I have always been treated with respect and kindness while in the store. Always have what I need! Tess is a bonus, she is great! Got a great grill that we can't wait to use! Thank you to all who work there!

I have shopped in this True Value store many times and always found the staff very helpful. But after going there Saturday I don't know if I will return again. The staff was sarcastic snd rude. I was told good luck lady you're on your own and walked away From now on I will go to the one in Centerville. It is the same distance and they are very helpful.

Very friendly and helpfulI was pleased with the customer service and felt very comfortable and welcomed from the front entrance all the way through the cashier line.2 thumbs up guys!!Hope to see yall soon :-)

Jay and Nathen are amazing at there job, very helpful and polite. Everyone else is very rude and snotty. I won t be returning unless it s a emergency!

If you need "things" to fix "stuff" - True Value is the place for quality tools+ hardware to make things work.

The lady at the counter was rude,to a guy inquiring about a job,and was very rude to me, not exactly the way the people in Missouri at Ace treat the customer

Prices are a bit high but the people know what they are talking about when you have a problem. I recommend this place to anyone. Shop local!
