such a great car buying experience!! ian had helped me find a car, and i love it! it is exactly what i was looking for, for a great price. he was very good at communicating anything and everything i needed to know and allowed me to ask any questions i had. i would hands down recommend buying from million motors:)

We love our new truck that Ian with Million Motors found for us. He made the entire process so easy and we had full trust in his abilities to find what we needed for our growing family. Just bought our second vehicle from Million Motors. Purchased a Nissan Frontier 4 years ago and this week a Honda CR-V. Could not be happier with Tyler and Ian making us feel comfortable through the whole process. No pressure, just making sure we felt good about our new purchase...I dont anticipate another new vehicle, but if we did it would be with Million Moters in Adel!...Thank you!

We give the team at Million Motors five stars and more if there was the option. My husband had been looking for a Jeep SRT for several months and happened to come across the one at Million Motors. We received a call back quickly since we had to leave a message due to them being closed. Our situation was unique because we live in Virginia and they are located in Adel, Iowa. We were not sure how willing they would be to work with us long distance. When Ian called to discuss the vehicle, I knew we were in great hands. He was honest and upfront about the history of the vehicle, which was so refreshing to hear. This team takes cars that have a story to tell and need a little TLC to be restored to a place where someone can love and appreciate the vehicle. We were able to Face Time with Ian to see the vehicle because we were not going to travel to Iowa to see the vehicle in person. Ian made sure we were happy with the repairs to the vehicle by sending videos of the finished product. Ian also helped us with the financing and arranging for transport of the SRT all while we were in Virgina. He was so patient with us, answering our endless questions throughout the process without hesitation and kindness. I was also in touch with Tyler, getting an immediate response by text message. This team truly knows the meaning of excellent customer service. We know there are so many others behind the scenes that had a hand in making this sale happen and we are so appreciative of all their efforts. My husband and I put a lot of trust in the Million Motors team purchasing a vehicle from halfway across the country without having seen it in person and had no hesitations throughout the process. If we ever need another vehicle, and we probably will knowing my husband, we will be sure to reach out to the Million Motors team for assistance. We had a wonderful experience buying a car from Million Motors today! Our salesman, Ian was such a great guy that was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. My husband and I have been looking for a car for over a month and hadn t found anything in our price range, with low miles, and a good appearance until we made the trip to Million Motors. We are so pleased with our Malibu and will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

I had an incredible experience with Million Motors. their staff were very easy to work with and were very kind. They helped me find the right car to fit my interests and needs. I had been shopping at many other dealerships but none of them seemed as honest and genuine about their vehicles and prices as the staff and owner at Million Motors. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great deal.

Got my first car, 2013 Elantra from Tyler in 2019 I ve had it ever since (will keep it forever), recently got a 2020 Nissan Sentra! Will always recommend Tyler, super cool guy, & easy to talk too!

Edited to add. I had a wheel sensor go out. Not something anyone could predict. We don t have a warranty on the vehicle but we called Tyler up since we have only had the vehicle for a month and he s helping with the repair bill. Excellent customer service. Talk about going above and beyond. He didn t have to do anything but still did.Trying to find a reliable car in our price range has been SO stressful until we found Million Motors. Tyler was fantastic and I absolutely love my 14 Chevy Impala. It runs perfect and it s so clean. It was definitely worth the hour drive. Thanks again Tyler! I ll recommend you to anyone looking for a great vehicle

I would recommend Million Motors to any of my friends because of our wonderful experience. Lots of options to choose that fit your budget. The owner Tyler and his assistant Ian were so easy to work with, and they were helping me with all the paperwork from the beginning until the end. Thank you again, absolutely love my new Acura RDX!

We bought a car today!! Ian was great!! It felt like a friendly small town family business. Everyone was so kind with no pressure! Would definitely recommend this place!! We had been looking for cars for a few months there are so many shady places and the big places really mark up the price! I feel like we got a great car for a great price. They do all the work right there so they know what needed fixed and who did it and they tell u everything they had to fix. Best experience by far for buying a vehicle and we have bought quite a few! Thanks Ian we appreciate it!

Just recently bought a car from Million Dollar Motor and was elated with the service. Nick's customer service was amazing. He went above and beyond what I could have expected. BY FAR the best car buying experience I've ever experienced. I went to Million Motors to look at a 2014 Toyota 4Runner. I was met quickly by Ian while looking it over and he was very helpful, and best of all he was laid back, not pushy at all. He tossed me the keys and told me to take it out for a cruise. It's always kind of awkward when the dealer rides along. I'm awful with small talk so maybe that's why ;) Loved the 4Runner so made an offer as soon as I got back. Ian was awesome to work with. We reached an agreement and my 4Runner was ready to go early the next day! It's been almost six months now and I couldn't be happier with my 4Runner and my experience with Million Motors. Totally recommend!

You want honesty? You get it with Million Motors! Ian (sales) showed me the car fax on a vehicle and then continued to tell me about issues that they fixed that weren't even listed on it. He could have kept them hidden but he risked me walking away by telling me the truth about the car. I purchased the car and it has been 3 months with no issues. Ian still checks in with me to make sure the car is running how it should. Great group of people at Million Motors and they will be my first stop when I buy my next vehicle!

Owner is super nice and knowledgeable. He will help you find the right car even if it's one they'll be buying later on. Nice to go to a dealership and they don't pressure you into anything.

We had a great overall experience working with Ian and Tyler. Our 2017 Camry is a perfect fit for our family. Initially, we had rushed the process a bit and felt like a few things were overlooked with the car (door issue & some paint scuff). After working with Ian we were able to resolve all of these problems before we brought home, and we came away with a great, clean car! We appreciated the great customer support. I would recommend Million to anyone in the market for a great car at a lesser cost.

Overall a good experience. I have a dealer closer to home that I always use but unfortunately they couldn't find anything. I worked with Ian and he was awesome, very responsive. Other than a few hiccups trying to get times lined up, the whole deal went pretty seamlessly. I was tokd about a few scratches on the front bumper but I wasn't told about a mark down the side if the vehicle. I would have liked if they would have buffed it out for me but with the killer deal they gave me on my trade in and the purchase vehicle, I understand and I am in no way upset. The mark came out just fine at home. I would recommend million motor to any of my friends and family and I know for sure we will be back because our dealer closer to us is retiring. Time to find a new dealership. I think it's safe to say we found the one for us. Thanks Ian and Tyler. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience, customer service was off the charts. Let Tyler know what I was looking for and my price range, and he found exactly that. Had a few questions within the first couple days of having the car, and Tyler let me know he would get things taken care of. Definitely will be purchasing another car from him in the future.

Very knowledgeable staff, honest and excellent customer service. We had a couple sensors that needed replaced right off and Tyler went above and beyond to fix these with no charge since we just had the car a couple days. Most dealers that sell as is would not be so gracious and I will be recommending Million Motors to all my family and friends. Love my car and such a great price.

These guys are truly one of the best teams to purchase a vehicle from. From making you feel like family, to being super responsive to anything you may have question of, they will always be there to make sure that you are satisfied. We had a fantastic sales experience at Million Motors! Personal service from the owner with a no pressure sales approach. He had the kind of car we were searching for at very fair price. His secretary and dog Blue made the experience homey and fun. Highly recommend!

I bought a used car a few months ago from here at a fair price, and it s been treating me great! It runs fantastic and has been a great work car. Took it to a Toyota dealership this week to see how everything looked before the snow starts and they found only minor fixes (lights, air filters, fluids). The owner Tyler was very nice, and upfront about everything. He showed me that the car had been in a wreak, and what work he had put into it to make it full again. I ll definitely look here first whenever I need a vehicle again!

Fantastic staff and great cars! I had a wonderful experience working with Tyler and Ian to get a 2015 Subaru Outback. I had test driven a few cars but nothing quite fit what I was looking for. I talked to Ian and he looked at the cars they were getting in and found the Outback. My interest was piqued and I kept in touch over the next few weeks until it was detailed and in to look at. I went over the day they got it for a test drive and started the loan app the next day. Due to my credit situation I needed to provide more documentation to the bank I was using which delayed the loan process almost a full month. I kept the guys updated on the situation and they worked with me every step of the way even putting a little pressure on the bank when I couldn't get ahold of the rep I was working with! The vehicle is in fantastic shape and all of the minor concerns I had were addressed quickly and without question. After purchasing the vehicle I had an issue with the battery dying. I texted the guys and they had a battery for me and installed in the same day! Not to mention they have a lovely little dog inside to keep you company as they work on getting you the best car for the best price!TLDR : These guys are great. I highly recommend getting your next car from them!
