The staff was very kind. It's afterwards that bothers me consist calling me.. I personally don't liked to be pushed.. When I'm ready to deal in trading off my vehicle then I will do it. Until then STOP calling and texting me Thank you

Had been trouble shooting an ignition/fuel problem. The Kemna team- Terril Johnson was my go to man. Diagnostic took some time, reading schematics. Discovered a relay switch in fuel tank was non-functional. Terril suggested a workaround relay switch. This took some time, understandable. So nice day went walking around Kemna Ford store. Kevin an associate was very informative on EV mustang. Prizing charging cost surprised me. Went on a test drive with the EV Mustang, windy day, vehicle handling was optional. I will say this place is for real the best . Jen was amazing to work with and I would recommend this dealer to anyone they made sure I did not waste my time driving up two hours to get my new truck and they were so polite honestly if you need a new vehicle gooooooooo here !!!!!!!!!!!!

Service was great. Got me in within a week of calling to my a/c looked at. Going back for another assessment to make sure there are no leaks and now I have a nice cool ride for the rest of the summer.

We had a very pleasant car buying experience with Kemna. The sales dept was very patient and helpful though out the entire process. After an extensive search of surrounding area dealerships we decided to make our purchase with Kemna. We picked our new van up in the afternoon and the final purchasing process was quick and painless. Thank you Kemna!

Bad customer service. They sold a car out from under us that we had looked at and decided to go back and buy. That's forgivable, they have the right to sell it to whomever has the money first. However, they didn't bother to call us and tell us this before we drove over an hour back to the dealership to buy the car. We gave them another chance and asked for someone to get back to us with prices on a few bee trucks, and no one ever got back to us. We went out of town and spent our $60,000 at another dealership.
