that done that's exactly why I brought it in to get a full alignment including camber. I specifically told them this when I set up the appointment. also my brother just brought his suv for a alignment and they say they won't do it because all 4 of his ball joints are bad. I have a really hard time believing that... seems the tech is lazy and doesn't want to do his or her job.Service: Wheel alignment

We were traveling cross-country with a sick, elderly dog and we experienced a flat tire in the afternoon. Adam C., the Service Manager, saved us! We did not have an appointment and the schedule was booked for the rest of the day. Adam went above and beyond to help us get back on the road so we could get our sick dog back home. We will never forget Adam's kindness. He found a tire that was specified for our vehicle, changed our tire, and had us back on the road to travel back home. Thank you, Adam!Service: Tires

I came in to get four new tires. That is all. I was asked on three separate occasions if I wanted to have them change my wipers, air filter, and battery before I was finally able to leave with my car. The process of getting new tires took over 6 hours from the time they first called to say they started and asked to perform additional services to the time they called to tell me the car was ready and asked again to perform additional services. Lastly, I used their website to reserve a service time only to be called and told that the service time had no meaning and they were hopeful to get my car done by the end of the day today or the end of the day tomorrow . It was not done on the same day.

Ran over a nail/screw on my way to grandson's birthday party. Stopped by Firestone since it was on my way and nothing else was open on a Sunday. I told them what was happening and I was told they couldn't get me in untill Tuesday. This is a 5 minute task and they could not take care of me. I was lucky to get to Yanga Tire on Hubbell and they plugged the tire in 5 minutes and charged me $10. Firestone was going to charge me $32.

I will recommend Firestone to all of my family and friends. Took the van in to get it aligned. Needed new Tie Rods. Got those replaced, the shop realized that the outer was bad. Adam figured it out and took care of the issue. Got the van back on the road. I truly appreciated the way Adam went above and beyond for us. If there is something wrong with your vehicle...get a hold of Adam and Amy; that will make sure you're taken care of and the job is done right! Thanks again AdamService: Steering & suspension repair

Amy Cannon is THE gal to work with. Definitely knows what she is doing and makes the customer the priority! She is a true asset, and value to have, and I will most definitely be doing business with her again! We live 45 min away and have options closer, but her service is second to NONE! Great experience with Firestone complete Auto care.Adam and Cary were professional and had great customer service!We had no AC in our car and needed it fixed as it is the middle of summer and temperatures are at 100. We are from out of state and felt very comfortable and well taken care of.Got an appointment for the next morning and no hassle and everything is working as it should again!Thank you for the great experience.Service: Air conditioning

Amy here is awesome! This Firestone is honest and does great work. Funny how Car-X says that they offer the lowest price but every time I get a quote from them and then get a quote from Firestone Firestone is actually cheaper. Every time I take my car here to get something fixed it gets fixed the first time and stays fixed. The new vehicle maintenance subscription is an awesome option that can save you a lot of money.

Got an oil change here once. It was a pleasant experience compared to the Pleasant hill Firestone but there is some darkness here. We got half off the oil change after applying for a credit card and we were lied to by a higher up!!! He told us applying didn't mess with your credit and come to find out it does. So thanks for lying to make yourself look nice and helpful.

They said the ac on our car worked fine after I spent a lot to fix it and then it still did not work. They wanted 500 to put a battery in my wife's Mercedes because they had to program it. I went to O,rileys and got a battery and put it in myself for 200 and there's no programming to it. They are not very bright there if you ask me.

Very friendly and helpful. I got a great deal on my 4 new tires!! The 2 hour wait from time of appointment was a little too long. The waiting area was in the hot sun so they need to fix their blinds so they can be used properly.

I am a professional rv transporter and I purchased my tires from a different Firestone location and recently my valve stem started leaking from the base as the wrong one was installed. This should be an easy fix and covered by Firestone. Walked in to address the situation and was told I had to wait until 6pm tonight it s currently 933am for a valve stem replacement!? 1 customer in lobby. They acting like I needed 4 new tires , rotation and a alignment with oil change. Smh poor customer service.

Our family was on a road trip and hit a tire in the road that caused the underbody cover to become loose and drag. Stopped in and Adam (the service manager) went out of his way to get us in and back on the road. We were only stopped for 30 minutes and he had us back on our way. I would highly recommend and appreciate the excellent experience.

Been to this location 3 times and I absolutely will not be back . If you tell them your issue they'll tell you it is something else and then backtrack into what the original issue was (This was the case for a sensor for my tires and my heating system) . On top of unreliable service they also will tell you a price and then call you an hour later changing said price ( this has happened to me 2 of the 3 visits) I cannot stress enough on how poor this store is ran .Go elsewhere and save yourself the cash and headache if I could they'd get a 0/5

As this is a new store, recently opened, I stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. In the market for new tires, I was quoted a fair price and they were in stock. Within 90 minutes, my suv was serviced and ready for my next road trip. I appreciate the fast service and quality work from Firestone, even from being a walk-in customer. 5 stars all the way!
